D'Onta Foreman RB | CLE
Panthers' D'Onta Foreman: Only one touch
Foreman rushed once for two yards in Sunday's 26-16 loss to the Cardinals.
Foreman and fellow backup Chuba Hubbard combined for just seven offensive snaps Sunday, leaving little value behind Christian McCaffrey despite the star tailback nursing a thigh injury in the buildup to Week 4.

Chuba Hubbard RB | CAR
Panthers' Chuba Hubbard: No touches Sunday
Hubbard played only three offensive snaps in Sunday's 26-16 loss to the Cardinals.
Hubbard didn't get any touches and hardly saw the field offensively despite Christian McCaffrey nursing a thigh injury during the week. With fellow Carolina tailback D'Onta Foreman getting just one carry for two yards Sunday, neither he nor Hubbard have much value as long as McCaffrey is available.

Rachaad White RB | WAS
Buccaneers' Rachaad White: Expanded role in loss
White rushed three times for six yards and a touchdown, brought in all five targets for 50 yards, returned two kickoffs for 51 yards and lost a fumble in the Buccaneers' 41-31 loss to the Chiefs on Sunday night.
The rookie logged a season-high 24 snaps (38 percent) from scrimmage and produced plenty with them, scoring his first NFL touchdown from one yard out late in the third quarter and also generating new career highs in receptions and receiving yards. Both Leonard Fournette and White were stymied on the ground, however, and the latter's expanded role in the air attack may have largely been the result of a game script that saw the Buccaneers trail throughout the game. White's fumble on the opening kickoff also set the Chiefs up in prime position for their first touchdown, but the fact the ASU product still saw all the action he did subsequent to that supports the notion that both he and the coaching staff have moved past the flub.

Craig Reynolds RB | NE
Lions' Craig Reynolds: Small role in Swift's absence
Reynolds rushed twice for 30 yards while securing his only target for 12 yards during Sunday's 48-45 loss to Seattle.
Reynolds logged a third of the offensive snaps in the absence of D'Andre Swift (shoulder) but handled fewer touches than Justin Jackson, who saw a fraction of the playing time that Reynolds did. Meanwhile, Jamaal Williams logged half the snaps and carried nearly the entire rushing load for a second straight game. It's fair to expect a similar distribution of work in Week 5 against New England.

Cam Akers RB | SEA
Rams' Cam Akers: Bottled up on MNF
Akers rushed eight times for 13 yards and didn't catch his only target in Monday's 24-9 loss to San Francisco.
Akers got one more rushing attempt than Darrell Henderson, but Henderson mustered 14 more yards on the ground in addition to catching three passes for 12 yards. While Akers has more upside as a rusher than Henderson, a Rams offense that's averaging just 17.5 PPG through four weeks is struggling to create positive game scripts, and doing so won't be easy in Week 5 against a Cowboys defense that has limited each of its first four opponents to less than 20 points.

Jeff Wilson RB | MIA
49ers' Jeff Wilson: Finds end zone in workhorse role
Wilson rushed 18 times for 74 yards and a touchdown but wasn't targeted in Monday's 24-9 win over the Rams.
Wilson burst through a gaping hole up the middle and ran into the end zone untouched from 32 yards out in the first quarter. He displayed his terrific speed on the play, topping 20 miles per hour, per Nick Wagoner of ESPN. Wilson worked as San Francisco's workhorse in the backfield, as no other 49ers halfback touched the ball in this one. With Elijah Mitchell (knee) not close to returning, Wilson should continue to see heavy volume on the ground if the game script allows it in Week 5 against the Panthers.

Joshua Kelley RB | TEN
Chargers' Joshua Kelley: Does little in win
Kelley carried the ball four times for 15 yards and didn't catch either of his two targets in Sunday's 34-24 win over the Texans.
Kelley routinely has seen the larger snap share of the backup platoon with Sony Michel, but it was the latter who ultimately out-snapped Kelley, 17-14, in a game in which the Chargers rode a comfortable lead for much of the contest. Kelley has been the more explosive of the reserve backs in terms of yards per carry, but he's seen nine fewer rushes with Michel seemingly locked in as the between-the-tackles ball carrier.

Dwayne Washington RB | DEN
Saints' Dwayne Washington: Zero touches in loss
Washington did not record a touch over two offensive snaps during Sunday's 28-25 loss to the Vikings.
Washington served as the Saints' third-string running back behind Mark Ingram and Latavius Murray, who was bumped up from the team's practice squad with starter Alvin Kamara (ribs) sidelined Week 2. The 28-year-old was relegated back to a core special-teams role, playing at least 72 percent of New Orleans' special-teams snaps for the third game in a row. Washington also gave up the team's kick return duties with Deonte Harty back in the lineup after missing one game with a foot injury.

Latavius Murray RB | BUF
Broncos' Latavius Murray: Signing with Denver
The Broncos are signing Murray off the Saints' practice squad, Mike Klis of Denver 9News reports.
Denver is bringing in Murray to help fill the void created by Javonte Williams' season-ending ACL tear. Murray will join a Broncos backfield that includes the fumble-prone Melvin Gordon (neck) and Mike Boone. Murray had reverted back to the Saints' practice squad after rushing for 57 yards and a touchdown Week 4 against the Vikings, making the 32-year-old running back available for any team to sign.

DeeJay Dallas RB | JAC
Seahawks' DeeJay Dallas: No touches Sunday
Dallas didn't record a touch in the 48-45 win over the Lions on Sunday.
Rashaad Penny rumbled for 151 yards on 17 touches, and rookie Kenneth Walker recorded 24 total yards on nine touches, leaving little work for Dallas. Going forward, Dallas will be the No. 3 running back until Travis Homer (ribs) returns from injured reserve, which will be Oct. 30 against the Giants, at the earliest.
