Alex Armah FB | WAS
Alex Armah: Added to Commanders' practice squad
Armah was signed to the Commanders' practice squad Wednesday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
After being released by the team while dealing with an undisclosed injury to open the season, Armah will return to Washington's practice unit Wednesday. The fullback played in 11 games last season with New Orleans and Washington, turning five carries into 21 yards while reeling in a one-yard touchdown catch over 70 offensive snaps. Armah will provide additional backfield depth behind the likes of Brian Robinson and Antonio Gibson.

Mike Boone RB | MIA
Broncos' Mike Boone: Limited role in loss
Boone recorded one carry for one yard and caught one of four targets for three yards in Monday's 19-16 overtime loss to the Chargers.
Boone operated as the Broncos' No. 2 running back in the contest, playing 21 of the team's 58 offensive snaps, behind Latavius Murray who played on 27 snaps. Fellow running back Melvin Gordon, however, played just nine snaps in the contest, raising questions about the backfield split going forward. Murray showed the most burst of the three on the ground, but Boone continued to be involved in the passing game. His four targets were the second-highest total of any Denver pass catcher. With that said, Boone will be difficult to trust for fantasy purposes when the Broncos host the Jets in Week 7.

Jerick McKinnon RB | KC
Chiefs' Jerick McKinnon: Catches three passes in loss
McKinnon recorded two carries for one yard and caught all three of his targets for 29 yards in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Bills.
McKinnon played 29 of the Chiefs' 67 offensive snaps, but the veteran wasn't able to get much going in the contest. Fellow running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire led the backfield in rushing attempts with nine, but he played one less snap than McKinnon. Nonetheless, the fluid Chiefs backfield makes the 30-year-old difficult to trust for fantasy purposes. This is likely to remain the case when the Chiefs visit the 49ers in Week 7.

Isiah Pacheco RB | DET
Chiefs' Isiah Pacheco: Limited role in loss
Pacheco rushed two times for nine yards and caught both of his targets for nine yards in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Bills.
Pacheco was ineffective on limited touches in a game where the Chiefs struggled to get anything going on the ground. Though the rookie running back has shown flashes of talent when involved, he remains difficult to trust for fantasy purposes in Kansas City's backfield rotation. Pacheco will likely find himself in an uphill battle for touches when the Chiefs visit the 49ers in Week 7.

Samaje Perine RB | CIN
Bengals' Samaje Perine: Minimal involvement in win
Perine had two carries for five yards and caught both of his targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 30-26 win over the Saints.
Perine played just 14 of the Bengals' 57 offensive snaps while starting running back Joe Mixon was on the field for 41 snaps. Though Cincinnati has struggled on the ground this season, the team is committed to giving Mixon the opportunity to get going. For that reason, Perine will likely continue to see limited action in relief of Mixon. The 27-year-old Perine will look to make the most of his touches when the Bengals host the Falcons in Week 7.

Spencer Brown RB | ATL
Spencer Brown: Joins Panthers' practice squad
The Panthers signed Brown to their practice squad Tuesday, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.
Brown earned a spot on Carolina's practice squad Tuesday, after he completed a successful workout for the team Monday. The 23-year-old will now serve as added depth for the Panthers' running back room should any of them miss time.

Darrel Williams RB | NO
Cardinals' Darrel Williams: Still not practicing Tuesday
Williams (knee) did not participate at practice Tuesday ahead of Thursday's game versus New Orleans, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Williams sustained a sprained knee in Week 5, and it looks increasingly likely that injury will hold him out for a second consecutive week. With James Connor (ribs) also a non-participant at Tuesday's practice, things are shaping up for Eno Benjamin (foot) to work as Arizona's lead back once again Thursday night.

La'Mical Perine RB | PIT
La'Mical Perine: Joins practice squad
Perine signed with the Dolphins' practice squad Tuesday, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.
Perine spent training camp with the Jets, but he was unable to make the team's 53-man roster. After a short stint in the Eagles' organization, he'll now get a chance with the Dolphins.

Joshua Kelley RB | TEN
Chargers' Joshua Kelley: Likely out multiple weeks
Chargers head coach Brandon Staley said Tuesday that Kelley suffered an MCL sprain during Monday's win over the Broncos and will be sidelined for multiple weeks, Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Kelley was riding the stationary bike after leaving Monday's contest, so the issue didn't initially appear to be too serious. However, Staley's comments suggest otherwise. It's possible Kelley winds up on IR to open up another roster spot, but in his absence, Sony Michel figures to operate as the top backup behind Austin Ekeler.

Eno Benjamin RB | NO
Cardinals' Eno Benjamin: Remains limited on practice report
Arizona listed Benjamin (foot) as a limited participant on Tuesday's practice report, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Benjamin's reps are being capped to begin Week 7 prep after he played 87 percent of the Cardinals' offensive snaps while handling 18 touches (15 carries, three receptions) last week in a loss to the Seahawks. Though Benjamin is not yet in the clear for Thursday's game against the Saints, the Cardinals haven't provided an indication that his foot injury is a serious threat to his availability. Meanwhile, James Conner (ribs) and Darrel Williams (knee) remained non-participants at practice Tuesday and look to be trending toward missing a second straight game, setting Benjamin up for another turn as Arizona's lead back if he can overcome his own foot concern.
