Najee Harris RB | LAC
Steelers' Najee Harris: Catches five passes
Harris rushed seven times for 13 yards while securing all five of his targets for 42 yards during the Steelers' 20-10 loss to Jacksonville on Sunday.
Harris averaged just 1.9 yards per carry Sunday, the third-lowest mark of his career. However, he managed to prop up his fantasy production through his success as a receiver. Fellow running back Jaylen Warren was also inefficient on the ground with five rushes for 19 yards, but Harris' performance didn't do much to strengthen his case for a larger role in the backfield. Harris has rushed 84 times for 313 yards and a touchdown while securing 13 of 16 targets for 94 yards over the first seven games of the season.

Tyrion Davis-Price RB | GB
49ers' Tyrion Davis-Price: Won't play Sunday
Davis-Price (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Bengals, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official site reports.
It's the third game in a row of Davis-Price being a healthy scratch. His lone appearance of the year came in Week 5 against the Cowboys when he rushed six times for 21 yards.

Travis Etienne RB | NO
Jaguars' Travis Etienne: Checks back into Week 8 game
Etienne returned to Sunday's game against the Steelers after leaving for a brief spell in the third quarter to be evaluated for an ankle injury, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site reports.
After limping off the field on the Jaguars' first possession of the third quarter, Etienne headed into the medical tent on the sideline to get his ankle checked out. Tank Bigsby came off the bench and fumbled on his third carry of the drive, but Etienne received the green light to return to the field on the Jaguars' ensuing possession. Etienne looks like he'll be able to finish the game as Jacksonville's top back, and the team's upcoming Week 9 bye should afford him some extra time for his ankle to heal up.

Keaton Mitchell RB | LAC
Ravens' Keaton Mitchell: Unavailable Sunday
Mitchell (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game with the Cardinals.
Mitchell will be forced to sit out after he suffered a hamstring strain in Week 7 versus the Lions. The running back was able to practice in full Friday, but he'll now shift his focus to returning in Week 9 against Seattle.

Travis Etienne RB | NO
Jaguars' Travis Etienne: Injures ankle, return uncertain
Etienne was diagnosed with an ankle injury in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Steelers and is questionable to return.
Etienne carried 15 times for 61 yards and caught one of two targets for an 11-yard gain before limping off the field following a play on the Jaguars' first possession of the second half. The extent of his ankle injury isn't known, but if Etienne is unable to finish the contest, the Jaguars will get by with Tank Bigsby, D'Ernest Johnson and JaMycal Hasty as their running backs for the rest of the day.

Jordan Wilkins RB | CLE
Browns' Jordan Wilkins: Inactive Sunday
Wilkins (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.
The Browns elevated Wilkins from their practice squad ahead of Week 8 action, with Jerome Ford (ankle) listed as questionable for Sunday's contest. However, now that it has been confirmed that Ford will be available, Wilkins won't be needed after all, with Kareem Hunt and Pierre Strong also available in Cleveland's backfield.

Jerome Ford RB | WAS
Browns' Jerome Ford: In uniform Sunday
Ford (ankle) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.
After missing practice Wednesday and Thursday, Ford was a limited participant in Friday's session, which set the stage for the Browns to list him as questionable for Sunday's contest. With his Week 8 active status confirmed, Ford is slated to work through an ankle issue that initial reports suggested could lead to the running back missing a week or two. With that in mind, it remains to be seen how close to a full workload Ford will be up for versus Seattle and if he's limited at all or suffers any setbacks, Kareem Hunt would presumably be next up for added touches, with Pierre Strong also available to mix in.

Deuce Vaughn RB | DEN
Cowboys' Deuce Vaughn: Healthy scratch again
Vaughn (coach's decision) is inactive ahead of Sunday's game against the Rams, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
The rookie running back out of Kansas State seems to have fallen down the depth chart, as he's a healthy scratch for the second consecutive game. Vaughn has recorded 59 yards from scrimmage on 25 touches for the Cowboys this season.

Chuba Hubbard RB | CAR
Panthers' Chuba Hubbard: Likely to get starting nod
Hubbard is expected to serve as the Panthers' starting running back over Miles Sanders in Sunday's game against the Texans, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.
After missing the Panthers' Week 6 loss to the Dolphins with a shoulder injury, Sanders is back to full health following a Week 7 bye, but he looks like he could be eased back into the mix as Option 1B out of the backfield. Head coach Frank Reich has hinted that the Panthers plan to take more of a timeshare approach to the running back position moving forward, with Hubbard earning an expanded role in light of Sanders' early season struggles. Hubbard is averaging 4.5 yards on 54 carries this season, well ahead of Sanders' average of 3.1 yards (on 61 carries).

Deon Jackson RB | DET
Giants' Deon Jackson: Healthy scratch for Week 8
Jackson is inactive for Sunday's matchup against the Jets, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
Jackson was signed to the active roster by the Giants on Tuesday after he was cut by Cleveland one day earlier. New York is in need of running back depth with Gary Brightwell (hamstring) and Eric Gray (calf) landing on IR this week, but the team has opted to look to the also recently signed Jashaun Corbin to back up Saquon Barkley and Matt Breida against the Jets. Jackson may need an injury ahead of him before he's able to to see action for the Giants.
