Rashaad Penny RB | CAR
Eagles' Rashaad Penny: Remains inactive Week 12
Penny (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bills.
The reserve running back was able to get on the field for two snaps in Week 9 against the Cowboys, but he was back to inactive status Monday night against the Chiefs following the Week 10 bye and is once again in street clothes Sunday. Penny doesn't figure to see any action unless injuries befall one of D'Andre Swift or Kenneth Gainwell in front of him.

Michael Carter RB | TEN
Cardinals' Michael Carter: Set to make debut with Arizona
Carter is active for Sunday's contest versus the Rams, Darren Urban of the Cardinals official site reports.
Arizona claimed Carter off waivers from the Jets on Nov. 15, but he didn't have enough time to learn the playbook before the team's Week 11 game four days later. With a week and a half under his belt, though, he'll be among the two options behind starting RB James Conner along with Emari Demercado (toe), while Keaontay Ingram is a healthy scratch.

Keaontay Ingram RB | KC
Cardinals' Keaontay Ingram: Healthy scratch Sunday
Ingram (coach's decision) is listed as inactive Sunday versus the Rams, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Ingram's workload has been yanked around from week to week, and now that Emari Demercado (toe) is back from a three-game absence, the former will be the odd man out in the Cardinals backfield. James Conner will continue to be the team's lead runner, but Demercado and Michael Carter are the available running backs behind him.

Dwayne Washington RB | DEN
Broncos' Dwayne Washington: Under the weather
Washington (illness) is inactive Sunday against the Browns, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.
Washington first appeared on the team's injury report Friday due to the illness, which will keep him from suiting up for a Week 12 matchup with Cleveland. His absence shouldn't impact the team's backfield, as Washington typically only sees snaps on special teams.

Emari Demercado RB | KC
Cardinals' Emari Demercado: Returning to action Sunday
Demercado (toe) is active for Sunday's contest against the Rams, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
A toe injury has sidelined Demercado for the last three games, but after being listed as limited on five consecutive practice reports dating back to Week 11 prep, he's been deemed healthy enough to suit up for the first time since Week 8. This time around, he'll be playing behind workhorse James Conner, but Demercado showed enough before getting hurt to mix into the Cardinals backfield in some capacity. Overall, the undrafted rookie has averaged just under 4.0 yards on his 49 carries, gathered in 12 of 16 targets for 64 yards and scored one rushing touchdown in eight appearances.

Jashaun Corbin RB | NE
Giants' Jashaun Corbin: Inactive Sunday
Corbin (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
The running back played in three of the last four games but is losing his spot with Eric Gray back from injured reserve. Corbin is now behind Saquon Barkley, Matt Breida and Gray on New York's depth chart. The rookie has one carry for one yard and three catches for 12 yards on 14 offensive snaps this season.

JaMycal Hasty RB | NE
Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: Healthy inactive
Hasty (coach's decision) will not play in Sunday's matchup with the Giants.
Hasty will be a healthy scratch in his first game with the Patriots since being claimed off waivers from the Jaguars. This is not surprising, as Rhamondre Stevenson, Ezekiel Elliott and Ty Montgomery are all healthy. Hasty's next chance to suit up will come in one week versus the Chargers.
-
Ke'Shawn Vaughn RB | SF
Buccaneers' Ke'Shawn Vaughn: Healthy scratch again
Vaughn (coach's decision) is inactive ahead of Sunday's game against the Colts, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
The fourth-year running back out of Vanderbilt seems to have been passed by both Chase Edmonds and Sean Tucker on Tampa Bay's depth chart, as he'll be a healthy scratch for the third consecutive game. Vaughn has appeared in six games for the Buccaneers this season, recording 44 total yards on 26 touches.

Mike Boone RB | MIA
Texans' Mike Boone: Healthy scratch for Week 12
Boone (coach's decision) is a healthy inactive for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
Dameon Pierce (ankle) is active after missing the Texans' last three games, leaving no room in the backfield for Boone. Pierce and Devin Singletary -- the latter of whom served as Houston's lead back during Pierce's absence -- are expected to share most of the snaps on offense, while Dare Ogunbowale is active as the Texans' No. 3 back but is likely to see most of his playing time on special teams.
