Tyler Huntley QB | BAL
Ravens' Tyler Huntley: Clears concussion protocol
Head coach John Harbaugh confirmed Thursday that Huntley has been removed from the NFL's concussion protocol, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.
Huntley practiced fully Wednesday, and now that he's cleared concussion protocol, the quarterback is on track to start Saturday's game against the Browns. Per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com, Harbaugh hasn't officially confirmed the Ravens' starting quarterback for Week 15, but there's little doubt Huntley will get the nod with Lamar Jackson (knee) set to miss a second straight contest.

Josh Johnson QB | CIN
49ers' Josh Johnson: Expected to remain in backup role
Johnson will likely remain the 49ers' backup quarterback for Thursday's game against the Seahawks with Brock Purdy (oblique/ribs) listed as questionable but expected to start, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Johnson played 11 snaps on offense in relief of the banged-up Purdy in the 49ers' 35-7 win over the Buccaneers, completing one of two pass attempts for 10 yards while carrying twice for three yards. Though Purdy was listed as a limited practice participant Monday through Wednesday and will presumably be at something less than 100 percent health Thursday, he looks set to play through the pain for what will be his second straight start since Jimmy Garoppolo (foot) suffered what was likely a season-ending injury in the Week 13 win over the Dolphins.

Brock Purdy QB | SF
49ers' Brock Purdy: Set to play through injuries Week 15
Purdy (oblique/ribs), who is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Seahawks, is expected to suit up and start at quarterback, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Official confirmation on Purdy's availability for the contest won't come until the 49ers release their inactive list approximately 90 minutes before the 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, but the rookie signal-caller looks to have made enough progress in his recovery from the pair of injuries to play. The 49ers listed Purdy as a limited participant on practice reports issued Monday through Wednesday, but the 22-year-old was presumably only able to do light activity while the team held walk-through workouts. Head coach Kyle Shahanan suggested earlier this week that Purdy won't risk worsening either of his injuries if he plays against the Seahawks, but the quarterback will likely be playing through some level of pain Thursday.

Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Not spotted at walkthrough
Jackson (knee) wasn't spotted at Thursday's walkthrough, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun and Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com report.
While Shaffer doesn't expect Jackson to be active Saturday against the Browns, Tyler Huntley (concussion protocol) was at Thursday's walkthrough and appears to be on track to play this weekend. Added context regarding the duo's Week 15 status will arrive later Thursday when the Ravens' final injury report of the week is posted.

Colt McCoy QB | ARI
Cardinals' Colt McCoy: Limited with neck injury
McCoy was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a neck injury, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
With Kyler Murray (knee) suffering a season-ending ACL tear in Monday's loss to New England, Arizona is down to McCoy, Trace McSorley and David Blough at quarterback. McSorley is easily the best runner of the three, but McCoy is a better passer and far more experienced, offering the best hope for DeAndre Hopkins and Marquise Brown to stay productive. McCoy is expected to start Sunday in Denver as long as his neck issue doesn't impede him in a significant way as the week rolls along.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Titans' Ryan Tannehill: Managing ankle injury
Tannehill (ankle) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Since missing games in Weeks 8 and 9 with the ankle injury, Tannehill has proceeded to start in each of the Titans' last five games. The Titans haven't provided any indication that he experienced a setback with the ankle during this past Sunday's loss to the Jaguars, so he'll most likely be cleared ahead of this weekend's game against the Chargers.

Tyler Huntley QB | BAL
Ravens' Tyler Huntley: Practices fully Wednesday
Huntley (concussion) was listed as a full practice participant Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Lamar Jackson (knee) was listed as a non-participant for the fifth consecutive practice and tentatively appears to be trending toward missing a second straight game Saturday at Cleveland. If Jackson remains out, Huntley would be in line for another start, though the Ravens haven't yet confirmed that the latter has fully cleared the NFL's five-step concussion protocol. Now that he's returned to full practice participation, Huntley will merely need to receive clearance from an independent neurologist to exit the protocol. Offensive coordinator Greg Roman implied that he expected Huntley to be ready to play this weekend, telling Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com on Wednesday that "all systems [will be] go" for the quarterback.

Brock Purdy QB | SF
49ers' Brock Purdy: Questionable for Thursday night
Purdy (oblique/ribs) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against Seattle, Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan said Tuesday that Purdy should be able to play without risking a more serious injury, but the pain the quarterback is still experiencing could impact his throwing and mobility. If Purdy isn't cleared prior to Thursday's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff, the 49ers will turn to journeyman Josh Johnson, who mopped up for the injured Purdy in the second half of last Sunday's win over the Buccaneers.

David Blough QB | DET
Cardinals' David Blough: Signed to Arizona's active roster
The Cardinals signed Blough to their active roster Wednesday.
With Kyler Murray (knee) out for the year, Blough has been signed to Arizona's active roster and will operate as the No. 3 quarterback behind Colt McCoy and Trace McSorley. The Cardinals also signed Carson Strong to their practice squad. Blough has appeared in seven career games, all coming with the Lions between 2019 and 2021.

Kyler Murray QB | MIN
Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Goes on IR
Arizona placed Murray (knee) on injured reserve Wednesday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
The transaction was merely a procedural move after Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury confirmed Tuesday that Murray suffered a season-ending ACL tear in Monday's 27-13 loss to the Patriots. Murray is likely to undergo surgery at some point in the upcoming days, and given the recovery timeline typically associated with the procedure, he may not receive full medical clearance ahead of Week 1 of the 2023 season. More updates on where Murray stands in his recovery should come once he's at least a few months removed from the procedure, while the Cardinals are likely to turn to Colt McCoy to start the final four games of the 2022 campaign.
