Garoppolo (back) isn't expected to return to Sunday's game against the Patriots, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Garoppolo was seen grabbing at his lower back before going to the locker room in the second quarter. He then was spotted getting into an ambulance and leaving the stadium entirely, per Heidi Fang of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. With Aidan O'Connell inactive Sunday, Brian Hoyer will direct the Raiders offense for the rest of Week 6.

Walker completed 18 of 34 passes for 192 yards and two interceptions in Sunday's 19-17 win over the 49ers. He added one yard on three rushing attempts.

Walker made his Browns debut in place of Deshaun Watson (shoulder) and surprisingly helped Cleveland hand San Francisco its first loss of the season. The former Carolina quarterback completed his first two passes with Cleveland, but Walker's third pass was picked off. It looked like Walker's second interception would cost his team the game, as the 49ers scored a go-ahead touchdown one play after returning Walker's fourth-quarter interception to Cleveland's eight-yard line, but the Browns responded with field goals on their next two possessions. The 49ers then missed a 41-yard field goal in the final seconds to seal the upset. Watson failed to practice in the week leading up to this win, and if the usual starter isn't ready to return in Week 7 against the Colts, Walker would likely be tabbed for another start.

Garoppolo was forced out of Sunday's game against the Patriots with a back injury.

With Garoppolo injured and Aidan O'Connell inactive, Brian Hoyer will take over at QB for the Raiders. Prior to his exit Sunday, Garoppolo completed 14 of his 22 passing attempts for 162 yards, with a TD and an interception.

Burrow completed 24 of 35 passes for 185 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 17-13 win over the Seahawks.

Burrow appeared prepared to build on his breakout Week 5 performance, as he racked up 55 yards and threw for a touchdown on Cincinnati's opening drive. He tacked on an additional score early in the second quarter but found things far more difficult from there, as he ultimately averaged 5.3 yards per attempt and totaled less than 200 passing yards for the third time in six games. Positively, he has multiple passing touchdowns in consecutive matchups after achieving that only once in his first four contests. Burrow will also have the chance to rest his lingering calf issue as the Bengals head into a Week 7 bye.

Carr completed 32 of 50 passes for 353 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Sunday's 20-13 defeat to the Texans.

Carr threw for over 300 yards for the first time since the Week 1 win versus Tennessee. The 32-year-old quarterback still netted a rather lackluster 7.0 yards per attempt, as he completed just 64 percent of his season-high 50 passing attempts. Carr didn't put the ball in harm's way too much until the game's final sequence, when, from Houston's 24-yard line, he tossed three straight incompletions before throwing a jump ball to Michael Thomas that was intercepted at the two-yard line. The veteran signal-caller was forced to play without starting tackles Ryan Ramczyk (head) and James Hurst (ankle) on the final drive of the game. Carr has now recorded five touchdowns to three touchdowns while averaging 216.5 passing yards per game, and the Saints' lack of explosiveness and scoring should continue to limit his fantasy upside.

Cousins completed 21 of 31 passes for 181 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions in the Vikings' 19-13 win over the Bears on Sunday. He also rushed twice for minus-5 yards and committed two fumbles, losing one.

Cousins unsurprisingly bore little resemblance to the prolific performer he's often been with Justin Jefferson (IR-hamstring) available, but the veteran signal-caller was able to do just enough to help the Vikings squeeze out a close victory. In Jefferson's absence, Cousins spread the ball around to six different targets, and his fumble on a late second-quarter sack didn't lead to any Bears points. Cousins will likely acclimate to Jefferson's absence a bit more by the week, but he'll draw an unenviable matchup against the 49ers in a Monday night Week 7 home showdown on Oct. 23.

Following Sunday's 37-20 win over the Colts, Lawrence indicated that he feels okay, but noted that he is slated to get his left knee checked out , Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com reports.

Per DiRocco, Lawrence indicated that he wasn't sure if he twisted his knee but did relay that there is some bruising. On the plus side, the QB wasn't sporting a wrap, sleeve or brace on his leg after Sunday's contest, but with the Jaguars heading into a short week, Lawrence's status will need to be monitored closely as Thursday night's game against the Saints approaches.

Purdy completed 12 of 27 passes for 125 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's 19-17 loss to Cleveland. He added three rushing attempts for seven yards.

After opening the game with four consecutive hand-offs, Purdy found Christian McCaffrey for a 13-yard touchdown on his first pass to cap the opening drive. Purdy failed to build on that early success, though. His 72 first-half passing yards marked Purdy's lowest total of the season, and Purdy was even worse after halftime, mustering just 53 passing yards in addition to throwing his first interception of the season. That modest yardage total included 42 yards on the final drive to get into field-goal range, but Jake Moody's 41-yard attempt missed wide right to hand Purdy his first regular-season loss. Purdy's poor play against Cleveland's stout defense can be chalked up in part to attrition among San Francisco's playmakers, as both McCaffrey (oblique) and Deebo Samuel (shoulder) exited the game. With the 49ers banged up and no longer undefeated, Purdy's stock is trending down heading into a Week 7 MNF road game in Minnesota.

Minshew completed 33 of 55 passes for 329 yards with one touchdown and three interceptions in the Colts' 37-20 loss to the Jaguars on Sunday. He also rushed twice for four yards and and lost a fumble.

Minshew's season-best yardage total was secondary to his untimely quartet of turnovers, which helped sink the Colts' chances in the divisional clash. The one-time Jaguars starter's first two interceptions and his fumble led to a total of 17 Jacksonville points, and he also gave the ball up on downs on each of Indianapolis' last two possessions. Despite the sloppy game, Minshew may be the Colts' best option under center for the foreseeable future, considering Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reported earlier Sunday that season-ending surgery is being considered for Anthony Richardson's shoulder injury.

Tannehill, who suffered a right ankle injury during Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Ravens in London, was on crutches following the contest, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Schefter adds that Tannehill is slated to undergo an MRI when the Titans return to the United States. Until the results of the MRI are read, the extent of the quarterback's injury likely won't be known. The Titans will be on bye Week 7, but at this stage, Tannehill's availability for the team's next game Oct. 29 versus the Falcons is up in the air. Malik Willis took over for Tannehill in the fourth quarter Sunday, completing four of five pass attempts for 74 yards while adding 17 yards on three carries and taking four sacks.
