Jackson completed 23 of 35 passes for 252 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Monday's 33-19 win over the 49ers. He added seven rushes for 45 yards.

Baltimore ran a pass-heavy offense by their standard, as Jackson reached 30 pass attempts for only the seventh time this season despite playing from ahead for nearly the entire game. He responded with an efficient performance and his sixth multiple-passing touchdown effort of the campaign, which he connected on from six and nine yards away. While Jackson didn't need to use his rushing ability as much given the game script, he still narrowly missed out on 300 total yards. Given Brock Purdy's (neck) struggles on the opposite end of the contest, Jackson may have become the MVP favorite with his performance.

Purdy is questionable to return to Monday's game against the Ravens after suffering a stinger, Josh Dubow of The Associated Press reports.

Purdy jogged to the medical tent early in the fourth quarter and had a conversation with coach Kyle Shanahan after exiting. Purdy's replacement, Sam Darnold, remained on the field with the 49ers offense following that conversation. Thus, it looks like the team is erring on the side of caution with the MVP candidate. Purdy completed 18 of 32 passes for 255 yards and zero touchdowns, while also throwing four interceptions before his departure.

Purdy exited Monday's matchup with the Ravens in the fourth quarter due to an undisclosed injury, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports

Purdy left the game and headed straight towards the blue medical tent. He jogged off the field under his own power, so it is unclear what issue he is dealing with. The MVP candidate was subsequently replaced under center by Sam Darnold.

Hurts completed 24 of 38 passes for 301 yards and a touchdown with an interception in Monday's 33-25 win over the Giants. He added 34 rushing yards and another TD on eight carries.

On the Eagles' first possession of the game, Hurts rode a brotherly shove from the one-yard line to his 15th rushing touchdown of the season, breaking the previous NFL record of 14 for single-season rushing touchdowns by a quarterback, set by Cam Newton in 2011. Hurts then got busy producing his first 300-yard passing game since Week 8 while hitting DeVonta Smith for a 36-yard score in the second quarter. However, Hurts hasn't thrown multiple TDs in four straight games, as Philadelphia's passing attack has hit a lull at perhaps the worst possible time. The Eagles can still lock up the NFC East title if they win their final two games, giving Hurts incentive to crank it up Week 17 against the Cardinals.

Taylor completed seven of 16 passes for 133 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Monday's 33-25 loss to the Eagles. He added two rushes for 21 yards.

Taylor entered the game to start the second half, replacing Tommy DeVito. His stat line wasn't overly impressive, but Taylor was the more aggressive of the Giants' passers while completing three passes of at least 20 yards, highlighted by a 69-yard touchdown toss to Darius Slayton deep down the left sideline with five minutes remaining in the game. It's unclear whether Taylor will get the chance to start Week 17 against the Rams, but he made his case by sparking the second-half comeback that ultimately fell just short.

DeVito completed nine of 16 passes for 55 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions before being benched at halftime in Monday's 33-25 loss to the Eagles.

DeVito struggled significantly Week 15 and couldn't shake that heading into Monday's divisional matchup. He didn't turn the ball over but failed to push the ball down the field, which resulted in his longest completion going for only 14 yards while averaging just 3.4 yards per attempt. As a result, he was benched in favor of Tyrod Taylor, leaving the Giants' quarterback situation for a Week 17 matchup against the Rams ambiguous.

O'Connell completed nine of 21 passes for 62 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions and also rushed four times for minus-4 yards during Monday's 20-14 victory at Kansas City.

O'Connell didn't outduel Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes by any means, but the former also didn't commit a turnover and kept feeding the ball to running back Zamir White, who earned another spot start for Josh Jacobs (quadriceps/illness) and racked up 22 carries for 145 yards. O'Connell benefitted from his defense scoring two defensive touchdowns on back-to-back Kansas City offensive plays late in the second quarter, and the Raiders offense did just enough to outlast the home team. Monday's paltry output was a far cry from the 248 yards and four touchdowns through the air that he contributed to a 63-21 win against the Chargers in Week 15. Nevertheless, O'Connell will turn his focus to Sunday's contest at Indianapolis.

Johnson (coach's decision) is inactive for Monday's contest against the 49ers.

Johnson has yet to appear in a game this season. However, if both Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley are forced out of the game due to injuries, Johnson would be eligible to play.

Allen (coach's decision) is inactive for Monday's matchup against the Ravens, but he'll be the 49ers' emergency quarterback, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Allen has yet to appear in a game this season. However, if Brock Purdy and Sam Darnold are forced out due to injuries, Allen would be eligible to play.

Lawrence has been diagnosed with a sprained right shoulder following Sunday's 30-12 loss at Tampa Bay, but it's unclear if he's in danger of missing any time, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Lawrence has played through a variety of injuries this season, including a sprained knee, a high-ankle sprain and a concussion. The current concern isn't believed to be a major one, but his status will be watched as the week goes on to get a sense of his odds to suit up Sunday against the Panthers. C.J. Beathard has stepped in for Lawrence when the latter has left the field in 2023.
