Blaine Gabbert QB | KC
Blaine Gabbert officially a go for Week 4
As expected, Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert is active for Week 4 against the Colts after missing the last two games with a laceration in his throwing hand.
Coach Gus Bradley announced Gabbert would be returning to the starting lineup earlier in the week. The third-year quarterback was able to practice in full leading up to the game.

Blaine Gabbert QB | KC
Blaine Gabbert all but ready to roll into Week 4
Jaguars starting quarterback Blaine Gabbert should play Sunday against the Colts. He is listed as probable with a hand injury. The designation comes as no surprise. He has been a full practice participant throughout the week.
Gabbert has not played since a discouraging performance in a Week 1 loss to Kansas City in which he completed just 16 of 35 passes for 121 yards and two interceptions.

Sam Bradford QB | MIN
Sam Bradford flails through big loss
Rams quarterback Sam Bradford struggled through his worst game of the season Thursday, in a 35-11 Week 4 loss to the 49ers.
Bradford completed just 19 of 41 passes for 202 yards in the game, with a pair of turnovers. He turned the ball over once on an interception, and had a couple others dropped by the 49ers' defense. Bradford also fumbled once, one of five times he was sacked in the game.
The lone bright spot for Bradford came late in the fourth quarter, when he found tight end Lance Kendricks for a 6-yard touchdown pass, his seventh of the season.
Bradford has completed 58.8 of his passes on the season now, for 1,093 yards, with seven touchdowns and three interceptions. He will try to bounce back in Week 5, when the Rams take on the Jaguars.

Brian Hoyer QB | LV
Brian Hoyer prepares for second start
Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer took the Vikings by surprise with his three-touchdown game in Week 3. This week, he has the Bengals on the schedule, and they likely won't sleep on a suddenly potent-seeming Browns passing offense.
The Bengals have held their own against opposing passers this season, allowing just 15.3 Fantasy points per game. And that success came against a trio of quarterbacks with six Pro Bowl appearances between them, a resume Hoyer can hardly touch with his two career starts.
Still, the Browns showed a willingness to stretch the field and throw the ball with Hoyer under center. His three interceptions were a good indication of how far Hoyer is from being a strong Fantasy option, but that doesn't mean he is without his uses.
Fantasy owners in two-QB leagues can certainly look Hoyer's way as a No. 2 option in Week 4.

Andy Dalton QB | PHI
Andy Dalton has good history vs. Browns
Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton has been solid through the first three games, but he has a chance to put up a big showing in Week 4 against the Browns Sunday, if history is any indication.
Dalton has faced the Browns four times in his career, and they have been one of his favorite opponents; he has thrown for more yards and touchdowns against the Browns than any other team. Dalton averages two touchdowns and 262.5 yards per game against Cleveland, though he has also thrown four interceptions in those games.
The Browns have been decent against opposing quarterbacks this season, holding them to 16.0 Fantasy points per game, with just two passing touchdowns in three games. Dalton has much better weapons with which to make the Browns pay, however, so he could match that touchdowns allowed total on his own.
Dalton isn't the best Fantasy option around, but he certainly isn't the worst. Consider him a decent starting option for Week 4.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Calmness has driven Ryan Tannehill to 2013 success
The blossoming of Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill has manifested itself in an ability to rise to the occasion with games on the line. He showed that ability Sunday by completing 9 of 12 passes, including the game-winner with 38 seconds remaining, on the final drive to beat Atlanta and keep his team unbeaten.
The second-year quarterback credits a feeling of poise for a level of success in the fourth quarter that was unseen during his rookie year.
"I expect to be calm," he said per ESPN. "If you're out there panicked, then you're going to give panic to everyone else. You have to be in control of the situation [and] be confident in [your teammates]."
The Dolphins, who have outscored their opponents 41-16 in the second half of games this year, are preparing to play fellow unbeaten New Orleans on Monday Night Football.

Geno Smith QB | NYJ
Geno Smith looks to build on career day
Jets rookie quarterback Geno Smith had a career game in Week 3 against Buffalo. He hopes to build on that performance in Week 4 at Tennessee.
Smith was 16 of 29 passing for 331 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions against the Bills. He also added 14 rushing yards and a touchdown for 28 Fantasy points. Prior to that game, Smith combined for 19 Fantasy points in his first two games.
Smith will have a much tougher time against the Titans. Tennessee has only allowed one quarterback to pass for multiple touchdowns this year, which was Matt Schaub in Week 2. Otherwise they have limited Ben Roethlisberger and Philip Rivers to under 200 passing yards in each game and a combined two touchdowns and one interception.
Smith is not a recommended Fantasy option in the majority of leagues. Facing the Titans on the road will be a tough challenge, and Smith will likely struggle.

Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Matthew Stafford looking for success against the Bears
Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford could be in for a nice game Week 4 against the Bears.
The Bears have allowed opposing passers to throw for 305 yards on average through three games. They've also given up 5 touchdown through the air. The Bears will also operate without defensive tackle Henry Melton, which could mean Stafford will get more time to throw. Cornerback Charles Tillman has also been dealing with injuries this season, giving Stafford an opportunity to make some noise in the passing game.
In six games against the Bears, Stafford has thrown 8 touchdowns.

Sam Bradford QB | MIN
Sam Bradford looking to keep rolling
Rams quarterback Sam Bradford seems to have put it all together through the first three games of the season, but he faces a very tough test as he tries to keep it up in Week 4 against the 49ers Thursday.
The 49ers have only been a middle-of-the-road defense against quarterbacks so far, allowing 18.7 Fantasy points per game. That number is inflated a bit by one big game, however, as Aaron Rodgers accounted for 30 of the 56 Fantasy points surrendered during his Week 1 dismantling. They have held each of their last two opponents in check, and will look to do so with Bradford as well.
Bradford has had a bit of success against the Rams in his career, having thrown for four touchdowns and 259.8 yards per game in four meetings without an interception. However, those numbers are merely solid, which is about what we expect in Week 4. Consider Bradford a low-end starting option for Thursday's game.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Ryan Tannehill prepping for stingy Saints
In Week 4, Ryan Tannehill faces a rejuvenated Saints' defense that sacked Carson Palmer four times and intercepted him twice without blitzing last week. New Orleans is giving up the fourth-fewest Fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks.
Saints opponents have scored touchdowns on four of 33 possessions.
Tannehill has played admirably in guiding the Dolphins to 3-0, but the second-year pro is not a top-20 Fantasy quarterback yet. He's also fumbled five times, losing two. Monday night, Tannehill is only a recommended option in two-quarterback leagues.
