Connor Barth K | CHI
Bears' Connor Barth: Makes 18 of 23 field-goal attempts in 2016
Barth made his only field goal attempt while adding an extra point in Sunday's loss to the Vikings, and he ended the season having converted 18 of 23 field-goal attempts.
Barth will be a free agent this off-season, but after having converted just 78 percent of his field-goal attempts, it's unlikely that he'll be in high demand. However, should he emerge as the kicker for a high-scoring offense, his fantasy value would definitely be higher than it was in 2016.

Matt Bryant K | ATL
Falcons' Matt Bryant: Displays range in win
Bryant connected on 4-of-5 field goals and all three extra points in Sunday's win over the Panthers.
Bryant hit from 29, 48, 50 and 51 yards in the win, and his lone miss came on a blocked field goal from 30 yards. He has another great matchup in the final week of the regular season at home against the Saints, who give up plenty of points.

Graham Gano K | NYG
Panthers' Graham Gano: Goes for double digits
Gano converted all three of his field-goal attempts and his lone extra-point try en route to 10 points Saturday against the Falcons.
Gano split the uprights from 31, 40 and 31 yards on his respective field goals Saturday, when he went for at least 10 points for the third straight game.

Matt Prater K | BUF
Lions' Matt Prater: Misses only field goal on MNF
Prater missed his only field-goal attempt but converted all three PATs during Monday night's 42-21 loss to the Cowboys.
For the first time all season, Prater went an entire game without making a field goal. Not as if it's any consolation, but his three extra points were his most since Week 6. Expect Prater to get back on track in the Lions' season finale next week against the Packers.

Justin Tucker K | BAL
Ravens' Justin Tucker: Converts all four field goals Sunday
Tucker converted all four of his field-goal attempts Sunday and added one successful extra point in the loss to the Steelers.
Tucker had a chance at another field-goal attempt early in the game Sunday, but a botched snap and hold ultimately erased the opportunity for three more points. That said, he managed to drill every other opportunity during the game, notching his third outing with four field goals and his seventh with three or more field goals this season. Tucker has a three field-goal advantage over Houston's Nick Novak for the league lead going into Week 17. He'll head up to Cincinnati, where he hasn't missed a kick since his rookie season, to round out the 2016 campaign Sunday.

Cairo Santos K | CHI
Chiefs' Cairo Santos: Makes two of three attempts Sunday
Santos knocked home two of his three field-goal attempts in Sunday's Week 16 victory over the Broncos, adding three extra points on four attempts in the contest.
Santos missed both a 39-yard field goal and an extra-point attempt in Sunday's contest, displaying a bit of shakiness in an otherwise consistent season. He finally had multiple field-goal attempts after multiple weeks of one or fewer. The team will face San Diego in a Week 17 matchup that could feature a fair amount of scoring.

Greg Zuerlein K | NYJ
Rams' Greg Zuerlein: Connects on all three extra-point attempts
Zuerlein converted all three of his extra-point attempts during Saturday's loss to San Francisco.
With just two field goals through his past five games, Zuerlein hasn't been provided with an opportunity to help fantasy owners down the stretch. He's hit all nine of his extra-point bids during the span, but the Los Angeles offense doesn't move the ball well or score enough for Zuerlein to be anything more than a desperation option. The Rams are last in the league in both yards (272.0) and points (14.5) per game, after all.
-
Chris Boswell K | PIT
Steelers' Chris Boswell: Seven points versus Ravens
Boswell converted all four extra-point attempts and his lone field-goal attempt (from 36 yards) in Pittsburgh's 31-27 win over Baltimore on Sunday.
It was a relatively quiet game for Boswell until the Steelers' offense scored 21 fourth-quarter points for the come-from-behind win to clinch the AFC North. For those still playing in Week 17, Boswell faces Cleveland, against whom he scored 10 points earlier this season.
-
Andrew Franks K | MIA
Dolphins' Andrew Franks: Comes up big in win
Franks made two huge field goals in the Dolphins 34-31 overtime win over Buffalo on Saturday.
Franks kicked the game tying 55-yard FG with just .06 seconds remaining in the game. Not only was the kick his longest of the season but it came in windy conditions and with the FG unit having to rush onto the field after the offense couldn't stop the clock. The game winning kick was a much easier shot as it came from only 27 yards out.

Dustin Hopkins K | CLE
Redskins' Dustin Hopkins: Three field goals in loss
Hopkins went 3-for-3 in field-goal attempts and 0-for-1 in extra-point attempts in Sunday's 26-15 loss to Carolina.
Hopkins rebounded from his missed field goal last week, though his missed extra point was his third on the season. He's now 31-for-38 in field-goal attempts on the season and will look to continue his strong season against Chicago next week.
