  • Brett Maher K | LAR

Cowboys' Brett Maher: Misses first kick of 2019

Maher connected on one of two field-goal attempts and all four of his extra points in Sunday's win over the Dolphins.

He clanked a kick off the right upright from 55 yards out in the fourth quarter with the Cowboys already up 24-6, but otherwise, Maher was solid once again. The Dallas offense has scored more than 30 points in every game so far, but it has actually been too efficient to provide Maher with many opportunities for fantasy value -- he's attempted only three field goals against 13 PATs to begin 2019.

  • Texans' Ka'imi Fairbairn: Misses two kicks

Fairbairn missed his lone field-goal attempt and converted three of four extra-point kicks in Sunday's 27-20 win over the Chargers in Week 3.

Fairbairn's missed field-goal was a 56-yard attempt as time ran out before halftime, so no shame in that. The Texans have done a much better job of finishing drives in 2019, hitting paydirt six of seven times when reaching the red zone. That's had a cooling effect on Fairbairn, who led the NFL in field-goal attempts in 2018 but has just three through the first three weeks of 2019.

  • Steelers' Chris Boswell: Remains perfect

Boswell made both his field-goals (26, 46) along with both his PATs in Sunday's 24-20 loss to San Francisco.

After an awful 2018 campaign that had him competing to keep his job this preseason, Boswell looks more like the kicker named to the Pro Bowl in 2017. He remains perfect through three games, hitting all five of his field-goals and all four of his PATs. While Boswell appears to have worked out his kicking issues, the offense continues to struggle, averaging less than 17 points per game -- 10 fewer points per game than last season -- making him a risky fantasy play in Week 4 against the Bengals.

  • Jason Myers K | SEA

Seahawks' Jason Myers: Hits every kick

Myers made all three extra points in Sunday's 33-27 loss to the Saints.

Myers has only attempted one field goal this season, missing a 58-yard attempt in Week 2. He has converted on all 10 extra-point attempts, and he'll look to be afforded more scoring opportunities in Week 4's game versus the Cardinals.

  • Bears' Eddy Pineiro: Set to make trip

Pineiro (knee) is expected to make the trip to Washington for Monday's game, Jason Lieser of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

The Bears must disclose of players who don't make the road trip and they didn't file any such notification, signaling Pineiro will be with the team. The kicker popped up on the injury report Saturday, after he suffered an apparent minor knee injury in the weight room. The Bears haven't signed another kicker as of now, but Pineiro could be looking like a game-time call before inactives come out an hour and a half before the game.

  • Mike Badgley K | BUF

    Chargers' Michael Badgley: Inactive Sunday

Badgley (groin) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Texans.

Badgley had been downgraded from questionable to doubtful for Sunday's game, so this is no surprise. In his absence, Ty Long will handle the Chargers' Week 3 kicking duties.

Chargers' Michael Badgley: Downgraded to doubtful

Badgley (groin) was downgraded from questionable to doubtful for Sunday's matchup with Houston, Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Badgley was able to practice fully Thursday, but it seems the groin issue is still causing problems. It would seem that Ty Long is poised to take over kicking duties for Sunday's game once again, barring a speedy recovery from Badgley in the next 24 hours.

  • Bears' Eddy Pineiro: Added to MNF injury report

Pineiro (right knee) is listed as questionable for Monday night's game against Washington after being listed as limited on Saturday's practice report.

On the plus side, Adam Jahns of The Athletic relays that coach Matt Nagy believes his kicker should be okay after suffering a minor knee injury in the weight room. Given the Monday night kickoff, there's an element of risk to rolling with Pineiro in Week 3 fantasy lineups, but so far the Bears haven't signed another kicker.

Chargers' Michael Badgley: Draws questionable designation

Badgley (groin) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans.

Badgley will play Sunday if he doesn't encounter any setbacks during pregame warmups, according to Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times. If he's unable to go, however, Ty Long would handle kicking duties Week 3.

Chargers' Michael Badgley: Full go Thursday

Badgley was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Badgley was limited in Wednesday's practice, so his full participation Thursday is great news for his status for Sunday's matchup with Houston. The 24-year-old missed the season's first two games with the groin issue. Now healthy, Badgley seems poised to relieve Ty Long, who missed two field goals in last Sunday's 13-10 loss to Detroit.
