Burrow was present for the start of Cincinnati's voluntary offseason workouts Thursday, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports. Burrow was limited to eight appearances in 2025 due to a toe injury, but he's healthy at the start of team activities heading into the 2026 season and hoping to lead the Bengals back to the playoffs for the first time since the 2022 campaign. Cincinnati took steps toward accomplishing that goal by bolstering its defensive personnel in the offseason, most notably trading for star defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence. Burrow still has plenty to work with on offense, with the team returning wideouts Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Andrei Iosivas, running back Chase Brown and tight end Mike Gesicki.

Burrow completed 29 of 39 passes for 236 yards and three touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 20-18 loss to the Browns. He added 17 rushing yards on two carries. The star quarterback hit all his biggest targets -- Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Chase Brown -- for scores, but Evan McPherson had a rough day, getting one PAT blocked and missing his second before the Bengals failed to convert a two-point attempt on their final TD. Burrow wraps up a tough 2025 season with a 17:5 TD:INT in only eight games, the second time in the last three years he's missed significant time due to injuries.

Coach Zac Taylor confirmed Monday that Burrow will start next Sunday's regular-season finale against the Browns, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports. Neither the Bengals nor Browns have anything to play for besides pride and personal statistics, so there was a small chance Burrow could sit for Week 18. However, the Bengals are trying to end the season on a high note after beating the Dolphins and Cardinals in Weeks 16 and 17, respectively. Since returning to the field in Week 13, Burrow is fantasy's overall QB5 with a pair of 300-yard passing games and a 12:4 TD:INT.

Burrow completed 24 of 31 passes for 305 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 37-14 win over the Cardinals. He added two rushing yards on three carries. In a battle between two of the league's worst defenses, it was Burrow and the Bengals that took the most advantage. The superstar QB hit Ja'Marr Chase for a 13-yard score in the first quarter to get the rout started, then connected with his top downfield option again for an eight-yard TD just before halftime. Burrow has topped 300 passing yards in back-to-back games with a 6:0 TD:INT, and he'll look to finish the season on a high note while avoiding having Myles Garrett set the all-time sack record at his expense, in Week 18 against the Browns.
-
Burrow is the top QB on the main slate, with a higher projection than Josh Allen but a slightly lower price. When he has both Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins healthy, he has proven unstoppable, throwing for four touchdowns in two of his last three games. This game has shootout written all over it, and I like the other QB, Jacoby Brissett, as my top contrarian play.
