Littell didn't factor into the decision Monday against the Cardinals, allowing one run on four hits and three walks in five innings. He struck out six.

Littell coughed up three runs to the Phillies in first appearance of the season as a reliever, but he showed improvement as a starter Monday. The right-hander yielded a lone extra-base hit but was able to throw only 70 pitches, the latter of which is likely because he didn't sign with the Nationals until early March. Littell tentatively lines up to face the Brewers in his next scheduled start over the weekend, and he'll be hoping to further stretch himself out.

DeGrom didn't factor into the decision after allowing one run on one hit and one walk while striking out six across five innings Monday against the Mariners. After the game, deGrom noted that he felt tenderness in his knee, and the team elected not to send him back out for the sixth inning as a result, Shawn McFarland of The Dallas Morning News reports.

DeGrom mentioned after his appearance that he felt something in his knee before Monday's start, and it didn't work itself out while he was on the bump. The club was pleased with how he looked over five innings of work and didn't want to push him too hard given the fact that his knee wasn't feeling 100 percent. "I feel okay, it's a little tender, but I think we'll be okay," said deGrom, per McFarland. It doesn't appear as though fantasy managers should be overly concerned at this point, though it'll be worth keeping an eye on the right-hander's status leading up to his next start, which tentatively lines up for Sunday against the Dodgers.

Pallante didn't factor into the decision Monday against the Nationals, allowing two runs on three hits and four walks in five innings. He struck out two.

After throwing five scoreless innings against the Mets in his season debut, Pallante ran into some tougher sledding Monday. While he did hold the Nationals to just three knocks, the right-hander walked at least four batters for the ninth time in his career. The 27-year-old right-hander boasts a 1.80 ERA through 10 innings so far, but his 5:7 K:BB is a far greater concern heading into his next scheduled outing versus the Red Sox.

Kuhnel will have his contract selected from Triple-A Las Vegas ahead of Tuesday's game against the Yankees, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

Kuhnel's promotion to the big leagues will be the corresponding move after the Athletics optioned Luis Morales to Triple-A earlier in the day Monday. Kuhnel has looked sharp in two appearances so far this season with the Aviators, as he's racked up six strikeouts over three scoreless frames.

Anderson allowed one run on two hits across three innings of relief in Monday's 7-3 loss to the Twins. He walked two and struck out four.

Anderson relieved Detroit starter Casey Mize, who was mostly ineffective across 4.1 innings. The former kept Detroit in the game in his most effective outing so far this season, though he still didn't keep the opposition off the scoreboard. Anderson has been scored on in all four of his appearances, and he's sitting with a 7.11 ERA overall, so he still leaves a lot to be desired from a fantasy perspective. The righty should stick in a long-relief role for the Tigers.

Hays is expected to require a trip to the 10-day injured list after being diagnosed with a right hamstring strain, James Fegan of SoxMachine.com reports.

Hays picked up the hamstring injury while playing the field Monday night against Baltimore, and he appears headed for the shelf after further evaluation. An official move will likely be made Tuesday, which could include calling up outfield help.

Torres went 0-for-2 with three walks and a run scored in Monday's 7-3 loss to the Twins.

Torres managed to have a solid fantasy performance without getting a hit as he displayed his strong eye at the plate. The veteran infielder posted a 13.8 percent walk rate in 2025, which was nearly four points higher than the year before, and he's hovering around 28 percent so far this season. If Torres can keep getting on base at a good clip, he should be able to rack up plenty of runs batting ahead of the likes of Kerry Carpenter, Riley Greene and Spencer Torkelson.

McGonigle went 1-for-5 with a double, a stolen base and a run scored in Monday's 7-3 loss to the Twins.

McGonigle has had a nice start to his MLB career, as he's now batting .289 with an .833 OPS across his first 10 games. His stolen base Monday was his first at the MLB level, and he's tacked on five RBI and six runs scored. McGonigle is still looking for his first MLB home run, but it's otherwise been a great rookie campaign so far, and he should continue to see regular playing time moving forward. While there might be some bumps along the way, the 21-year-old looks ready to fully break out as a fantasy star.

Raquet was traded from the Cardinals to the Orioles on Monday in exchange for Brayden Smith, Ari Alexander of 7 News Boston reports.

Raquet was designated for assignment by St. Louis on Sunday and is now set for a fresh start in Baltimore. The southpaw appeared briefly in the major leagues in 2025 for the Cardinals, as he tossed two scoreless frames in two appearances. Raquet figures to report to Triple-A Norfolk following Monday's trade.

Granillo was optioned to Triple-A Rochester on Monday.

Granillo was touched up for two runs on two hits and two walks in two thirds of an inning Monday against St. Louis. He gave up at least one run in four of five appearances to begin the 2026 campaign and will look to get back on track in the minors. The Nationals have yet to announce a corresponding move.
