Rocker took a no-decision Wednesday against the Diamondbacks, allowing no runs on three hits and four walks in five innings. He struck out three.

The 26-year-old right-hander turned in one of his best starts of the season Wednesday. Although Rocker matched a season worst in free passes, he scattered three singles during his first scoreless outing of the year and also tied a season most in pitches (97). Rocker still has an underwhelming 4.34 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 30:17 K:BB across 37.1 innings, so fantasy managers may want to consider shying away from him in his next scheduled appearance at hitter-friendly Coors Field against the Rockies.

The Twins will push back Prielipp's next start by a day or two and will call up Zebby Matthews to start Thursday's game against the Marlins, Bobby Nightengale of The Minnesota Star Tribune reports.

The Twins are looking to limit Prielipp's usage given that he's never pitched more than 83.2 innings in a professional season and has had two career Tommy John surgeries on his resume. The left-hander has pitched well in his first four big-league starts, posting a 3.32 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 21:7 K:BB across 19 innings.

Jax did not factor into the decision Wednesday against the Blue Jays, allowing four hits and four walks over five scoreless innings. He struck out one.

In two outings since moving into Tampa Bay's rotation, Jax has allowed just two earned runs across nine innings. While he managed to make it through five innings Wednesday, Jax was ultimately stuck with a no-decision as the Rays would fall to Toronto in 10 innings. Overall, Jax sports a 3.91 ERA with a 1.48 WHIP and 18:14 K:BB across 23 innings this year. Assuming he remains in the rotation, Jax would line up for a home matchup with the Orioles in his next outing.

Twins manager Derek Shelton said that Matthews will be called up from Triple-A St. Paul to start Thursday's game against the Marlins, Bobby Nightengale of The Minnesota Star Tribune reports.

The Twins are trying to give rookie Connor Prielipp an extra day or two of rest between starts and will turn to Matthews for what may just be a spot start. Matthews has struggled at Triple-A St. Paul this season, posting a 4.72 ERA and 1.52 WHIP across 34.1 innings.

Buxton went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs and a walk in Wednesday's 9-5 loss to Miami.

Wednesday marked the 19th multi-homer game of Buxton's career. The Twins may not have many household names in their lineup, but Buxton has been a force for fantasy managers atop Minnesota's batting order this season. Over his last 26 games (114 at-bats), the star outfielder is batting .298 with 15 long balls, four doubles, 22 RBI and four stolen bases to raise his OPS for the year to .899.

Raleigh was removed from Wednesday's game against the Astros with an apparent right side injury, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Raleigh was spotted wincing in pain and grabbing at his right side during the eighth inning, and he was replaced on defense when Seattle took the field in the ninth. The slugging backstop missed three games earlier this month due to soreness on the same side, and although the severity of his latest flare-up is unknown, the Mariners may now have to send him to the injured list. Mitch Garver should take over as Seattle's primary backstop if Raleigh has to miss time.

Cease did not factor into the decision Wednesday against the Rays, allowing a run on three hits and three walks over seven innings. He struck out nine.

While Toronto failed to take the lead until the 10th inning, leaving Cease with a no-decision, it was another excellent outing from the right-hander, who's now gone seven innings in each of his last three starts. Cease's ERA is down to 2.41 across nine starts (52.1 innings) with a 1.18 WHIP and 75 strikeouts, good for second most in the majors. He'll look to keep rolling his next time out, tentatively lined up for next week on the road against the Yankees.

Woods Richardson (0-6) took the loss Wednesday against the Marlins, allowing eight runs (six earned) on seven hits and three walks in four innings. He struck out one.

After giving up just three runs over his first two starts of the season, Woods Richardson's results since then have been disastrous. The right-hander has a 9.79 ERA across his last seven outings (30.1 innings), during which he's yielded at least five runs on five occasions while failing to fan more than three in any appearance. Still without a win in 2026, Woods Richardson won't be a recommended fantasy option when he brings a 7.71 ERA, 1.86 WHIP and 20:20 K:BB through 42 frames overall into his next scheduled matchup versus Houston.

Painter did not factor into the decision Wednesday against the Red Sox, allowing a run on four hits and no walks over five innings. He struck out four.

It was a solid bounce-back effort from Painter, who held Boston to a lone run on Trevor Story's second-inning homer after giving up eight runs in just 3.2 innings during his previous outing. The no-decision snaps a four-start losing streak for Painter, who's 1-4 with a 6.21 ERA, 1.59 WHIP and 34:11 K:BB across 37.2 innings in his rookie campaign. Painter's tentatively lined up for a home matchup against the Reds in his next start.

Meyer (3-0) earned the win Wednesday against the Twins, allowing four runs on seven hits and two walks in 5.2 innings. He struck out nine.

Meyer hardly pitched well enough to deserve the win Wednesday, giving up five extra-base hits, but the Marlins provided plenty of run support. The 27-year-old right-hander permitted a season-worst four runs and walked multiple batters for the seventh time in nine starts, but the nine punchouts were also a season high. Meyer will carry a strong 3.21 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 54:17 K:BB across 47.2 innings into his next scheduled matchup next week versus Atlanta.
