Sasaki (2-3) earned the win Sunday, allowing one run on four hits and no walks over seven innings against the Angels. He struck out eight.

Sasaki turned in his best outing of the season, punching out a season-high eight batters while not issuing a walk in a start for the first time in his MLB career. Sunday could mark a key turning point for the talented right-hander, as he looked confident and in control with his revamped four-pitch mix. The 24-year-old will carry a 5.09 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 39:16 K:BB across 40.2 innings into his next outing, which is tentatively scheduled for Saturday against the Brewers.

Arraez went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, an additional run scored and a walk in Sunday's 10-1 victory over the Athletics.

Arraez stayed hot in the Giants' victory, tallying three hits, highlighted by a solo homer to open the scoring in the third inning. It has been a strong May for the second baseman, who is slashing .375/.444/.589 with two homers, six doubles, five RBI and 10 runs across 14 contests this month. With Sunday's performance, Arraez's season OPS climbed to .807 through 44 games.

Rea did not factor into the decision Sunday against the White Sox, allowing four runs on six hits and one walk while striking out four over 4.2 innings.

Rea struggled to work efficiently throughout the outing, throwing just 46 of his 83 pitches for strikes while allowing consistent traffic on the bases. The veteran right-hander has now surrendered four or more runs in three of his last five starts and has failed to complete six innings in any of those outings. Rea will take his 4.98 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 40:14 K:BB across 47 innings into his next scheduled start, facing Houston at home.

Johnston went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI, a walk and two runs scored Sunday against the Diamondbacks.

Johnston did the majority of his damage in the fourth inning, doubling in a run before also coming around to score. The effort marked his first multi-hit game in his last six starts and the first time he's scored multiple runs in a contest since April 6. Nevertheless, Johnston has made a positive impression in his first extended look in the majors, maintaining a .321 average with 16 runs scored and 21 RBI across 152 plate appearances.

Bader went 1-for-4 with a grand slam, an additional run scored and a walk in Sunday's 10-1 win over the Athletics.

Bader's lone hit of the day was a big one, as he went the opposite way for a grand slam off Jose Suarez to punctuate an eight-run eighth inning for the Giants. The center fielder has struggled to a .531 OPS through 20 appearances in 2026, though he has shown off some power of late with three homers and a .571 slugging percentage over his past seven games. Bader will look to continue supplying power and find a more complete groove at the plate in order to maintain consistent playing time.

Springs (3-4) took the loss Sunday, allowing two runs (one earned) on five hits and a walk over six innings in a 10-1 loss to the Giants. He struck out three.

Springs turned in six serviceable innings -- with the damage coming via a Luis Arraez solo homer in the third inning and a Matt Chapman RBI double in the fourth frame -- but a lack of run support stuck the southpaw with his second consecutive loss and fourth defeat of the season. Springs has cooled off after allowing just four runs across 24.2 innings in his first four outings, though the 33-year-old has still been generally effective for the Athletics with a 3.93 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 47:16 K:BB across 55 innings (10 starts). His next outing is tentatively scheduled for Friday against the Padres.

De La Cruz went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and a double in Sunday's 10-3 loss to the Guardians.

On an afternoon that saw seven balls leave the yard, De La Cruz took Gavin Williams deep in the third inning to put Cincinnati on the board before adding a double in the fifth. The homer was his 11th of the season and snapped a 17-game homerless streak. The 24-year-old superstar has now recorded a hit in 10 straight games, including seven multi-hit performances during that span. De La Cruz is slashing an outstanding .302/.364/.540 with 12 doubles, 31 RBI, 35 runs scored and nine stolen bases across 209 plate appearances.

Houser (2-4) earned the win Sunday, allowing one run on four hits and five walks over six innings against the Athletics. He struck out three.

Houser struggled at times to find the zone, issuing a season-high five walks, but he limited the damage and completed six innings for the third time this season en route to his second win. The right-hander's overall numbers -- a 5.25 ERA and 1.48 WHIP with a 26:19 K:BB across 48 innings (nine starts) -- are far from stellar, though he has been more effective of late, allowing two or fewer runs in each of his past three outings. Houser is tentatively slated to make his next start at home Saturday against the White Sox.

Manzardo went 2-for-5 with two home runs and three RBI in Sunday's 10-3 win over the Reds.

After striking out in his first at-bat, Manzardo showed out in a big way by taking Brady Singer deep for a two-run homer in the third inning before adding another long ball in the fifth on a day when Cleveland's offense erupted for six total homers. The first baseman now has four home runs on the season and continues to swing a hot bat in May, batting .295 across 13 games this month. Manzardo is now slashing .223/.301/.362 with four doubles, 16 RBI and 15 runs scored across 146 plate appearances.

Williams (6-3) earned the win Sunday against the Reds, allowing two runs on eight hits while striking out seven over six innings.

Williams generated 17 whiffs while throwing 68 of his 93 pitches for strikes, helping him work through six innings for a sixth consecutive outing. Outside of an Elly De La Cruz solo homer in the third inning, the right-hander kept the Reds in check despite allowing eight hits. He continues to miss bats at an elite rate, as his 73 strikeouts now rank fourth in MLB. However, over his last three starts, Williams has surrendered 26 hits and 12 earned runs, a notable shift from the beginning of the season when he limited hits effectively but struggled badly with walks. Even so, Williams still owns a solid 3.67 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and .225 batting average against on the season. He's scheduled to face a hot Phillies lineup next.
