Rea (5-4) took the loss against Colorado on Tuesday, allowing seven runs on nine hits and three walks while striking out two batters over 4.2 innings.

Rea fell behind quickly when he gave up a two-run home run to Hunter Goodman in the first inning. The Rockies got to him for three more runs in the second, with Ezequiel Tovar contributing a solo homer, and Chicago never got close after that. The seven earned runs Rea allowed were a season-worst mark, and the veteran hurler ended with more walks (three) than punchouts (two) while notching just five whiffs. His season ERA jumped up to an undesirable 5.19, which is accompanied by a 1.43 WHIP and 54:25 K:BB through 69.1 innings across 14 appearances (11 starts).

Peralta (4-5) took the loss Tuesday against St. Louis, surrendering six runs on six hits and two walks while striking out five across six innings.

A disastrous third inning did Peralta in as five batters reached base, leading to a four-run frame that put St. Louis firmly in control. The right-hander compounded the damage in the fifth when Alec Burleson launched a two-run homer to extend the lead. The six runs allowed were a season high, but Peralta continued his streak of having surpassed 90 pitches in each of his last 13 starts. He now owns a 4.04 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and 79:32 K:BB across 78 innings. Peralta is scheduled to make his next start at home against Atlanta.

Sugano (6-4) earned the win over the Cubs on Tuesday, allowing three runs on six hits and two walks while striking out three batters over five-plus innings.

Sugano cruised through five frames, allowing just one run. He remained in the game to begin the sixth and gave up a homer to Michael Busch followed by an Alex Bregman single before getting pulled. Though Bregman eventually came around to score, Sugano got enough support to notch the victory. The right-hander has now yielded three or fewer runs in five straight starts, compiling a decent 4.10 ERA across 26.1 frames during that span. He's been a steady but unspectacular part of the Rockies' rotation, posting a 4.08 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 39:20 K:BB through 68.1 innings spanning 13 starts. Sugano's home park and low strikeout numbers greatly dampen his appeal in fantasy.

May (4-6) earned the win Tuesday against the Mets, tossing six scoreless innings on four hits and one walk while striking out six.

May was at his best Tuesday, working a season-high 101 pitches with 70 going for strikes and racking up an impressive 31 called and swinging strikes. It was the right-hander's first scoreless start of 2026, and he's now recorded a quality start in eight of his last 11 outings. May now owns a 4.21 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 66:20 K:BB through 72.2 innings and lines up for a home outing against San Diego next.

Rivero was removed from Tuesday's game against the Astros with an apparent left hand injury, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Rivero suffered the injury after fouling off a pitch in the fifth inning of Tuesday's contest and wasn't able to finish his at-bat. The severity of his injury remains unknown, but if he needs to go on the IL, the Angels will need to promote another catcher from the minors to provide depth behind Logan O'Hoppe.

Jones went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer in Tuesday's 3-2 win against Cleveland.

Jones launched a 443-foot two-run shot off Slade Cecconi in the second inning that opened the scoring. It was his first career MLB homer, and it looked like anything but a young player finding his footing. After he hit .167 in 10 games before he was sent back down, he's now hitting .500 across four games since being recalled. The strikeout rate has been a well-documented concern -- he's posted a 32.4 percent strikeout rate at Triple-A this season -- so the plate discipline bears watching, but with how banged up New York's outfield is at the moment, Jones should see playing time for the foreseeable future.

Moreno went 1-for-3 with two walks and a solo home run during Arizona's 10-6 loss to Miami on Tuesday.

Moreno reduced the Diamondbacks' deficit to 3-2 with a solo homer off Max Meyer in the fourth inning. Moreno has gone deep in back-to-back games and is up to five home runs on the season. He's slashing .257/.335/.429 with three steals and 22 RBI in 161 plate appearances.

Finnegan tossed 1.2 scoreless innings and earned a hold in Tuesday's 10-4 win over the Twins. He walked one and struck out three.

Finnegan got the last two batters of the seventh inning and then worked through the eighth for the Tigers. With Kenley Jansen (pelvis) on the IL, Finnegan has gotten some run as Detroit's closer, but he's blown four saves in five chances this year. The Tigers have seemingly turned to Will Vest to end games instead, though Finnegan has been effective overall with a 2.01 ERA across 31.1 innings out of the bullpen this season. The righty also leads the team with nine holds.

Carroll went 1-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional RBI during the Diamondbacks' 10-6 loss to the Marlins on Tuesday.

Carroll opened Tuesday's scoring with a solo home run in the first and tied things up at 6-6 in the eighth when his groundball out brought Tommy Troy home. Carroll is up to 11 home runs on the season, four of which have come over his last seven games. He is slashing .283/.372/.558 with seven steals, 33 RBI and 42 runs over 269 plate appearances this season.

Marte went 3-for-5 with a double and three RBI during the Diamondbacks' 10-6 loss to the Marlins on Tuesday.

Marte matched a season high with three RBI in Tuesday's loss, two of which came on a single in the eighth to reduce the Diamondbacks' deficit to 6-5. It was also the fifth game of at least three hits for Marte, and it could be the spark he needs to turn things around at the plate after he went 2-for-34 in his nine games prior to Tuesday. He is slashing .253/.305/.450 with 11 home runs and 40 RBI over 272 plate appearances this season.
