Drohan (3-2) was tagged with the loss Saturday against the Phillies after allowing four runs on eight hits across five innings. He struck out seven.

Drohan's seven strikeouts were a season high for the 27-year-old southpaw, who's made four starts among 14 appearances this season while moving in and out of the rotation. Drohan has a 3.59 ERA and 1.17 WHIP across 42.2 innings in 2026, and his 2.73 FIP suggests he's had a bit of bad luck. If he stays in the rotation for another turn, Drohan would be lined up to make his next start on the road against Atlanta.

Cameron didn't factor into the decision Saturday against the Astros. He allowed four runs on seven hits, including two home runs, while striking out one across 4.1 innings.

Cameron wasn't at his best Saturday and saw the end of a four-start streak in which he'd given up two or fewer earned runs. This was also the first time the southpaw gave up multiple homers in a game since April 18, when he allowed two long balls against the Yankees. Cameron has a 4.11 ERA and 1.21 WHIP across 13 starts and 70 innings this season, but his 3.49 FIP suggests better times are ahead. He's slated to make his next start at home against the Cardinals.

Lange (0-4) was tagged with the loss Saturday against the Astros after allowing a run on one hit and a walk across 1.2 innings. He struck out one.

The right-hander replaced Matt Strahm in the top of the eighth inning and retired Jake Meyers and Brice Matthews to keep the game tied. However, Lange couldn't do it again in the ninth and allowed the game-winning run on an RBI groundout from Christian Walker. Lange enjoyed a run of nine straight appearances without allowing a run between May 20 and June 9, but he's given up three over his last two outings (2.2 innings) since moving into a higher-leverage role. He owns a 4.13 ERA and 1.44 WHIP this season across 32.2 frames.

Carroll went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Saturday's 2-1 loss to the Reds.

Carroll gave the Diamondbacks an early lead with a first-inning homer, but for a second consecutive game, the team couldn't take advantage of its opportunities. Arizona was 0-for-8 with runners in scoring position and left 12 runners on base. For Carroll, the home run was his 12th of the season and fifth in the last 11 contests.

Gurriel (hamstring) is expected to be reassessed after playing rehab games in the rookie-level Arizona Complex Leage on Friday and Saturday, MLB.com reports.

Gurriel has played five of the last six days in the ACL, switching between left field and designated hitter. His addition will create a crowded outfield around Corbin Carroll, with Jordan Lawlar, Ryan Waldschmidt and Tommy Troy all vying for playing time.

King (1-1) earned the win Saturday against the Royals after pitching a perfect eighth inning, striking out one.

King entered the game in the bottom of the eighth inning in a 7-7 tie, but he needed just 17 pitches (10 strikes) to retire Nick Loftin, Lane Thomas and Kameron Misner. King, who's back in a setup role now that Josh Hader has come off the IL, hasn't given up a run in each of his last seven appearances. He owns a 1.05 WHIP and 5:2 K:BB across 6.2 innings over that stretch.

Alonso went 3-for-5 with a double, a home run and two RBI in Saturday's 9-3 loss to the Padres.

The slugging first baseman accounted for most of the Orioles' offense on the day, launching a solo shot off Randy Vasquez in the first inning and adding an RBI double in the seventh. Alonso has gone yard three times in the last four games, and through 12 contests to begin June he's slashing .326/.407/.674 with five of his 16 homers on the season, along with 10 runs and 12 RBI.

Burrows didn't factor into the decision Saturday against the Royals after allowing five runs (four earned) on seven hits and two walks across five innings. He struck out five.

The five strikeouts were Burrows' best output since he fanned six in a win over the Rangers on May 27, but that was the lone bright spot for the right-hander. He's given up at least four earned runs in five of his last six starts and owns a 6.95 ERA with a 1.72 WHIP over that stretch. Even more worrying is that his peripherals over that span look troublesome, as he's produced a 6.1 K/9, 4.3 BB/9, and 2.7 HR/9. Burrows is scheduled to make his next start at home against the Guardians next weekend.

Gibson (1-2) took the loss Saturday, coughing up six runs on three hits and five walks over 4.1 innings as the Orioles were downed 9-3 by the Padres. He struck out seven.

The rookie right-hander did set a new career high in strikeouts in his fifth big-league appearance and fourth start, but Gibson threw only 53 of 93 pitches for strikes and got hit hard when he did get the ball in the strike zone, serving up homers to Jackson Merrill and Samad Taylor in the top of the first inning as San Diego jumped out to a 4-0 lead. Gibson has a 5.91 ERA, 1.59 WHIP and 12:13 K:BB in 21.1 innings for Baltimore, and with Chris Bassitt (back) expected to return from the IL next week, he could be headed back to Triple-A Norfolk before getting another start.

Taylor went 3-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in Saturday's 9-3 win over the Orioles.

Getting his sixth straight start in left field and batting sixth, Taylor took Trey Gibson deep in the first inning for a two-run shot before adding an RBI single in the fifth. While the long ball was his first in the majors in his 45th game, Taylor has hit safely in all six of those starts, batting .409 (9-for-22) during that hot streak with a double, two steals, four runs and eight RBI. With Miguel Andujar (hamstring) having joined Ramon Laureano (hip) on the IL, the door is open for the 27-year-old Taylor to lock down a starting spot in a big-league outfield for the first time since he made his debut with the Royals in 2023. He has little left to prove in the minors -- over 188 Triple-A games the last two seasons between El Paso and Tacoma in the Mariners' system, Taylor is batting .302 with 24 home runs and 53 stolen bases in 64 attempts.
