Red Sox's Kenley Jansen: Set to go on IL
Manager Alex Cora told reporters Sunday that Jansen is likely to be placed on the 15-day injured list Monday due to a right shoulder injury, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.

Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Making push for 40 steals
Chisholm went 1-for-3 with a walk, one RBI, a stolen base and one run scored in Sunday's 7-4 win over the Athletics.
Chisholm has been a flash on the basepaths with 10 steals over 19 games in September. In addition to the elite speed, he's slashing a reliable .256/.326/.434 with 23 home runs, 70 RBI, 74 runs scored, 19 doubles and four triples over 142 games between the Yankees and the Marlins this year.

The second baseman has added a .254/.328/.374 slash line, 62 RBI, 76 runs scored, 23 doubles and four stolen bases through 149 games while seeing steady time as New York's leadoff hitter over the last month-plus.

The star outfielder is up to a .323/.458/.695 slash line with 138 RBI, 118 runs scored, 10 stolen bases and 36 doubles over 154 games in one of the best years of his career. A potential return to the 60-homer mark would be tough to pull off with just six games left.
