Serven went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Red Sox.

Serven broke the game open in the seventh inning, taking Jake Bennett deep for a two-run homer. It was his first home run as a member of the Athletics and his first major-league homer since 2022. The veteran backstop has logged just seven plate appearances at the major-league level this season, collecting two hits including Tuesday's long ball. With Shea Langeliers sidelined by a torn meniscus, Serven could receive an extended chance in the majors this time around. He slashed .308/.401/.538 across 61 games at Triple-A Las Vegas and is expected to serve as the backup catcher behind fill-in starter Jonah Heim.

Alvarez went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Angels.

Alvarez wasted little time making an impact, taking Reid Detmers deep as the second batter of the game for his MLB-leading 35th home run of the season. He came through again in the ninth inning, lining a two-out RBI single to drive in the winning run. The slugger has been on an incredible tear over his last 14 games, batting .429 with seven multi-hit performances, six home runs, four doubles and 13 RBI. Barring injury, Alvarez is on pace to shatter several career highs and has firmly established himself as the American League MVP favorite.

Hader recorded his 14th save Tuesday against the Angels, tossing a perfect ninth inning.

Hader was unsurprisingly called upon in the ninth inning to protect a one-run lead and needed just four pitches to retire the side in order and lock down his 14th save of the season. The veteran closer remains a perfect 14-for-14 in save opportunities this year and has allowed just three runs across 24 appearances. Hader continues to dominate in the closer role, posting a 1.23 ERA, 0.91 WHIP and 33:10 K:BB over 22 innings this season.

Detmers did not factor into the decision Tuesday against the Astros, allowing two runs on two solo home runs and one walk while striking out nine over five innings.

Detmers gave up a solo homer to Yordan Alvarez just two batters into the game during a first inning in which he struck out the side. Christian Walker accounted for the Astros' other run against him with a solo shot in the fourth before Detmers closed his outing by striking out the side again in the fifth. The left-hander has been outstanding in the second half of the season, allowing just three runs across 16.1 innings while piling up 22 strikeouts in three starts. He now owns a 4.03 ERA and 1.10 WHIP, and his 145 strikeouts rank fourth in the American League. His next start is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday against the Orioles.

Refsnyder went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a double in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the Dodgers.

Those two knocks accounted for two of his five extra-base hits all season. Refsnyder missed the last month due to knee inflammation, but he wasn't hitting particularly well before his absence. The outfielder is also often limited to short-side platoon work, and that's unlikely to change unless he forces the issue with his bat. He's hitting .147 with a .479 OPS, four homers, 11 RBI, nine runs scored and one double over 123 plate appearances.

Lambert did not factor into the decision Tuesday against the Angels, allowing two runs on seven hits and one walk while striking out six over five innings.

Lambert threw 59 of his 90 pitches for strikes and generated 12 swinging strikes in another solid outing. He allowed an RBI single to Vaughn Grissom in the third inning before Jorge Soler added an RBI double in the fifth. The right-hander has now completed at least five innings in 14 of his last 15 starts. Lambert has held opponents to two or fewer runs in each of his last five outings while piling up 32 strikeouts across 28.2 innings during that span. The 29-year-old will carry a 3.06 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 100:39 K:BB into his next scheduled start Monday against the Blue Jays.

Raleigh went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the Dodgers.

Raleigh's second-inning blast answered a Shohei Ohtani homer from the opening frame. It's now been 15 games since Raleigh last had a multi-hit effort, going just 8-for-52 (.154) in that span. The prolonged slump at the plate has caused the catcher to plunge in the order. Raleigh hit second early on, but he has been fifth or sixth in the lineup in four of his last five games. Overall, he's batting .166 with a .579 OPS, 11 homers, 36 RBI, 25 runs scored, seven doubles and two stolen bases over 75 contests.

Rodriguez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a stolen base and a second run scored in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the Dodgers.

This was Rodriguez's first multi-hit effort since he returned from a stint on the injured list due to a concussion. He has gone 9-for-37 (.243) over 10 contests since his return. The star outfielder is now batting .257 with a .742 OPS, 16 homers, 46 RBI, 51 runs scored, 13 steals and 16 doubles over 97 contests. Rodriguez is on pace for a career-low in steals this year, though he could still reach 20 if he picks his spots well on the basepaths for the remainder of the campaign.

Canzone went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the Dodgers.

Canzone homered in the sixth and eighth innings, with the latter blast providing enough offense to get the Mariners a hard-earned win. He has gone 6-for-13 with three homers over his last three contests. For the season, Canzone is batting .263 with an .863 OPS, 18 homers, 49 RBI, 37 runs scored, one stolen base, 15 doubles and a triple over 93 games in a strong-side platoon role.

Munoz allowed a run on two hits and a walk while striking out one over one inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the Dodgers.

Munoz's 13-inning scoreless streak came to an end as the Dodgers applied significant pressure in this outing. Munoz was able to limit the damage to one run, allowing him to pick up his 19th save of the campaign and his third over his last three outings. The veteran reliever has a 3.99 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 59:16 K:BB over 38.1 innings this season, but he has been much more reliable since mid-June.
