Hader allowed two earned runs on two hits and no walks while striking out one across one inning Tuesday against the Tigers.

Hader entered the game in the ninth inning with Houston up 6-2. He got the first two outs without incident, but then served up a double and a two-run home run. These were the first earned runs Hader has surrendered since Opening Day, and he owns a stellar 20:3 K:BB across 15 frames.

Clase (4-0) allowed a hit in a scoreless ninth inning to earn the win Tuesday against the Twins. He did not strike out or walk a batter.

It wasn't a save situation, but the right-hander was called upon for the top of the ninth inning of a 1-1 tie and was awarded the win after Kyle Manzardo clubbed a walk-off homer in the bottom of the frame. Cade Smith -- who has converted Cleveland's past three saves -- worked the eighth inning Tuesday, which is an indication that Clase is still firmly in the mix at closer. His 6.57 ERA and 1.95 WHIP for the campaign may mean that he and Smith split the role for a bit, but Clase has now delivered two straight scoreless outings after dealing with a bout of shoulder discomfort.

Paredes went 1-for-2 with a triple, two walks, an RBI and two runs scored Tuesday against the Tigers.

Paredes has at least one hit in seven of his last eight games, going 9-for-29 in that span. More impressively, he's managed four walks while striking out only twice in that same sample. Paredes tallied his first triple of the season Tuesday, raising his ISO to .159 across 125 plate appearances for the season.

Paddack didn't factor in the decision Tuesday at Cleveland after allowing one run on four hits and a walk over five innings. He struck out two.

Paddack generated just four swinging strikes on 76 pitches, but the only real damage against him came on a solo homer by Bo Naylor during the third inning. The right-hander has given up just five earned runs across his past five four starts and has gone exactly five frames in each of those outings, but he's marred by an 0-3 record. He's pitching better of late, but Paddack still has an inflated 5.60 ERA for the season since he surrendered nine runs in his season debut.

Meidroth (thumb) could return during the White Sox's upcoming weekend series against the Astros, MLB.com reports.

Meidroth landed on the injured list April 21 due to right thumb inflammation. There have been very few updates about his recovery, though everything appears in line for him to return in short order. It's also unclear if he'll engage in a short rehab assignment prior to activation.

Bibee didn't factor in the decision Tuesday against the Twins despite giving up one run on five hits and no walks across seven innings. He struck out five.

The right-hander had little trouble dispatching Minnesota outside the fifth inning, which is when Ty France knotted the game 1-1 with a solo homer. Bibee threw 64 of 92 pitches for strikes, and the improved command was a welcome sight with it being the first time through six starts this year that he didn't walk a batter. The long ball continues to be a concern as he's already given up nine homers, but Bibee is trending up with just three runs allowed in his past two starts.

Benintendi went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk Tuesday against the Brewers.

Benintendi helped the White Sox jump on Freddy Peralta early, slugging a solo home run in the first inning. It was his fifth home run of the season and third since returning from the injured list April 17. However, in that 11-game span, he has only four RBI, four runs scored and no additional extra-base hits.

Vest blew the save Tuesday against Houston after giving up three runs on five hits and one walk with no strikeouts in one inning.

It was the first blown save of the campaign by Vest, who entered the game with the Tigers hanging onto a 2-1 lead in the sixth inning. Vest yielded a Yainer Diaz single that drove in a pair of runs, one of which was inherited from Reese Olson, and he allowed two more runs in the seventh frame before being pulled. The right-hander still sports a 2.77 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 14:5 K:BB while converting three of his four save chances over 13 innings, so he should continue splitting save opportunities with Tommy Kahnle in Detroit's bullpen.

Diaz went 2-for-4 with three RBI in Tuesday's win over Detroit.

Despite not recording an extra-base hit, Diaz tallied three RBI on Tuesday. The 26-year-old backstop has endured a sluggish start to the campaign overall, but he's fared better at the plate of late. Diaz is batting .270 (10-for-37) with one home run, one double, six RBI and five runs scored over his last 10 games, and he has at least one knock in six of his last seven outings.

Langford batted leadoff for the first time this season and went 1-for-4 with a three-run double and a walk in Tuesday's win over the Athletics.

The Rangers had a pair of three-run doubles, one by Langford and another by Adolis Garcia, during their eight-run onslaught in the sixth inning. Langford has now logged at least one hit in eight of his last nine outings, during which he's batting a scorching .429 (15-for-35) with three home runs, five doubles, seven RBI and two stolen bases. The 2023 No. 4 overall pick has been a five-category fantasy contributor to begin 2025, and his run-scoring upside gets a boost while he's operating as the leadoff hitter.
