Kurtz went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and a second run scored in Tuesday's 11-1 win over the Dodgers.

Kurtz stretched the Athletics' lead to 9-1 in the eighth inning with the first homer of his big-league career. Aside from a lack of power, his bat has looked major-league ready since his April 23 call-up from Triple-A Las Vegas. Kurtz is batting .281 with a .732 OPS, six RBI, six runs scored, one double and one triple over his first 17 games in the majors while handling a starting role at first base.

Andujar went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, an additional RBI and two total runs scored in Tuesday's 11-1 win over the Dodgers.

Andujar snapped an 11-game stretch without a homer when he went deep in the ninth inning. The 30-year-old has gone 14-for-44 (.318) over his last 12 contests, which is right in line with his season average of .319 through 31 games. He's added three homers, 18 RBI, 13 runs scored, one stolen base, three doubles and a triple over 121 plate appearances this season. Andujar continues to see steady playing time at third base with an occasional opportunity in the corner outfield.

Wilson went 4-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI in Tuesday's 11-1 win over the Dodgers.

Wilson led the way in the Athletics' five-homer attack that stunned the Dodgers. The shortstop saw a seven-game hitting streak snapped Sunday versus the Yankees, but this was his sixth multi-hit effort in his last nine contests. Wilson also went yard for the first time since April 25 versus the White Sox. He's been superb so far, batting .363 with a .902 OPS, five homers, 26 RBI, 24 runs scored and two stolen bases over 40 contests in 2025. Wilson's hot hitting has earned him the leadoff spot over the last five games, including three times against right-handed pitchers.

Springs (5-3) allowed a run on six hits and two walks while striking out four over seven innings to earn the win Tuesday over the Dodgers.

Springs put together his longest outing of the season and looked excellent against a tough opponent. This is the third time in nine starts he's limited an opponent to one run or less. The left-hander trimmed his ERA to 4.27 with a 1.38 WHIP and 36:21 K:BB across 46.1 innings over nine starts. Springs' performance isn't at his peak yet -- he's striking out batters at a career-worst rate (7.0 K/9), and his 4.1 BB/9 is his highest since 2019. Still, he's getting the job done despite the flaws. Springs is tentatively projected for a road start versus the Giants this weekend.

Munoz blew the save Tuesday against the Yankees after allowing one unearned run in the ninth inning. He struck out one.

It was the second blown save of the year by Munoz, whose run allowed went unearned due to a throwing error by Dylan Moore as he tried to throw a runner out at home plate. As a result, Munoz is still without an earned run on his ledger in 2025, and he also sports a 0.79 WHIP and 26:8 K:BB over 19 innings. Despite Tuesday's blown save, Munoz still leads the American League with 13 saves this season as Seattle's clear-cut closer.

Woo didn't factor into the decision Tuesday against the Yankees after allowing four hits and no walks in 6.1 shutout innings. He struck out six.

Woo fanned at least six in his fourth consecutive start, submitting his second scoreless outing of the year in the process. The hard-throwing right-hander has fired at least six innings while conceding two runs or fewer in five of his eight appearances this season, also yielding one walk or less in six of his starts. Woo holds a stellar 2.84 ERA, 0.89 ERA and 50:8 K:BB across 50.2 innings ahead of his next scheduled outing against the White Sox, who rank last in batting average (.214) and slugging percentage (.321) through their first 41 games.

Fried didn't factor into the decision Tuesday against Seattle after allowing one run on four hits and two walks in five innings. He struck out five.

Fried wasn't very efficient, throwing just 57 of his 91 pitches for strikes, and Tuesday marked just the third time this year that he didn't hurl at least six innings. Even so, the star left-hander has worked at least five innings while giving up one run or zero in seven of his last eight outings. Fried boasts a 1.11 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 52:13 K:BB over 56.2 innings ahead of his next scheduled outing versus the Rangers, who have a dismal .623 OPS against left-handed pitching through their first 42 games.

Schanuel went 3-for-4 in Tuesday's 6-4 loss to the Padres.

Schanuel has five multi-hit efforts over his last nine games, going 12-for-32 (.375) in that span, but he's been hitless in the other four games during that stretch. The first baseman has hit well enough to command a starting role in his second full major-league season. He's up to a .265 average with a .716 OPS, two home runs, 10 RBI, 19 runs scored, one stolen base, six doubles and a triple through 39 contests. His plate discipline remains sharp, but there's little power in his profile.

Lugo hit a two-run home run as a pinch hitter in Tuesday's 6-4 loss to the Padres.

Lugo is already showing some talent off the bench -- he's homered twice as a pinch hitter in the last three days. All three of his major-league hits over five games have gone for extra bases (two homers, one triple), and he's added three RBI and four strikeouts. Lugo's carving out a part-time role in the outfield, having started two of the last four games. Both of his starts have come in left field, pushing Taylor Ward to designated hitter. The Angels' outfield has exclusively featured right-handed hitters, so it's unlikely a platoon situation develops, but Lugo's performance in a limited role could help him earn more looks.

Jansen (0-2) allowed two runs on a hit and a walk while failing to record an out, taking the loss Tuesday versus the Padres.

Jansen walked Elias Diaz and gave up a walk-off home run to Fernando Tatis in the ninth inning. This was not a save situation, as the game was tied when Jansen took the mound. Over five appearances in May, he's allowed eight runs across three innings while taking both of his losses on the year. Those two outings are the only ones in which he's been scored upon, but they have him at an unsightly 6.55 ERA with a 1.45 WHIP and 11:3 K:BB over 11 innings. He's still 7-for-7 in save chances, and he'll likely keep the closer role if he can avoid melting down in save situations.
