Burke and the White Sox will not play against the Cardinals on Wednesday after the game was postponed due to inclement weather, Jack Ankony of SI.com reports.

The game will be made up Thursday as part of a split doubleheader, and Burke is scheduled to start in the first game, which begins at 2:10 p.m. ET, per Scott Merkin of MLB.com. Burke has a 5.60 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 25:11 K:BB in 27.1 innings over his last five starts.

Soler is sitting out Wednesday's game against the Yankees due to back stiffness, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

The Angels are labeling Soler as day-to-day for now, so while he won't play Wednesday, he doesn't seem to be dealing with anything serious. Luis Rengifo will cover right field while Kevin Newman starts at third base.

Sosa is not in the White Sox's starting lineup against the Cardinals on Wednesday.

Sosa returned from the 10-day injured list Tuesday and went 1-for-3 with a double. He'll be on the bench for the beginning of Wednesday's game while Josh Rojas starts at second base and bats ninth.

Rutschman is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rays.

Rutschman will take a seat after going 2-for-9 with a solo home run over the first two games of the series. Gary Sanchez will start behind the plate Wednesday.

Skubal and the Tigers won't play the Pirates on Wednesday after the game was postponed due to inclement weather in Detroit, Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic reports.

The Tigers have already announced that Skubal will start the first game of the day, while the team will likely use an opener in front of right-hander Keider Montero for the second contest, according to Chris McCosky of The Detroit News.

Moore is not in the lineup for Wednesday's tilt versus the Yankees, Erica Weston of Bally Sports West reports.

Moore has gone 1-for-13 with five strikeouts to kick off his major-league career, and Wednesday marks the second time in six games that he'll be absent from the lineup. Scott Kingery will cover second base and bat eighth for the Angels on Wednesday.

Jeffers' absence from the lineup comes as little surprise after he was removed from Tuesday's 6-5 loss when he was struck in his throwing hand by a foul ball. Fortunately for Jeffers, he was diagnosed with a bruise after X-rays on his hand returned negative, so the Twins are viewing him as day-to-day and are optimistic he'll avoid a trip to the injured list. Christian Vazquez will draw the start behind the plate Wednesday after he came on to replace Jeffers on Tuesday.

Caglianone is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rangers.

Caglianone will take a seat for the first time since receiving his much-anticipated promotion to the big leagues June 2. The early returns have been disappointing for the 22-year-old slugger, who is batting .196 with two extra-base hits (both doubles) and just one walk in 52 plate appearances (1.9 BB%). Caglianone doesn't appear to be in any real danger of losing hold of an everyday role, but fantasy managers in shallower leagues might walk to look elsewhere for help in the homer and RBI categories until the rookie starts tapping into more of his immense power potential.

Heim is absent from the lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Royals.

Heim will get a routine day off after he served as the Rangers' catcher in Tuesday's 6-1 loss. Kyle Higashioka will be behind the dish and will bat eighth Wednesday.
