Jose Caballero SS | NYY
Rays' Jose Caballero: Tallies 30th steal
Caballero went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base Tuesday against the Athletics.
Caballero appears to be losing playing time against right-handed pitching, but he started at shortstop and hit seventh against left-hander Jeffrey Springs on Tuesday. He struggled for much of June, but Caballero has now managed at least one hit in four of his last five games and tallied his league-leading 30th stolen base of the season Tuesday.

Michael Lorenzen SP | COL
Royals' Michael Lorenzen: Falls one out short of win
Lorenzen allowed three runs on six hits and struck out five without walking a batter over 4.2 innings to take a no-decision versus the Mariners on Tuesday.
Lorenzen had some trouble in the fifth inning, when he allowed two of the three runs, and he ultimately wasn't allowed to finish the frame. That cost him a chance at his first win since June 8, but this was still a decent performance, which saw the right-hander avoid issuing a walk for the second start in a row. He's now at a 4.95 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and 78:28 K:BB across 92.2 innings through 17 starts. Lorenzen has given up 21 runs over 30.1 innings since the start of June, so he'll be looking to turn things around. His next start is tentatively projected to be at Arizona this weekend.

Danny Jansen C | TEX
Rays' Danny Jansen: Power picking up
Jansen went 1-for-2 with a solo home run and a walk Tuesday against the Athletics.
Jansen smacked a solo home run in the seventh inning, his ninth long ball of the season. He's homered five times across his last 18 starts, also tallying 13 RBI and 11 runs scored in that span. Jansen remains the primary catcher for the Rays, though Matt Thaiss still gets plenty of starts.

Adolis Garcia RF | PHI
Rangers' Adolis Garcia: Piles up season-high four RBI
Garcia went 3-for-5 with four RBI and a double in Tuesday's 10-4 victory over the Orioles.
On the heels of a three-RBI performance in Monday's extra-innings loss to Baltimore, Garcia established a new season high with four RBI on Tuesday. The 32-year-old right fielder was hitting just .208 as of May 28, but he's slowly begun to round into form since the beginning of June. Across his last 107 plate appearances, Garcia is slashing .278/.318/.443 with three home runs, seven doubles, 22 RBI and three stolen bases.

Jonah Heim C | ATH
Rangers' Jonah Heim: Productive outing in rout
Heim went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a walk in Tuesday's 10-4 victory over the Orioles.
Heim tallied his 13th multi-hit effort of the season. The switch-hitting backstop has been mired in a brutal slump -- he has a .464 OPS across his last 101 plate appearances -- but he should still serve as Texas' primary catcher moving forward. Backup Kyle Higashioka hasn't performed much better at the plate recently, posting a .490 OPS over his last 86 plate appearances.

Gary Sanchez C | MIL
Orioles' Gary Sanchez: Getting X-rays on finger
Sanchez will receive X-rays on his finger after getting hit on his finger by a ball Tuesday, Andy Kostka of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.
A foul tip connected with Sanchez's finger in the eighth inning, which caused him to leave the game early for a pinch hitter in the ninth. Interim manager Tony Mansolino said after the game that there's minimal concern surrounding Sanchez's finger, so the X-rays are most likely a precautionary measure. If the 32-year-old backstop is unable to play Wednesday, Jacob Stallings would fill in behind the plate.

Luis Rengifo LF | SD
Angels' Luis Rengifo: Hot streak continues in victory
Rengifo went 2-for-4 with an RBI in Tuesday's 4-0 win over Atlanta.
Rengifo ran his hitting streak up to five games, and he's logged multiple knocks four times during this span. The switch-hitting utility man has been heating up at the dish, slashing .313/.378/.507 with six extra-base hits and eight RBI to go with 10 runs scored and one stolen base over his last 74 plate appearances. Rengifo should continue to play nearly every day despite the recent arrival of second baseman Christian Moore, although the former could be challenged for action at third base once Yoan Moncada (knee) is back in the mix.

Joe Ryan SP | MIN
Twins' Joe Ryan: Handed tough-luck loss
Ryan (8-4) allowed a run on five hits over seven innings Tuesday, striking out four and taking a loss against Miami. He did not issue a walk.
After yielding a solo homer to Kyle Stowers to begin the second inning, Ryan retired 13 straight Marlins and did not allow another extra-base hit during his outing. However, the Twins were shut out, leading to an unfortunate loss for Ryan. He threw 57 of 88 pitches for strikes and completed seven innings for just the second time since the start of May. Despite the loss, he dropped his ERA to 2.75 with a 108:20 K:BB across 98.1 frames this season. Ryan is slated to face the Rays at home this weekend.

George Springer DH | TOR
Blue Jays' George Springer: Career-best seven RBI
Springer went 3-for-4 with a walk, two home runs and seven RBI in Tuesday's 12-5 win over the Yankees.
The Connecticut-born outfielder provided plenty of fireworks for the Blue Jays on Canada Day, setting a new career high in RBI and launching a solo homer off Max Fried in the fourth inning and a grand slam off Luke Weaver in the seventh. Springer continued a hot streak that began in late June, and over his last 10 games he's batting .457 (16-for-35) with three homers, two steals, nine runs and 15 RBI.

Kevin Gausman SP | CHC
Blue Jays' Kevin Gausman: Inefficient in no-decision
Gausman didn't factor into the decision in Tuesday's 12-5 win over the Yankees, allowing two runs on six hits and four walks over five innings. He struck out three.
The veteran righty gave up two runs in the first inning but was able to escape any further damage despite constant traffic on the basepaths. Gausman got the hook after 99 pitches (62 strikes) with the Jays ahead 4-2, but the bullpen let the lead slip away in the seventh inning before the offense erupted late. It's the fifth time in his last six trips to the mound that Gausman's issued multiple free passes, a bumpy stretch in which he's posted a 5.18 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 32:17 K:BB over 33 innings. He'll try to tighten things up in his next start, which is scheduled to come at home this weekend against the Angels.
