The Guardians recalled Noel from Triple-A Columbus on Monday.

Noel was sent down to Columbus a month ago after putting up an ugly .392 OPS and 31.8 percent strikeout rate over 107 plate appearances with Cleveland. He could be up with the big club for a brief spell, as Kyle Manzardo was placed on the family medical emergency list Monday and will be eligible for activation as soon as Thursday.

By rule, Manzardo must miss the team's next three games and a maximum of seven contests. The Guardians could mix and match at designated hitter against right-handed pitching until Manzardo returns to the lineup.

Red Sox manager Alex Cora said Monday that Yoshida (shoulder) will "most likely" be activated from the 60-day injured list Wednesday, Christopher Smith of MassLive.com reports.

Yoshida has played five rehab games between Double-A Portland and Triple-A Worcester, going 4-for-14 with a 2:2 K:BB. He is with the Red Sox in Boston and will go through a workout Monday and "probably" another one Tuesday, according to Cora, before being activated for his season debut if all goes well. Yoshida's role upon his return is unclear, as Boston has already been struggling to find regular playing time for all its outfield and designated-hitter options. Yoshida made three starts at DH and two in left field during his rehab assignment.

Baldwin will start in center field and bat eighth in Monday's game against the Blue Jays.

Baldwin will occupy center field for the fifth straight game and the sixth time in seven contests following his promotion from Triple-A Charlotte on July 1. Though Luis Robert (hamstring) will eventually reclaim everyday duties in center when he returns from the injured list, Baldwin's ability to play either corner-outfield spot as well as the three infield positions could allow him to retain steady playing time if he warrants it. Since his call-up, Baldwin has gone 6-for-17 with one home run, two doubles, two walks, three runs, three RBI and one stolen base.

The White Sox recalled Gray from Triple-A Charlotte on Monday.

Gray has spent the entire 2025 season at Charlotte, slashing .280/.349/.493 with nine home runs across 62 contests. The White Sox selected Gray's contract Saturday to add him to the 40-man roster, and the 29-year-old will now join the 26-man active roster after Ryan Noda (quadriceps) was placed on the 10-day injured list Monday in a corresponding move. Gray is likely to be used mostly in a reserve role while he's up with the big club.

Caballero (arm) will start at second base and bat sixth in Monday's game against the Tigers, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Caballero was scratched from the lineup ahead of Sunday's 7-5 extra-inning win over the Twins due to right arm soreness, but he was pressed into action in the bottom of the third inning after second baseman Brandon Lowe (side) exited the contest. He went 1-for-2 with a double and two runs while playing the final seven innings in the field, and Caballero apparently experienced no setbacks with his arm coming out of that contest. With Lowe and Ha-Seong Kim (calf) not ready to return to the lineup for Monday's series opener, Caballero will draw a start in the middle infield alongside shortstop Taylor Walls.

The White Sox placed Noda on the 10-day injured list Monday with a right quadriceps strain.

Noda suffered the injury during Sunday's loss in Colorado and will be sidelined at least until the start of the second half. Tristan Gray was called up from Triple-A Charlotte to replace Noda on the 26-man active roster.

Kim (calf) remains out of the lineup for Monday's contest in Detroit, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Kim will miss out on a third straight start after he made an early exit in his season and Rays debut in Friday's loss to the Twins due to a right calf strain. According to Ryan Bass of FanDuel Sports Network Sun, Kim said Monday that despite his continued absence from the lineup, his calf feels "closer to normal," and he doesn't expect to go back on the injured list. Taylor Walls will pick up the start at shortstop in Kim's stead in the series opener.

Dubon is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Guardians, Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Though injuries in the Houston infield and outfield are beginning to mount, Dubon will get a chance to catch his breath Monday after he started in each of the team's last eight games. During that eight-game stretch, Dubon made starts at three different positions, though shortstop might end up becoming his primary home until Jeremy Pena (rib) is cleared to return from the injured list.

Lowe (side) is not in the lineup for Monday's game in Detroit, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

After exiting in the third inning of Sunday's win over the Twins due to left side soreness, Lowe isn't ready to start in the series opener in Detroit. According to Ryan Bass of FanDuel Sports Network Sun, Lowe said Monday that while his condition has improved since Sunday and he hasn't received an MRI, he'll need to see how his side responds to swinging the bat in addition to other pregame work before the Rays determine whether he'll need to go on the injured list. With the All-Star break looming, Tampa Bay could have some motivation to take a cautious approach with the veteran second baseman.
