Rocchio is opening the year in extended spring training before being assigned to a short-season affiliate in June, MLB.com reports.

Considering how advanced Rocchio is for his age (18), it wouldn't have been shocking for the Indians to assign him to Low-A, but this was always the more likely scenario. He will likely open in the New York-Penn League in mid-June, but could get a taste of the Midwest League before the end of the season.

Mauricio will begin the season with Low-A Columbia, Mike Rosenbaum of MLB.com reports.

This could be viewed as an aggressive assignment for the 18-year-old, but it's not surprising given that Mauricio held his own at rookie ball in 2018. The Mets' No. 4 fantasy prospect is still filling out and is a long way from being major-league ready, but he has the upside to be a force if he grows into his power without losing the ability to make the type of contact he's already displayed against older competition.

Camargo went 1-for-4 with three RBI and a run scored Wednesday against the Cubs.

Camargo drew the start in left field -- his first start at any position this season -- and delivered a game-winning three-RBI double in the eighth inning. He figures to fill a super-utility role for the team this season, but could become a regular starter at a number of different positions if an injury were to occur.

Swanson went 1-for-2 with a walk, a solo home run and two RBI on Wednesday against the Cubs.

Swanson took Jon Lester deep in the third inning to record his second homer of the season. He drove in his second run of the game on a sacrifice fly in the eighth inning. Coming off a disappointing 2018 campaign, Swanson has started quickly, reaching base in four of the first five games this season.

DeJong went 1-for-5 but hit a solo homer in the seventh to begin the Cardinals' comeback in a 5-4 extra-inning victory against the Pirates on Wednesday.

The Cardinals spoiled the Pirates' home opener in the same fashion, coming back from a four-run deficit starting in the seventh Monday. DeJong hit just .222 in the first week of the year, but three of his six hits went for extra bases, and he smashed two homers. DeJong is looking to get back to the 20-home run plateau this year after he fell just short of that mark with 19 in his second season last year.

Manager Alex Cora said he expects Bogaerts (ankle) to play in Thursday's series finale against the Athletics, Christopher Smith of MassLive.com reports.

Bogaerts is sitting out Wednesday's game after fouling a ball off his foot Tuesday, though he never actually exited Tuesday's contest. After the foul ball, Bogaerts was thrown out at third base trying for a triple during the ninth inning. The team didn't provide an official diagnosis, but it appears the 26-year-old is just dealing with a sore ankle/foot and may make a quick return to the lineup. Brock Holt is filling in at shortstop for the Red Sox in his absence.

Story went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base during a 1-0 victory against the Rays on Wednesday. He was also caught stealing.

The Rockies' shortstop picked up his first steal but also his second caught stealing of the young season. Last season, he posted a career-high 27 steals and was caught only six times. Story is 5-for-25 (.200) with a homer, two RBI and the one stolen base in seven games to open 2019.

Bogaerts is not in Wednesday's lineup against the A's after fouling a ball off his foot in Tuesday's game, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

There is no official diagnosis for Bogaerts, but he stayed in for the entirety of Tuesday night's game, so it seems like he is probably day-to-day with a sore ankle/foot. Brock Holt starts at shortstop in his place.

Diaz will get a start at first base this weekend against the A's, Jake Kaplan of The Athletic reports.

He has been getting more work there recently before games, and the Astros are ready to give him his first career start there this weekend. Already capable of playing the other three infield positions and left field, this will make Diaz an even more versatile utility option for Houston, although it doesn't do much for his fantasy value.

Camargo will start in left field and bat sixth Wednesday against the Cubs.

Camargo serves as the Braves' utility man as he's capable of manning every infield position and sliding into the outfield as is the case Wednesday. He'll fill in for Ender Inciarte in left field with Jon Lester taking the hill for the Cubs. Camargo has five plate appearances so far this year, going 0-for-4 with a walk.
