Story went 2-for-5 with a walkoff solo home run in Saturday's 3-2 extra-inning win over the Brewers.

Story's 35th homer of the year came off Brewers reliever Matt Albers, completing the comeback win for the Rockies. Story has added 23 stolen bases, 85 RBI and 111 runs scored in 144 games this season. Unfortunately, he added three strikeouts in the contest -- the shortstop has posted a 26.5 strikeout percentage to offset some of his otherwise stellar year.

Bogaerts went 3-for-4 with a walk and a two-run homer in Saturday's loss to the Orioles.

Bogaerts hit a two-run shot in the first inning off of John Means, but the Red Sox would score just two more runs the rest of the way and fall 9-4. The homer gives Bogaerts 33 on the season, 10 more than his previous career high of 23 and tied with Marcus Semien for fourth place among all shortstops. The pair trails only Alex Bregman, Gleyber Torres and Trevor Story on that list. Bogaerts' .309 batting average is better than every other qualified shortstop who hit at least 20 homers.

Gordon (back) is not in Saturday's lineup against the A's.

He will miss a third game in a row with back tightness. Shed Long is starting at second base and leading off.

Crawford is not starting Saturday against the Dodgers.

Crawford has just a single hit in his last six games. Mauricio Dubon slides to shortstop in his absence, with Donovan Solano (calf) starting at second base.

Crawford went 1-for-3 with a game-winning RBI double, two walks and a run in a win over the Athletics on Friday.

Crawford's timely two-bagger in the ninth won the game for the Mariners, and the three times he reached safely overall tied a high-water mark since his return from a hamstring injury. The 24-year-old owns an unsightly .190 average overall in September, but he's shown some signs of life over the last five games with a .292 average (7-for-24), a double, six RBI, two walks and three runs.

Bichette (concussion) will not return this season, Scott Mitchell of TSN.ca reports.

There are still a couple more steps before he can clear the concussion protocol, and with just two games left this season he won't have time to return. He did say Saturday that he is feeling better and will be restriction free this offseason. Richard Urena is starting at shortstop and hitting ninth against the Rays.

Anderson is not in the lineup for Game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Tigers.

He is in the midst of a 13-game hitting streak, slashing .390/.393/.525 with two home runs and one steal over that stretch. Danny Mendick is starting at shortstop and hitting second.

Seager went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a victory over the Giants on Friday.

Seager sat out Thursday's game with a tight hamstring but was back in the lineup Friday, drilling a solo shot to right field in the second inning. The shortstop is ending the regular season on a high note with a .304/.337/.646 slash line, seven homers and 23 RBI in September.

Adames is not in Saturday's lineup against the Blue Jays.

He is hitting .274 with three home runs and zero steals in 23 games this month. Joey Wendle will start at shortstop and lead off.

Correa (back) will participate in workouts over the next week to determine his availability for the American League Division Series, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Correa is still with the team in Los Angeles but was not spotted at Angel Stadium prior to Friday's game. "We're going to have to see him do a lot of stuff between now and next Friday," Houston general manager Jeff Luhnow said. "He's going to have to ramp up his activity each day and give us comfort that he's ready to play. If he's not ready to play, he (could) be on the roster and not play. But, most likely, we'd have to use that roster spot for someone else." That Correa's not performing baseball activities at this time is concerning. The Astros will return to Houston on Monday and will have two scheduled workouts Wednesday and Thursday before the ALDS opens Friday, Oct. 4.
