Trevor Williams RP | TEX
Pirates' Trevor Williams: Sunday's game postponed
Williams will not make his scheduled start against the Marlins as Sunday's game was postponed due to weather, Bill Brink of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
The rain has been prevalent throughout the weekend, leading to Sunday's postponement. Williams could simply pitch Monday at St. Louis and bump the rest of the rotation back a day, but the Pirates haven't revealed exactly how they'll adjust their starting rotation.

Cole Hamels SP | SD
Cubs' Cole Hamels: Can't find plate in no-decision
Hamels didn't factor into the decision in a 6-5 loss to the Nationals during the second game of Saturday's doubleheader, giving up three runs on three hits and five walks over 5.2 innings while striking out five.
The veteran southpaw managed only 51 strikes among his 95 pitches, but he still left the game in line for his 10th win of the season before Steve Cishek coughed up the lead in the seventh inning. Hamels will take a 3.71 ERA, which includes a 1.42 mark in eight starts for the Cubs, into his next outing Friday at home against the Reds.

Julio Teheran SP | BAL
Braves' Julio Teheran: Strikes out six
Teheran allowed two runs (one earned) on two hits and four walks while striking out six across six innings in a no-decision against the Diamondbacks on Saturday.
Teheran battled his control throughout the start but allowed only one extra-base hit to keep the Diamondbacks in check. He's done a good job of limiting big mistakes, allowing only two home runs in his last six outings, five of which were quality starts. Teheran has a solid 3.95 ERA and 1.16 WHIP across 159.1 innings this season.

Walker Buehler SP | SD
Dodgers' Walker Buehler: Surrenders four earned
Buehler (6-5) allowed four earned runs on six hits and one walk while striking out seven across six innings to take the loss Saturday against the Rockies.
Buehler was set back by two home runs that accounted for three of the four runs he surrendered. While he turned in a disappointing start as a result, he has allowed only 18 earned runs across his last 58.1 innings to go along with 68 strikeouts. Given his consistent results this season, Saturday's start at Coors Field should be considered an isolated poor outing.

Kyle Freeland SP | COL
Rockies' Kyle Freeland: Notches 14th win
Freeland (14-7) allowed one earned run on four hits and two walks while striking out eight across six innings to earn the win Saturday against the Dodgers.
Freeland's sole blemish came on a solo blast by Chris Taylor in the fourth inning. Otherwise, he kept the Dodgers' bats under wraps by recording 15 of his 18 outs via the strikeout or groundball. His second season at the major-league level has been a revelation, as he's now recorded a 2.91 ERA and 1.24 WHIP across 176.1 innings.

Zach Eflin SP | BAL
Phillies' Zach Eflin: Mauled by Mets
Eflin (9-7) took the loss Saturday, surrendering six runs on four hits and three walks over three innings while striking out five as the Phillies fell 10-5 to the Mets.
The right-hander lost his third straight start, and Eflin has now been tagged with at least four runs in five straight trips to the mound, posting a 7.72 ERA, 2.01 WHIP and 21:11 K:BB in 23.1 innings over that rough stretch. He'll try to turn things around Friday at home against the Marlins.

Jack Flaherty SP | DET
Cardinals' Jack Flaherty: Struggles to find plate against Tigers
Flaherty didn't factor into the decision in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Tigers, giving up three runs on four hits and four walks over five innings while striking out six.
The right-hander threw 57 of 92 pitches for strikes and also uncorked two wild pitches, foreshadowing the end of the game when Bud Norris threw another one to bring Victor Reyes home with the winning run in the ninth inning. Flaherty will carry a 2.92 ERA into his next start Thursday at home against the Dodgers.

Noah Syndergaard SP | CLE
Mets' Noah Syndergaard: X-rays come back clean
Manager Mickey Callaway said X-rays on Syndergaard's ribs came back negative, Tim Healey of Newsday reports. "He looks to be in a pretty good spot," the manager said.
Syndergaard exited Saturday's game in the seventh inning after getting hit by a comebacker, but it sounds like he's simply dealing with a bruise after initial tests came back clean. He should be considered day-to-day for now. The Mets will likely wait and see how the right-hander feels in the coming days before determining if he'll make his next start on schedule.

Noah Syndergaard SP | CLE
Mets' Noah Syndergaard: Exits after getting hit by liner
Syndergaard exited Saturday's game against the Phillies after getting hit in the side with a liner, Matt Ehalt of The Bergen Record reports.
Syndergaard was quickly removed after taking a comebacker off his side with two outs in the seventh inning, though it's worth noting that the Mets were winning 9-4 and he had already thrown 109 pitches. The right-hander allowed four runs on 12 hits and five walks while striking out four before exiting.

Chase Anderson RP | TEX
Brewers' Chase Anderson: No-decision against Giants
Anderson didn't factor into the decision in Friday's 4-2 win over the Giants, allowing two runs on five hits and a walk over five innings while striking out five.
It was another solid, if short, outing for the right-hander. Anderson's completed six innings only once in his last six starts, and while his 5.16 ERA over that stretch isn't pretty, it's been fueled by a 2.4 HR/9 -- his 1.21 WHIP and 23:8 K:BB in 29.2 innings are respectable. He'll try to give the Brewers more length Wednesday in a crucial road matchup against the Cubs.
