Nola (1-2) allowed two runs on six hits and a walk over 5.1 innings Monday, striking out four and taking a loss against the Rockies.

Nola looked strong through five shutout frames before Charlie Blackmon launched a leadoff homer to begin the sixth. He would exit the game after allowing a single to C.J. Cron later in the inning. The 28-year-old righty has now lost two straight starts despite seeing his ERA drop to 5.52 through 14.2 frames. Nola is lined up to face the Brewers at home this weekend.

Hendricks allowed two runs on five hits and two walks over 4.1 innings in Monday's win over the Rays. He struck out six and did not factor in the decision.

Hendricks coughed up an RBI single to Ji-Man Choi in the fourth inning and was knocked out of the game after Josh Lowe's RBI single in the fifth. The veteran righty now owns a 6.08 ERA through 13.1 frames this season. Hendricks carried a career 7.4 K/9 and 2.0 BB/9 into Monday's outing, so his current 17:9 K:BB is fairly uncharacteristic, even in a small sample size. Still looking for his first win, he's expected to face the Pirates at home this weekend.

Farrell signed a minor-league contract with the Cubs on Monday, Chris Hilburn-Trenkle of Baseball America reports.

Farrell spent the 2021 campaign with the Twins, finishing the year with a 4.74 ERA, 1.66 WHIP and a 25:13 K:BB across 24.2 frames (one start). Following Monday's signing, he'll likely head to Triple-A Iowa where he'll serve as bullpen depth.

Miley (elbow) will throw a bullpen session Tuesday, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.

Miley threw 15 pitches off a mound Saturday, and he's slated for another bullpen session several days laster. While the southpaw's recent progress has been encouraging, he doesn't yet have a timetable for his return to game action.

Megill won't start as scheduled Monday against the Giants, as the game has been postponed due to rain, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader Tuesday. Megill will start the afternoon contest, per Anthony DiComo of MLB.com.

Castillo (shoulder) threw 20 pitches in a live batting practice session Friday and will have another such session on Tuesday, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Castillo doesn't yet have a schedule set to go on a rehab assignment, but it might occur shortly after Tuesday's session if all goes well. Given that Castillo hasn't seen any game action yet, he's likely going to need multiple rehab starts before getting activated.

Walker (shoulder) will make a rehab start at extended spring training in Port St. Lucie on Wednesday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Walker sustained a shoulder injury April 11 but has been throwing recently. After tossing a bullpen session Sunday, the right-hander has been cleared for game action in Port St. Lucie. If his rehab start goes well, Walker will likely be able to rejoin the Mets' rotation during their series in St. Louis next week.

Gray's game between the Nationals and the Diamondbacks on Monday was postponed and will be made up Tuesday as a part of a split doubleheader.

Gray's start will get pushed back a day. The right-hander has posted a 4.00 ERA and 1.56 WHIP with 10 strikeouts over nine innings in his first two starts of the season.

Strider didn't give up a hit or a run over 3.2 innings of relief in Sunday's loss to the Padres, walking three and striking out three.

The flamethrowing rookie continues to pile up whiffs and now boasts a 32.4 percent strikeout rate through his first nine big-league innings, but Strider's 17.6 percent walk rate seems likely to keep him from working his way out of a long relief role any time soon. His upside is sky high, whether as a future closer or with a move into the rotation, but for now the 23-year-old has more value as a dynasty asset than in redraft fantasy formats.
