Kremer retired the first seven hitters he faced before surrendering a solo homer to Mike Ford in the top of the third, followed by another solo homer to J.P. Crawford just two batters later. The right-hander would be victimized by the long ball yet again to open the sixth, this time at the hands of Julio Rodriguez, as Seattle tied the game at 3-3. However, Kremer was still able to go a season-high seven innings and notch his third quality start in his last five appearances. He'll look for his ninth win next week when the Orioles take on the Twins in Baltimore.

Miller did not factor into the decision Saturday, allowing three runs on six hits and three walks over 4.1 innings in a 6-4 loss to the Orioles. He struck out four.

Miller struck out three of the first five batters he faced and appeared to be on track for another solid outing. However, he began to struggle with his command in the second, needing 25 pitches to get out of the inning while surrendering one run on two hits along with one walk. It was more of the same in the third as the rookie walked the leadoff batter and later gave up a solo homer to Anthony Santander to tie the game at 2-2. Miller went on to be charged with three runs on the afternoon, and he lasted just 4.1 innings, throwing 96 pitches over that span. His ERA sits at 5.49 in June after Saturday's no-decision, and he's now allowed a home run in three of his last four starts after not allowing one over his first five starts to open the season.

Severino (1-2) picked up the win Saturday, allowing five hits and two walks over six scoreless innings in a 1-0 victory over the Rangers. He struck out four.

Things looked like they might unravel quickly for the right-hander, as he walked two batters with two outs in the first inning, but Jake Bauers threw out Nathaniel Lowe at the plate to end the frame after a Josh Jung single, and Severino didn't let another runner get past second base. It was an encouraging outing for the 29-year-old after he'd coughed up 19 earned runs in 18.2 innings over his prior four starts, but he still has a big hole to climb out of where his ratios are concerned. Severino will look to build a winning streak in his next start, likely to come next weekend in St. Louis.

Gray (6-3) took the loss Saturday as the Rangers were downed 1-0 by the Yankees, allowing one run on three hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out four.

A Billy McKinney solo shot in the fourth inning accounted for the game's only run. It was a strong bounce-back effort from Gray after he got roughed up by Toronto in his last trip to the mound, and the right-hander has given up one run or less in seven of his last eight starts, posting a 1.97 ERA, 0,83 WHIP and 50:11 K:BB through 50.1 innings over that stretch. He'll look to keep rolling in his next outing, likely to come at home next week against the Tigers.

Chirinos (3-3) took the loss Saturday, allowing eight runs on nine hits and two walks over 5.1 innings against the Royals. He struck out three.

Chirinos allowed a season-high eight runs Saturday, including a solo homer to Drew Waters in the third and a three-run shot to Freddy Fermin in the fourth. With a handful of the Rays' starting options on the 60-day injured list, Chirinos has been thrust into the rotation for four starts, where he's posted a 6.43 ERA with a 10:8 K:BB while going fewer than six innings in each appearance. Though he will likely stick around in the Rays rotation for a while, Chirinos isn't a trustworthy option in most formats.

Lyles (1-11) earned the win Saturday, allowing four runs on eight hits and one walk over six innings in a 9-4 victory over Tampa Bay. He struck out two.

Though it took 16 starts for Lyles to get into the win column, the victory came against the Rays, who have the best record in baseball. Despite the win, Lyles allowed four runs and tied his season low in punchouts. The MLB leader in losses has tallied a 7.23 ERA with a 28:16 K:BB in his last eight starts (42.1 innings). He's tentatively lined up for another tough matchup in his next start, taking on the Dodgers at Kauffman Stadium.

Bibee (4-2) earned the win Saturday, allowing two runs (one earned) on three hits and four walks over six innings against the Brewers. He struck out seven.

After giving up five homers over his last five appearances, Bibee kept the ball in the park Saturday and managed to hold the Brewers without an extra-base hit. The rookie has been quite impressive to start the campaign, allowing one earned run in five of his 11 starts while posting an 8.80 K/9 through 59.1 innings. His lone blemish has been his control, as he's dished out at least three walks four times. Bibee's tentatively scheduled to make his next appearance against the Cubs at Wrigley Field.

Canning (6-2) allowed four hits and struck out seven without walking a batter over six scoreless innings to earn the win Saturday over the Rockies.

Canning was sharp, but he could have gotten away with less than his best as the Angels put up a franchise-best 25 runs. He's posted five quality starts in his last six outings, a span that includes both of his scoreless starts this season. The right-hander is at a 3.99 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 62:17 K:BB over 65.1 innings through 12 starts overall. He'll be back near sea level for his next start, though it's projected to be a challenging home matchup versus the Diamondbacks.

Lynn did not factor into the decision Saturday, allowing three runs on six hits and one walk over 5.2 innings against Boston. He struck out seven.

Lynn came up one out shy of recording his second consecutive quality start, as he was pulled with two outs in the sixth after allowing a two-run homer to Triston Casas and a double to Christian Arroyo back-to-back. After finishing with six or fewer strikeouts in five straight starts, Lynn has posted strikeout totals of 16 and seven across his last two appearances. Though the 36-year-old has had a rollercoaster 2023 campaign, his strikeout upside (10+ K's three times) gives him a fantasy ceiling that few other starters can reach.

Lopez (3-5) allowed three runs on seven hits and a walk while striking out 10 over six innings, taking the loss Saturday versus the Tigers.

Lopez has three quality starts in five outings in June, but he has an 0-2 record and 18 runs allowed (17 earned) through 30.1 innings on the month. The Tigers did all their damage in the second inning of this contest, and the Twins' offense came up short. Lopez is at a 4.41 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 120:27 K:BB through 96 innings across 16 starts this season. The steady veteran lines up for a challenging road outing in Baltimore next week.
