Stephenson (biceps) has resumed throwing and is currently playing catch from up to 90 feet, per MLB.com.

Stephenson landed on the 15-day injured list due to right biceps inflammation in early June and was subsequently shut down from throwing for several weeks. He resumed playing catch June 30 but continued to experience discomfort and had his throwing program halted again until July 7. Stephenson is now back to building up, but considering that he hasn't yet thrown from a mound, he's unlikely to be activated until August, at the earliest.

Holton (5-3) tossed a scoreless inning of relief with two strikeouts to earn the win in Sunday's 2-1 victory over the Rangers.

Holton's appearance got off to an inauspicious start, as he uncorked a wild pitch that brought home an inherited runner from third and left Tarik Skubal with a no-decision. However, Holton settled down from there and continued his strong play as of late. Over his last 10 outings, the lefty has allowed just two runs across 14.2 innings while striking out 14. As was the case each of the last two years, Holton has emerged as a valuable bullpen weapon for the Tigers.

Latz did not factor into the decision in Sunday's 2-1 loss to the Tigers. He allowed one run on six hits and two walks over five innings with three strikeouts.

The 29-year-old pitched valiantly in his third game started of the season after Nathan Eovaldi (back) had to be scratched from his scheduled start Sunday. The only blemish on Latz's performance came in the second when Zach McKinstry roped a run-scoring single. The Texas southpaw is likely to return to his usual bullpen role following this start, but it is possible he garners another turn in the rotation if Eovaldi's back injury requires additional missed time. Latz is currently enjoying the best season of his career in his fourth year with the Rangers, pitching to a 2.89 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 51:23 K:BB across 53 innings.

Vest earned the save in Sunday's 2-1 win at Texas, striking out two while retiring all four batters he faced over 1.1 scoreless innings.

The Detroit closer required only nine pitches, eight of which were strikes, to secure his fourth multi-inning save of the season. Vest looked sharp in this bounce-back performance after suffering a blown save in his last appearance against Seattle on July 13 before the All-Star break. The right-handed reliever now sports a 2.28 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 50:15 K:BB across 44.1 total innings.

Martin (undisclosed) exited his appearance in Sunday's contest against the Tigers early with an injury, Matthew Postins of SI.com reports.

Martin entered the game in the top of the eighth inning, tasked with keeping the game tied at 1-1. The right-hander recorded two outs in the frame, giving up a trio of singles in the process, the last of which resulted in a run scored for Detroit. After the final single, Martin appeared to hurt his left leg, and he was ultimately removed from the contest as a result. Caleb Boushley replaced him on the mound, and more information on Martin's status will likely come in the near future.

Miller (forearm) threw a 22-pitch bullpen session Saturday, MLB.com reports.

Miller received good news after getting a second opinion on his injury. He resumed throwing last Thursday before Saturday's bullpen session. It's unclear what or when Miller's next step will be.

Beeks (back) threw a 23-pitch bullpen session Saturday, MLB.com reports.

Prior to landing on the 15-day injured list with lower back inflammation, Beeks' name was mentioned in discussions about closing out games. Arizona's bullpen is beset with injuries, and it will continue to be when Beeks' minimum stay on the IL ends July 23. Any rehab assignment is expected to be a brief one.

Lazar allowed one hit and no walks with no strikeouts in a scoreless ninth inning in Sunday's 8-2 loss to the Angels.

Lazar has been called upon almost strictly in low-leverage situations for most of the season -- he has zero holds and one save -- but he's been a viable bullpen arm for the Phillies. Across 21.2 innings, the 26-year-old right-hander owns a 3.32 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 14:8 K:BB. Philadelphia signed veteran right-hander David Robertson on Sunday, which could mean Lazar will soon be even more hard-pressed to find high-leverage work.

Stanek allowed a hit in a scoreless inning and picked up a save against the Reds on Sunday.

Stanek worked around a one-out single to close out the 3-2 victory for his second save of the year. His other save came against Miami on April 7. He dropped his ERA to 4.28 with a 37:18 K:BB through 33.2 frames. Edwin Diaz was charged with a blown save after entering in the eighth inning Sunday.

Estevez recorded one out and earned a save against the Marlins on Sunday.

The Royals were up 7-0 in the ninth inning before Andrew Hoffmann coughed up four runs, creating a save opportunity for Estevez. Estevez gave up an infield single before finishing off the victory to earn his 26th save of the year. He blew three straight save chances before converting Sunday, and he's now 26-for-32 in save opportunities this season. Estevez owns a 2.74 ERA with a 35:15 K:BB across 42.2 frames.
