Alzolay earned a save against the Mariners on Saturday, allowing one hit and striking out one batter in a scoreless inning.

Alzolay entered in the ninth frame staked to a three-run lead. He surrendered a two-out single but nothing more to pick up his second save this season. Alzolay has also blown two save opportunities, but he's pitched pretty well overall with a 2.70 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 7:1 K:BB over 6.2 innings.

Ginkel earned a save against the Cardinals on Saturday with a perfect inning of work.

Ginkel needed just nine pitches (five of which were strikes) to set down the Cardinals in order in the ninth frame. Since blowing his first save opportunity of the campaign April 5 against Atlanta, Ginkel has since converted each of his past three chances. Over those three outings, the right-hander hasn't allowed a run while yielding just one hit and posting a 4:2 K:BB over three innings.

Stephenson (shoulder) had to be removed from his first rehab appearance with Triple-A Salt Lake on Saturday with an apparent injury, Taylor Blake Ward of TheSportingTribune.com reports.

Stephenson issued a four-pitch walk to the lone batter he faced before being visited by the trainer and then walking off the field. There's no word yet on what he's dealing with, but it would be fair to assume he might have aggravated the right shoulder injury he's dealt with since late February.

Garcia struck out the side in the ninth inning against the Rockies on Saturday to earn his first save of the season.

Chad Green, who recorded the Blue Jays' first two saves this season, pitched a perfect eighth inning against the middle of Colorado's lineup. Garcia then faced the bottom of the order in the ninth and struck out Brendan Rodgers, Elehuris Montero and Brenton Doyle on a total of 12 pitches. While it was an impressive outing, Garcia may still be behind Green in the pecking order, and Jordan Romano (elbow) has already made a couple rehab appearances at Triple-A. With that, Garcia doesn't seem to have much of a window to earn additional saves.

Sewald (oblique) threw a bullpen session Saturday, Alex Weiner of Arizona Sports reports.

Sewald threw 18 pitches in what was his first bullpen session since being placed on the injured list in late March. Arizona manager Torey Lovullo was unsure of the next steps but believes another bullpen is likely. The club will want to see how the right-hander responds Sunday before moving forward.

The Dodgers recalled Feyereisen from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Saturday.

Feyereisen was knocked around for three runs over one inning of work in the second game of the Dodgers' series in South Korea versus the Padres. It was the 31-year-old's first appearance in the majors since 2022, as he missed all of 2023 following shoulder surgery. Feyereisen will probably work in middle relief for the time being.

Ramirez was recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City by the Dodgers on Saturday.

Acquired from the Yankees earlier this month, Ramirez posted a 2.66 ERA and 28:9 K:BB over 40.2 innings at the big-league level in 2023. He should operate in low-leverage spots for the Dodgers.

The Dodgers placed Brogdon on the 15-day injured list Saturday with plantar fasciitis in his right foot.

It's not clear how long he might be sidelined. Brogdon was acquired from the Phillies earlier this week and allowed two runs over one inning in his lone appearance with the Dodgers.

Finnegan picked up the save Saturday in Oakland, striking out one in a perfect inning.

Finnegan was tasked with protecting a two-run lead and did so without a sweat, requiring just nine pitches to dispose of the Athletics in order. While he has an un-closer-like 4.26 ERA, Finnegan is tied for the National League lead with his five saves. Hunter Harvey -- who pitched a scoreless eighth inning Saturday -- has yet to notch a save.

Kerkering (forearm) will be activated from the injured list before Sunday's game versus the Pirates, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

Kerkering got a late start to the season due to illness and a right forearm strain, but he looked sharp on his rehab assignment with a 10:0 K:BB over 4.1 shutout innings. The 23-year-old might be eased into high-leverage situations, but it shouldn't be long before he's one of the Phillies' most trusted relievers.
