The White Sox sent Wilson (back) to Triple-A Charlotte on Tuesday to begin a rehab assignment.

Charlotte's game Tuesday was rained out, preventing Wilson from making his first rehab appearance. The reliever has missed just two weeks with a back strain, so he shouldn't require more than one or two rehab outings before rejoining the White Sox' bullpen.

Ginkel (4-1) returned from a leg injury and picked up Tuesday's win over the Giants. He allowed two hits and struck out one over 1.1 scoreless innings.

Ginkel made his first appearance since taking a comebacker off the leg Saturday. He was the first reliever up after starter Blake Walston -- 88 pitches, 47 strikes -- labored through 4.1 innings and left with Arizona leading. Pitching this early in games or getting more than three outs are not typically Ginkel's roles, but he had thrown just 14 pitches over the last five days and had the bullets to go a little longer than normal.

Leasure (0-1) allowed two earned runs on two hits and one walk while striking out two to take the loss Tuesday against the Cubs.

Leasure entered the game in the eighth inning and was tasked with protecting a one-run lead. He retired the first batter he faced before allowing three consecutive baserunners, a stretch concluded by a two-run double. Leasure still has a solid 3.12 ERA for the season, but he's struggled considerably across his last five outings, allowing four earned runs with a 7:7 K:BB.

Munoz has been dealing with a lower-back injury over the past few weeks and aggravated the injury during his collision with Oakland's Max Schuemann in Tuesday's 4-3 win, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports. He recorded two outs and was charged with one earned run on two hits en route to collecting his fourth hold of the season.

The initial concern following Munoz's removal from Tuesday's game was with his right ankle/leg, which seemed to get pinned underneath Schuemann, but the issue now appears to be linked to the closer's ongoing back problem. Manager Scott Servais said Munoz will head in for an MRI on Wednesday to determine the severity of his latest flareup, at which point the Mariners will likely make a decision on whether or not the 25-year-old righty will require a trip to the injured list. Should Munoz have to miss time, Ryne Stanek would likely be the next man up for saves.

Pallante (1-2) allowed six runs on six hits and three walks while striking out one over three innings to take the loss versus the Astros on Tuesday.

Pallante dazzled in his first start of the season with six scoreless innings versus the Reds, but the Astros were able to hit him harder. They put up a pair of runs on groundouts in the first inning before rallying for four more runs -- including a three-run blast by Yainer Diaz -- in the third. Pallante is now at a 6.16 ERA, 1.79 WHIP and 11:11 K:BB over 19 innings across 11 appearances (two starts) this season. The Cardinals continue to struggle to fill the No. 5 spot in their rotation while Steven Matz (back) is out, though Pallante has perhaps been their best option so far. If he stays in the rotation, Pallante is projected to make his next start at home versus the Rockies.

Fairbanks earned the save in Tuesday's 9-5 win over Miami, striking out a pair in a perfect ninth inning.

Phil Maton originally got the call in the ninth with Tampa Bay up by four runs. However, he'd allow the Marlins to load the bases on three straight singles, forcing the Rays to turn to Fairbanks, who proceeded to strike out Bryan De La Cruz and Jake Burger before coaxing a game-ending groundout from Josh Bell. It was an impressive performance from the 30-year-old right-hander, who hasn't allowed an earned run in his last 11 innings. Overall, Fairbanks is 7-for-8 in save chances with a 3.50 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 21:10 K:BB over 18 innings this season.

Pressly struck out one in a perfect inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 8-5 win over the Cardinals.

This was Pressly's first save of the season to go with seven holds and four blown saves. Regular closer Josh Hader had pitched three of the last five days, including Monday, which likely led to the decision to give Pressly the ninth inning in Tuesday's win. Over his previous nine outings, Pressly had been tagged for six runs (five earned) over 8.2 innings. He's had a rough campaign with a 5.01 ERA, 1.54 WHIP and 30:8 K:BB over 23.1 innings after Hader's offseason arrival bumped Pressly into a setup role through no fault of his own.

Munoz was removed from Tuesday's game against the Athletics with an apparent injury, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Munoz collided with Max Schuemann while covering home plate following a wild pitch, appearing to get his right ankle/leg caught underneath the sliding Schuemann. After throwing a warmup pitch, the right-handed reliever was taken out of the game, though he was able to head into the Mariners' clubhouse under his own power. An update on the severity of Munoz's injury should come before Wednesday's game.

Neris worked around a walk to toss a scoreless ninth inning and record the save in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the White Sox.

Neris ceded a one-out walk, then watched pinch runner Duke Ellis swipe second. However, the veteran reliever picked off Ellis to shut down any chance of a rally by the White Sox. Neris now has eight saves in 10 chances this season to go with a solid 2.86 ERA. He's earned a little job security as the Cubs' closer given his strong play, particularly with Opening Day closer Adbert Alzolay (forearm) on the 60-day IL.

Francis allowed four runs on five hits and no walks with two strikeouts across 3.1 innings against the Orioles on Tuesday.

Francis was activated from the 15-day IL leading up to the contest and was expected to follow Trevor Richards in bulk relief. Instead, he was the third Blue Jays pitcher to take the mound, taking over for Genesis Cabrera midway through the third inning. Frances was tormented by Ryan Mountcastle, surrendering a three-run home run and a two-run home run to the Orioles' first baseman. While Toronto is hoping for Francis to take the fifth rotation spot vacated by Alek Manoah (elbow), Francis didn't do much to prove that he's worthy of the role Tuesday.
