The Cardinals optioned Loutos to Triple-A Memphis on Wednesday, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

Loutos' most recent stint with the big club lasted just a few days, and he didn't make an appearance. The righty turned in two scoreless relief appearances for the Cardinals earlier this season.

Kinley allowed four earned runs on two hits and two walks while striking out one to record his only out Tuesday against the Dodgers.

Kinley entered the game in the ninth inning with the Rockies up by five runs. He allowed three of the first four batters he faced to reach base before serving up a grand slam to Jason Heyward. He was pulled immediately thereafter, sparing him a loss or blown save, but it was still a disastrous outing that ultimately led to a Rockies loss. Kinley has taken over as Colorado's primary closer, though he's now given up six earned runs across his last three appearances spanning 2.1 frames.

Duran (3-2) picked up the win Tuesday against Tampa Bay, striking out two during a perfect ninth inning.

Duran took the mound in the top of the ninth inning with the game tied, 6-6, and didn't allow a hit for a fifth consecutive appearance. After Carlos Santana delivered a walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth, Duran ended up qualifying for his third win of the campaign. The Twins' closer is 11-for-11 on save chances this season and owns a 3.43 ERA across 21.0 innings.

Iglesias picked up the save Tuesday against Detroit, throwing a perfect inning with one strikeout.

Iglesias is now 19-for-21 on save chances this season and holds the fourth-most saves in baseball. Tuesday's outing was a strong rebound after allowing a two-run homer and taking the loss Sunday against Tampa Bay. Overall, Iglesias owns a 2.60 ERA across 27.2 innings.

Jansen earned the save Tuesday against Toronto, striking out one batter during a perfect ninth inning.

Jansen has now converted on nine straight save chances and hasn't allowed a hit or walk across his last 2.2 innings of action. He's picked up a save in four straight appearances and is tied for the fifth most saves in the American League. Overall, Jansen owns a 2.70 ERA and a 30:11 K:BB across 23.1 innings.

Rogers (0-2) allowed three runs on four hits and a walk while striking out one over two-thirds of an inning to take the loss Tuesday versus the Cubs.

Rogers was on the hook for the Cubs' three-run rally in the eighth inning. This outing ended his nine-inning scoreless streak, during which he allowed just four baserunners while striking out eight and collecting four holds. Rogers has been generally effective in a setup role this year with a 3.12 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and 25:2 K:BB over 34.2 innings, to go with one save and 12 holds. While he sees plenty of high-leverage work, Rogers has often struggled when given opportunities to close, so Camilo Doval's role as closer is not in question despite his own struggles this year.

Megill retired the only batter he faced to earn the save in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Angels.

The Brewers led 6-0 going into the ninth inning, but both Elieser Hernandez and Joel Payamps struggled. That led to Megill entering the game with runners on first and second, and he got Taylor Ward to fly out to end the Angels' rally. Megill has a save in six straight outings and he's converted his last eight chances. He's now 14-for-15 in save opportunities on the year with a 2.11 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and 26:7 K:BB over 21.1 innings, functioning as the Brewers' primary closer while Devin Williams (back) is out.

Miller struck out one in a perfect inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 7-5 win over the Royals.

Miller took a blown save in his last outing, though it was because he allowed an inherited runner to score. He's struggled a bit lately, allowing nine runs (six earned) with a 16:7 K:BB across 12.1 innings over his last 10 appearances. He's still performing quite well in the closer role for the Athletics, pitching to a 2.20 ERA, 0.83 WHIP and 57:12 K:BB over 32.2 innings while going 13-for-15 in save chances this year.

Diaz earned the save in Tuesday's 2-1 win over Pittsburgh, striking out one in a perfect ninth inning.

Diaz made quick work of the middle of the Pirates' order Tuesday, logging his 16th save of the year. The right-hander has now converted his last nine save opportunities despite allowing three runs (two earned) over his prior three innings. Overall, Diaz sports a 5.27 ERA with a 1.50 WHIP and 28:19 K:BB across 27.1 innings this season.

Suarez (4-1) took a blown save and the loss in a 4-3 defeat to the Phillies on Tuesday, allowing two runs on four hits in one-third of an inning.

Suarez coaxed a flyout from Trea Turner for the final out in the eighth inning before the right-hander surrendered four straight hits in the ninth, ultimately allowing two runs to take his first loss and blown save this season. Suarez had allowed just one run in his previous 27 innings coming into Tuesday. He still sports a stellar 1.21 ERA across 29.2 innings this year with a 0.81 WHIP and 28:6 K:BB while logging 17 saves.
