Estevez struck out one in a perfect inning to earn the save in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Mariners.

This was Estevez's first save since June 28, but he's riding a 15-inning scoreless streak in which he has a 14:1 K:BB and just three hits allowed. The closer is up to 17 saves in 20 chances while pitching to a 2.61 ERA, 0.77 WHIP and 31:4 K:BB through 31 innings this season.

Rogers (1-3) allowed a run on two hits and struck out one in one-third of an inning, taking the loss Saturday versus the Twins.

Rogers served up a go-ahead solo home run to Carlos Santana in the sixth inning, and the Giants couldn't bounce back from it. This was Rogers' first loss in two months, and prior to Saturday he had given up just two runs (one earned) over his prior 22 innings. He's now at a 2.15 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 41:13 K:BB through 37.2 innings while adding four holds in a middle-relief role this year.

Duran struck out one in a perfect inning to earn the save in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Giants.

Duran got the last three outs, completing a stretch of 4.2 innings of one-hit ball from the Twins' bullpen. This was also Duran's eighth consecutive scoreless outing, a span in which he's collected four saves and two wins. The closer has a 2.93 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 29:10 K:BB through 30.2 innings while converting 15 of 16 save chances and adding four holds this season.

Spence (5-6) took the loss against the Phillies on Saturday, allowing six runs on five hits and five walks with six strikeouts over 3.2 innings.

Spence struggled to throw strikes and served up a season-high three home runs before being pulled with two outs in the fourth inning. The righty's five walks were also the most he's yielded in a game this season, and the Phillies made him pay. He will take a 4.75 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and 72:23 K:BB across 83.1 innings into the All-Star break.

The Nationals are expected to call up Willingham from Triple-A Rochester on Sunday, Andrew Golden of The Washington Post reports.

A 26-man roster spot opened up Saturday when Washington traded reliever Hunter Harvey to Kansas City in exchange for a minor-league infielder, and Willingham looks set to fill the vacancy in the bullpen. Although Harvey worked as a setup man, Willingham isn't likely to handle high-leverage work considering that he's logged a 4.54 ERA across 39.2 innings for Rochester this season.

Finnegan earned the save Saturday against the Brewers with one walk in a scoreless ninth inning. He didn't allow a hit and struck out one.

Washington rallied to turn a one-run deficit into a one-run lead in the top of ninth inning, and Finnegan worked around a one-out walk in the bottom of the frame to record his 25th save of the campaign. The right-hander has blown only four chances and is closing in on the career-high 28 saves he tallied last year. With just one more game before the All-Star break, Finnegan has a 2.45 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 42:13 K:BB over 39.1 innings.

Garcia (elbow) will join the Blue Jays ahead of Sunday's game in Arizona and could be activated from the 15-day injured list for the series finale with the Diamondbacks, Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Garcia had his second rehab appearance pushed back twice due to neck stiffness, but he was able to pitch two-thirds of an inning Friday with Triple-A Buffalo. The 33-year-old has been shelved since June 17 due to right elbow ulnar neuritis. With Jordan Romano (elbow) likely out until September, Garcia could enter the second half of the season as the Blue Jays' closer.

Megill (0-2) was charged with a blown save and the loss Saturday versus the Nationals after he allowed two runs on two hits over 1.1 innings. He struck out two and walked none.

The right-hander entered with two outs in the eighth inning and stranded a pair of runners with a strikeout, but he was unable to maintain a one-run lead in the ninth as CJ Abrams clubbed a two-run homer. The blown save ends a stretch of 12 straight conversions for Megill, who also hadn't given up a run in his previous 10 outings. The 30-year-old remains locked in as Milwaukee's closer for now, but Devin Williams (back) began a rehab assignment Saturday and should reclaim the job early in the second half.

The Nationals traded Harvey to the Royals on Saturday in exchange for minor-league infielder Cayden Wallace and the 39th overall pick in the 2024 MLB Draft.

Harvey was excellent to start the 2024 season, recording a 2.15 ERA and 34 strikeouts across 29.1 innings before June, but he has struggled since. He's surrendered a run in seven of 16 appearances since June 1, posting an 8.04 ERA during that stretch. The 29-year-old has 26 holds this season and could push for a high-leverage role with Kansas City. Per Pete Grathoff of The Kansas City Star, Harvey won't join the Royals in time for Sunday's series finale against the Red Sox.

The Royals designated Anderson for assignment Saturday.

Anderson's move off the 40-man roster clears a spot for right-hander Hunter Harvey, whom the Royals acquired from the Nationals on Saturday. Over 34.2 innings out of the bullpen this season, Anderson logged a 4.15 ERA and struck out 29 batters across 34.2 innings with Kansas City. He's under contract at a modest $1.58 million salary for 2024, so it wouldn't be surprising if another reliever-needy team put in a waiver claim for Anderson.
