Jansen (2-1) took a blown save and the loss against the Padres on Sunday, recording two outs in the ninth inning while giving up four hits and four earned runs in the Dodgers' 8-5 defeat. He struck out one and walked none.

It was an outing to forget for the right-hander, as he relinquished a 5-4 lead in the ninth inning after loading the bases and serving up a walkoff grand slam to Hunter Renfroe to saddle him with his second blown save in 14 chances. The rough performance bloated the 31-year-old's ERA from 2.70 to 4.67 through 17.1 innings.

Jackson allowed one hit with two strikeouts in his second save of the year during a 3-1 extra-inning victory against the Marlins on Sunday.

The Braves' closer role remains in flux since A.J. Minter blew a save April 27. In three save situations since then, the Braves have turned to Jackson twice and Jacob Webb once. Since giving up four runs in his season debut, Jackson has pitched 15 straight scoreless innings. He'll likely become the Braves' regular closer if he continues this streak any longer. Jackson owns a 2.25 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 19 strikeouts in 16 frames this year.

De Los Santos was optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Sunday, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports. De Los Santos struck out four over two scoreless innings Sunday against the Nationals prior to the demotion.

After getting knocked around in his first big-league outing of the season April 27 against Miami (two runs over one inning), De Los Santos looked like a completely different pitcher Sunday. However, in an effort to add a fresh arm prior to Monday's series opener against the Cardinals, De Los Santos will head back down to the minor leagues.

Hader picked up a save Sunday against the Mets by striking out all three batters he faced.

Hader had been struggling on the hill heading into Milwaukee's series against the Mets, as he'd given up a run in four of his past five outings, but he turned in three scoreless innings and struck out eight in two appearances over the weekend. He needed just 13 pitches to fan three batters Sunday, improving his ERA to 3.06 with a 39:5 K:BB across 17.2 frames this season.

Weathers landed on the minor-league injured list with Low-A Fort Wayne due to dead arm Sunday, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

The issue doesn't appear to be particularly significant, as Weathers is expected to resuming throwing within a few days. The lefty has a 1.82 ERA and a 33.3 percent strikeout rate in five starts this season.

Jackson was designated for assignment by the Brewers on Sunday.

Jackson allowed five runs in 2.1 innings of work during his time with the Brewers. He was removed from the 25-man roster Friday and will now be booted from the 40-man as well, clearing space for Burch Smith.

Maton was recalled from Triple-A El Paso on Sunday.

Maton is already on his fourth stint with the big-league club this season. He has a 5.14 ERA in seven innings of work. Trey Wingenter (shoulder) landed on the 10-day injured list in a corresponding move.

Wingenter was placed on the 10-day injured list with a right shoulder strain Sunday.

The move was made retroactive to Saturday, so Wingenter is eligible to return May 14. The Padres have yet to specify a target return date for the righty. Phil Maton was recalled from Triple-A El Paso in a corresponding move.

Anderson was charged with the loss after serving up five runs on four hits and a walk while striking out two over 1.2 innings in relief Saturday against the Braves.

With a 2.08 ERA, 0.85 WHIP and 52.9 K% coming into the weekend, Anderson had come out of nowhere to emerge as a top-flight middle reliever during the early portion of the season. He displayed few signs of dominance Saturday, however, with Ozzie Albies' grand slam representing the brunt of the damage done against the ace setup man. One brutal outing won't completely undo the good work Anderson previously provided, but it may prompt fantasy managers to proceed more cautiously about locking him into weekly lineups moving forward.

Richards allowed two hits and three walks over 4.1 shutout innings during Saturday's 9-2 loss to the Braves. He struck out three and didn't factor in the decision.

Richards needed 90 pitches to get through 4.1 innings so he couldn't qualify for the victory, but Miami's bullpen ended up blowing the lead regardless. The 25-year-old has failed to complete five innings in three of his last four starts. Richards has a 4.10 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 34:21 K:BB as he is still searching for his first victory of the season.
