Voth (1-5) picked up the win in the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Phillies, allowing one run on three hits and a walk over seven innings. He struck out a season-high seven.

It goes into the books as a complete game, and Voth has now delivered two straight one-run outings. The hot streak has only lowered his ERA to 6.25, however, and the lone run against him Tuesday came on a solo shot by Jean Segura -- the 12th homer Voth has served up in 44.2 innings. He'll get one more turn on the mound this season as the Nats host the Mets on Sunday.

Hader had two strikeouts and didn't allow a baserunner during a scoreless ninth inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Reds.

It was vintage form for the left-hander, as he threw 10 of his 13 pitches for strikes and delivered only one non-fastball. Hader has a 4.24 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 28:10 K:BB through 17 innings and is 11-for-13 in save opportunities.

Rolison didn't travel with the Rockies for the season-ending road trip this week, Nick Groke of The Athletic reports.

The team previously indicated the left-hander would travel with the club for the final trip of the season, but he'll instead face live competition in Arizona in preparation of the instructional league that begins in October. Rolison appeared to have a chance of making his major-league debut, but he'll have to wait until at least 2021.

Ponce de Leon is scheduled to start during Friday's doubleheader against the Brewers, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

The 28-year-old started during a twin bill last week and allowed two runs over five innings, and he'll take the mound Friday. Ponce de Leon has a 3.27 ERA, 0.91 WHIP and 18:3 K:BB over 11 frames in his past two starts and will look to continue that run in his final outing of the regular season.

Hudson (forearm) was transferred to the 45-day injured list Tuesday, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

The 26-year-old was already considered doubtful to pitch again this season, and his placement on the 45-day IL guarantees he won't be eligible to be activated until November. Hudson was previously scheduled to undergo further evaluation Tuesday to determine the next steps in his recovery, but according to Jones that appointment has been rescheduled for Wednesday.

Strahm (knee) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.

Strahm missed the minimum amount of time with right knee inflammation. He'll return to his role as a strong bullpen option for the final week and will be looking to maintain his 2.84 ERA and 0.84 WHIP. Joey Lucchesi was optioned in a corresponding move.

The Marlins optioned Castano to their alternate training site Saturday.

Castano's demotion came one day after he served as the 29th man for the Marlins' doubleheader with the Nationals. He picked up his sixth start of the season in the second game of the twin bill, giving up three runs on five hits and no walks over 4.1 innings. Since Miami has no more doubleheaders on its schedule, Castano won't be eligible to pitch for the big club in the final week of the season unless the Marlins place a player on the injured list.

The Cardinals optioned Ponce de Leon to their alternate training site Saturday.

St. Louis designated Ponce de Leon as its 29th man for Friday's doubleheader with the Pirates. The right-hander started the second game of the twin bill and struck out nine for his second appearance in a row while working five innings and giving up two runs in a no-decision. Though he was sent down immediately after the outing, Ponce de Leon will likely rejoin the big club to make another start in the team's final doubleheader of the season this upcoming Friday against the Brewers.

Gallegos, activated from the injured list earlier in the day, allowed an earned run on two hits, a walk and a wild pitch over two-thirds of inning in a loss to the Royals on Monday. He struck out two.

The right-hander had a rough landing in his return to action, allowing an RBI double to Jorge Soler that plated Adalberto Mondesi to extend the Royals' lead to 4-1 in the home half of the eighth. Gallegos ended up throwing 21 pitches overall in the extended outing, his first since Sept. 10 against the Tigers. Gallegos has now allowed at least one run in three straight appearances dating back to Sept. 8, but he'd put together a near-flawless season prior to those stumbles and is still presumably a candidate for higher-leverage work than he saw Monday over the final days of the campaign.

Crowe will serve as the 29th man for Tuesday's doubleheader against the Phillies, Jesse Dougherty of The Washington Post reports.

Crowe has spent three separate stints on the Nationals' roster this season. The latest lasted just one day, as he joined the team to start the nightcap of Friday's doubleheader against the Marlins before being optioned the following day. He threw just 2.1 innings in that game, so he should be available for multiple innings if needed out of the bullpen Tuesday.
