Lakins was optioned to Triple-A Norfolk following Sunday's loss to the Rays, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.

Lakins was recalled to the Orioles on June 4. He'll now return to Norfolk after allowing four runs across four innings in his latest stint with the big club. Despite his demotion Sunday, the right-hander should be a candidate to return to the Baltimore bullpen later this summer.

Graveman, reinstated from the COVID-19 injured list earlier in the day, allowed an earned run on a solo home run and surrendered an additional hit over one inning in a loss to Cleveland on Saturday.

Graveman was seeing his first game action since May 16, so some rustiness was to be expected. The right-hander allowed a solo home run to Cesar Hernandez during his one frame, a round tripper that opened the scoring for Cleveland and kickstarted their comeback. Now that he's back in the fold, Graveman is likely to return to his usual high-leverage role, one that's netted five saves and four holds across 15 appearances.

McHugh, who recorded five strikeouts while allowing just one hit over two scoreless innings in a win over the Orioles on Saturday, now has three straight multi-inning appearances during which he's forged a 13:1 K:BB.

The long-time starter appears to have truly found his niche in manager Kevin Cash's eclectic relief corps, with McHugh's season ERA now sitting at an impressive 2.70 across 23.1 innings. He also boasts a 37.1 percent strikeout rate that qualifies as a career high, and his 5.1 K-BB% is one of the best in MLB. While his usage has netted only one win and three holds thus far, McHugh's ability to miss bats at an elite clip and frequent deployment should lead to more decisions and hold opportunities as the season unfolds.

The Red Sox selected Weber to the major-league roster prior to Sunday's game against the Blue Jays.

This will mark Weber's first trip to the big leagues this season, though the right-hander has logged 157.1 major-league innings across 59 appearances (16 starts) across parts of six seasons. He'll join the Boston bullpen, with Brandon Brennan being designated for assignment in a corresponding roster move.

Fleming is slated to serve as the Rays' bulk reliever behind opening pitcher Michael Wacha in Sunday's game against the Orioles, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

While filling a traditional starting role his last time out June 4 in Texas, Fleming gave up a season-high five runs and 10 hits while working seven innings in the loss, snapping a four-game winning streak in the process. The Rays are hopeful that by pitching behind Wacha, Fleming will be able to churn out better results, even though he'll likely be in store for fewer innings. Fleming still projects to work longer than any Rays pitcher Sunday, making him the most likely candidate to factor into any decision.

Chapman (4-2) was tagged with the loss against Philadelphia on Saturday, allowing one unearned run on one hit while retiring one batter.

After suffering a blown save and his first loss by giving up four runs Thursday against the Twins, Chapman took the loss again Saturday, though the circumstances were much different this time around. He came on in the 10th inning with the inherited runner on second base and was done in by his own throwing error and an infield single that allowed the winning run to cross the plate. Chapman remains one of the elite closers in the game despite the back-to-back rough outings.

The Tigers selected Farmer's contract from Triple-A Toledo on Sunday, Evan Woodbery of MLive.com reports.

He'll be joining the bullpen as a replacement for Beau Burrows, who was optioned to Triple-A after Saturday's 15-2 loss to the White Sox. Farmer owns an unremarkable 3.97 ERA and 1.35 WHIP at Triple-A this season, but he's been excellent over his last four outings, allowing no runs on three hits and no walks over 6.1 innings.

Rogers secured the save Saturday, pitching a perfect ninth inning while striking out two in the win over the Astros.

Rogers retired the side to record his sixth save of the season, giving him the most saves on the team. He has been a part of the closing committee for the Twins that sees him and Hansel Robles switching off in save opportunities. The 30-year-old has a 3.04 ERA and a 1.13 WHIP with 37 strikeouts in 26.2 innings.
