The Athletics selected Moll's contract from Triple-A Las Vegas on Saturday.

He joins the big-league club just a day after being acquired from the Diamondbacks organization. Moll will join the bullpen as a replacement for Domingo Acevedo, who was optioned in a corresponding move.

Friday's visit to the doctor confirmed that Fulmer (neck) has no shoulder injury, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.

While the news is a relief for Fulmer, he'll likely still be sidelined until after the All-Star break. Once healthy, the righty figures to rejoin Jose Cisnero and Gregory Soto at the high end of Detroit's bullpen.

Borucki (forearm) threw live batting practice and may begin his rehab assignment this coming week, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.

The lefty has been sidelined since May 14 with a forearm strain, but appears close to rejoining Toronto's bullpen. It's unclear how lengthy a rehab assignment Borucki will require, but he should be back with the team by mid-July if everything goes smoothly from here.

Lakins (elbow) was transferred to the 60-day injured list Saturday.

Lakins was removed from Tuesday's game versus Houston with elbow pain, and manager Brandon Hyde later revealed it to be a significant injury. With this move, Lakins will not be eligible to return until late August. His spot on the 40-man roster was filled when Baltimore acquired Kelvin Gutierrez from Kansas City for cash considerations.

Lovelady (1-0) allowed a hit and a walk and struck out one in two scoreless innings, earning the win in Friday's 7-4 win over Minnesota.

Lovelady left Wednesday's contest after he was hit by a comebacker in the abdomen. The southpaw ultimately didn't miss much time. He relieved starter Brady Singer to start the fourth inning and it was Lovelady who was credited with the win. The 25-year-old reliever is likely to remain in a low-leverage role.

Misiewicz (3-3) pitched a clean inning while striking out a batter as he picked up the win over the Rangers on Friday.

Misiewicz entered to pitch the 10th in extra innings and was able to put together a 1-2-3 inning while successfully stranding the runner at second base. The 26-year-old bounced back nicely after he blew a late lead his last time out when he allowed a solo homer to Lourdes Gurriel in the eighth to tie the game up for the Blue Jays. Misiewicz now owns a 4.55 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 34:9 K:BB over 31.2 innings this year.

Hearn (2-3) allowed one unearned run on a hit and a walk over 1.1 innings as he took the loss Friday against the Mariners.

Hearn pitched a 1-2-3 ninth inning to send the game into extras. He came back out to start the 10th frame but was unable to keep the game-deciding run from scoring. Shed Long started off by sacrificing the runner over to third and Jake Fraley was able to end the game on an infield single to the second baseman. It was Hearn's second loss in his last three appearances and he now owns a 5.40 ERA, 1.64 WHIP and 43:22 K:BB over 38.1 innings this season.

Barlow struck out one in a perfect ninth inning Friday to record his third save of the season in a 7-4 win over the Twins.

His last save came June 3 but Barlow has pitched effectively since then, posting a 2.53 ERA and 15:4 K:BB in 10.2 innings over his last 12 appearances. Greg Holland worked the eighth inning in this one and Kyle Zimmer the seventh as the Royals continue to deploy a closer committee that limits the fantasy upside of all relievers involved.

Abreu (leg) struck out one over a perfect inning for Triple-A Sugar Land on Friday.

This was Abreu's second rehab outing after he threw 1.2 innings June 29 for the Skeeters. He's one of three Houston relievers working their way back from injury. Enoli Paredes (shoulder) and Joe Smith (elbow) are also on rehab.

Paredes (shoulder) threw a perfect inning for Triple-A Sugar Land on Friday.

This was Paredes' second outing while on rehab with the Skeeters, and he was much improved compared to his first appearance. On Tuesday, he allowed a run on one hit and two walks, failed to get a batter out and managed just nine strikes on 18 pitches.
