The Blue Jays recalled Hatch from Triple-A Buffalo on Saturday, Keegan Matheson of MLB.com reports.

The Jays optioned Hatch to Triple-A on June 16, but he's now back to provide depth to Toronto's bullpen. Hatch has yet to give up a run in the majors this season through 3.2 innings, and he's allowed just one run to score in four frames since heading back to the minors. Trent Thornton was optioned to Buffalo in a corresponding move.

The Orioles optioned Zimmermann to Triple-A Norfolk on Saturday.

Zimmermann has appeared in three games since being recalled from the minors June 24, allowing three runs on six hits (including two homers) while striking out five batters in 5.1 innings. He'll now return to Norfolk while Chris Vallimont comes up to take his place as Baltimore's long reliever.

May picked up the save Friday against the White Sox. He allowed one run on one hit while striking out two over 1.1 innings. He did not walk a batter.

May has now reached a new single-season career high in saves. However, his inflated 1.79 WHIP would also be the highest of his career if the season ended Friday, rendering him a bit untrustworthy in fantasy.

Krook joined the Yankees as the 27th man for their doubleheader against the Cardinals on Saturday.

Krook will give the Yankees an additional left-handed relief option. The 28-year-old is now on his third stint of the year in the big-league pen but has made just one appearance, giving up five runs in 1.2 innings against Boston in his big-league debut in mid-June.

Banks (0-3) allowed four earned runs on five hits and a walk while striking out three over four innings to take the loss Friday against the Athletics.

Banks started his third consecutive game, with Friday's outing marking his longest appearance of the season. He's had poor results in the new role, allowing eight earned runs across 10.1 innings to go along with a more impressive 10:3 K:BB. It's unlikely that Banks will be stretched out as a traditional starter, though he may continue in the hybrid role so long as Mike Clevinger (biceps) is out.

Blanco (2-0) yielded three runs on four hits and four walks over five innings Friday, striking out two and earning a win against Texas.

Most of the damage against Blanco came in the fourth inning when he served up back-to-back solo homers to Josh Jung and Jonah Heim. Despite the lackluster outing, Blanco picked up his second career win and first since June 1. Since moving from the bullpen to the rotation, he's registered a 4.82 ERA and a 23:15 K:BB through five starts. He's currently projected for a home matchup with the Rockies next week.

Pressly struck out one batter in a perfect inning to earn a save over the Rangers on Friday.

Pressly quickly rolled through the Rangers with 13 pitches in a perfect ninth inning. He's converted four straight saves and turned in seven straight hitless frames. On the year, his ERA is down to 2.80 with a 38:7 K:BB and 16 saves across 35.1 frames.

Wantz was optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake by the Angels on Friday.

Wantz gave up four runs over two innings in his only appearance with the Angels in June, and he'll head back to Salt Lake with the Angels adding Victor Mederos to the bullpen in a corresponding transaction. Wantz is likely to be up and down for Los Angeles throughout the summer.

The Angeles selected the contract of Mederos from Double-A Rocket City on Friday.

Mederos registered a 5.98 ERA in his 12 starts with the Trash Pandas, but he also struck out 71 over 55.2 innings. He'll likely be a multi-inning reliever while with the Angels in his first taste of major-league action.

Rodriguez was optioned to Triple-A Round Rock on Friday.

Rodriguez will head back to Triple-A after being called up Saturday. He appeared in four games while in the majors, allowing one run on five hits and a walk over 3.1 innings while striking out three batters over four appearances. With Glenn Otto (lat) returning to the major-league roster Friday, Rodriguez was the one booted from the Rangers' bullpen.
