Dickerson is not starting Sunday's series finale against the Cardinals.

Another matchup against a left-handed pitcher means another day on the bench for Dickerson, who has appeared in 10 games since the start of July and gone 6-for-26 with a pair of solo home runs. Mike Tauchman is batting seventh and playing left field.

Pederson went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run Saturday in Atlanta's 9-0 win over Tampa Bay.

Batting out of the leadoff spot in his team debut, Pederson flied out and grounded out in his first two at-bats, but he played a key part in Atlanta's game-breaking six-run fourth inning. His two-run blast off Josh Fleming was one of four extra-base hits in the inning for Atlanta. Given that the lefty-hitting Pederson was setting the table against a southpaw in Fleming, the outfielder looks like he'll be given a full-time look in the leadoff role for his new team after being dealt by the Cubs.

Turner went 1-for-5 with a double, two RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 9-2 win over the Rockies.

Turner doubled off Tyler Kinley in the ninth inning, scoring AJ Pollock and Matt Beaty. He is batting .409 in the month of July, with three long balls and 12 RBI. The 36-year-old is slashing .303/.390/.494 with 15 homers, 52 RBI and 52 runs scored in 364 plate appearances.

Dickerson will not start Saturday's game against the Cardinals, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Dickerson has started just two games against lefties this season, so it's no surprise to see him sit against southpaw Kwang Hyun Kim here. Austin Slater starts in left field in his absence.

Pederson will lead off and play right field against the Rays on Saturday.

Pederson didn't join his new team soon enough to start Friday's contest, but Saturday's lineup makes it clear he'll play a key role for his new team in the second half. The Atlanta lineup is of course not the same with Ronald Acuna (knee) out for the year, but the team still has a few big bats behind him who could help Pederson score plenty of runs as long as he remains in the leadoff spot.

Harper sat out the second game of Friday's doubleheader against the Marlins due to dehydration issues, but he is expected to play Saturday, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

Temperatures were in the mid-90s for the matinee of the doubleheader, in which Harper went 1-for-3 with a double and a run. It sounds like he will be a full-go for the rest of the weekend series.

McCutchen will sit for the afternoon portion of Friday's doubleheader against the Marlins.

The Phillies won't ask the 34-year-old to play two games in one day. He remained a useful player in the first half despite his age, hitting 15 homers and stealing six bases while slashing .228/.346/.434, good for a 113 wRC+. That low batting average hurts fantasy teams, but a .252 xBA indicates that things could improve in that category going forward. Brad Miller will be the left fielder in his absence.

Pederson was traded to Atlanta from the Cubs on Thursday in exchange for Bryce Ball.

Pederson may be the first domino to fall in what is expected to be a busy trade deadline for the Cubs. He provides Atlanta with a starting outfielder, a position of need as the team is currently without Ronald Acuna (knee) and Marcell Ozuna (finger). Pederson hit .230/.300/.418 across 287 plate appearances with the Cubs on the campaign.
