Jones went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Sunday's 8-4 loss to the Reds.

Jones, who has become Detroit's primary leadoff option against left-handed pitching, now has two home runs -- both of which have come against southpaws -- this season in 14 at-bats. Over the past three years, the outfielder has a 1.031 OPS against lefties, albeit in a limited sample. Jones may not play much against righties moving forward, which caps his overall fantasy value, but he looks like an emerging weapon against southpaws who can be used in DFS formats in the right matchups.

Diaz is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.

Diaz appeared to be in some discomfort after a slide into home plate in Saturday's 8-4 win, but he wasn't removed from the game at any point, and manager Kevin Cash said that the 33-year-old is "totally available" off the bench Sunday, per Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times. Diaz's absence thus looks to be little more than a pre-planned rest day after he had started each of the Rays' last seven games. He's been on a heater of late, slashing .408/.473/.673 with three home runs, 10 RBI and nine runs in 12 games dating back to May 31.

O'Hearn is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels, but he said his sore left ankle is feeling better and he expects to be ready to start in Monday's series opener versus the Rays, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

O'Hearn added that he anticipates being available off the bench Sunday, after suffering an ankle injury Friday. Coby Mayo will pick up a second straight start at first base but will move back into a reserve role once O'Hearn is cleared to rejoin the lineup.

Jones is serving as the designated hitter and batting first in Sunday's game against the Reds.

Jones has become the primary leadoff option against lefty pitchers, and he'll start things off Sunday against Wade Miley. The 27-year-old outfielder has 11 at-bats since being called up June 6, though he's played well to this point with six hits and a home run. Jones has some DFS appeal as a bargain option with upside on days when he's in the lineup.

Stanton (elbows) is expected to be activated from the 60-day IL during the Yankees' upcoming home series against the Angels, which begins Monday, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.

Stanton kicked off a rehab assignment with Double-A Somerset on Tuesday and has gone 3-for-11 with a double, a walk, four RBI and three strikeouts through three games. He took a rest day Friday and was slated to play again Saturday but isn't in Somerset's lineup; however, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports that Yankees manager Aaron Boone had previously indicated that Stanton might sit due to unfavorable weather. Regardless, Stanton isn't expected to be in Boston for New York's series finale against the Red Sox on Sunday, so Monday looks like the most likely date for the slugger's MLB season debut.

O'Hearn is no longer in Saturday's starting lineup versus the Angels due to left ankle discomfort, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.

O'Hearn was clipped on his left ankle while taking a throw at first base Friday, and he has some discomfort as a result. It's not yet clear if the infielder/outfielder will be available off the bench or if his absence will extend beyond one game. O'Hearn was originally slated to start in right field Saturday, but Ramon Laureano will shift there from left field instead, while Dylan Carlson is now in the starting lineup in left.

Santander (shoulder) isn't ready to resume hitting but will begin throwing this week, Keegan Matheson of MLB.com reports.

Santander has been out of action since landing on the injured list in late May due to left shoulder inflammation. The veteran outfielder received a PRP injection in early June but hasn't yet progressed to a point where the Blue Jays want him to start swinging a bat. With that in mind, Santander's activation doesn't appear to be imminent. At this point, there's not a clear timeline for when he will begin hitting again.

Soler isn't in the starting lineup Saturday against Baltimore.

Soler missed two games recently due to a groin injury but returned to the lineup Tuesday and had started each of the Angels' previous three games entering Saturday, going 2-for-12 with two RBI and seven strikeouts during that span. There's no indication that the veteran outfielder has aggravated the groin issue, so for now his absence Saturday appears to be just a day off his feet. Recent acquisition LaMonte Wade is starting in right field against the Orioles in Soler's stead.

Yoshida (shoulder) began throwing from left field to second base Thursday, MLB.com reports.

Yoshida is increasing the intensity and velocity of his throwing, a sign that he has turned a corner in his rehab from a right shoulder labrum tear. The Red Sox are anticipating a return after the All-Star break; however, it's unclear what role awaits Yoshida. Boston recently promoted top prospect and outfielder Roman Anthony, who will need regular at-bats. Designated hitter isn't a realistic option -- Yoshida has served as the DH in the past -- because Rafael Devers has a grip on that position.

Polanco went 2-for-5 with a solo home run, a double and two total runs scored in Friday's 7-2 win over the Guardians.

Polanco's bat is coming around -- he's hit safely in eight straight games, going 11-for-34 (.324) in that span. The homer was his first since May 12 versus the Yankees. Polanco is up to a .266/.312/.484 slash line, 11 homers, 33 RBI, 23 runs scored and two stolen bases over 56 contests, though his power has dropped significantly since the start of May. He spent much of last month batting second, but he's been between fourth and sixth in the lineup over the last five games, and the move down the order seems to be paying off.
