Teel (hamstring) is expected to be sidelined an additional 3-to-6 weeks after suffering a sprained LCL in his right knee during a rehab game with Triple-A Charlotte on Saturday, James Fegan of SoxMachine.com reports.

Teel tweaked the knee on a swing during his fourth rehab contest, which will delay his season debut several more weeks. He initially landed on the 10-day injured list before the season due to a Grade 2 right hamstring strain. Drew Romo and Edgar Quero will continue to share catching duties for the White Sox while Teel recuperates.

Fulford was recalled from Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.

Fulford will provide the Rockies with another left-handed bat. He's in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against the Rangers, batting ninth and slotting in as the club's designated hitter.

The Orioles optioned Handley to Triple-A Norfolk on Monday.

Handley struck out in his lone plate appearance during his brief time with the big club. He's clearing off the active roster to make room for the return of Jackson Holliday (hand).

Narvaez (finger) is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Royals.

Narvaez will get at least one game off after he exited in the sixth inning of Sunday's 8-1 loss to Atlanta due to right middle finger discomfort. X-rays on Narvaez's finger came back negative, so the Red Sox are viewing him as day-to-day for the time being. Connor Wong will get the nod behind the dish in Monday's series opener against the Royals.

Wong (ankle) will start at catcher and bat eighth in Monday's game against the Royals.

Carlos Narvaez (finger) is on the bench for the series opener after exiting Sunday's 8-1 loss to Atlanta, but Wong is feeling well enough to make his first start since Wednesday following a recent bout with a right ankle injury. Wong came off the bench to replace Narvaez in Sunday's contest, going 1-for-2 with a run scored.

Wells is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Blue Jays.

Wells will be joined on the bench by fellow left-handed batters Trent Grisham, Spencer Jones and Ryan McMahon while southpaw Patrick Corbin toes the rubber for the Blue Jays in the series opener. J.C. Escarra will replace Wells behind the dish.

Feduccia is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Orioles, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Feduccia will hit the bench for the second day in a row, but he had started in three of the Rays' previous four matchups versus right-handed pitchers. Nick Fortes will get the nod at catcher Monday against Orioles southpaw Trevor Rogers as the Rays run a loose platoon behind the plate.

Basallo is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Rays.

Though Orioles manager Craig Albernaz told Jacob Calvin Meyer of The Baltimore Sun a week ago that the left-handed-hitting Basallo had "earned the right" to face southpaws, the 21-year-old will end up being excluded from the lineup for the third time in four matchups with lefty starters since Albernaz made that comment. Adley Rutschman will start behind the plate, Coby Mayo will cover first base and Pete Alonso will serve as Baltimore's designated hitter Monday while southpaw Shane McClanahan takes the hill for Tampa Bay.

Trevino is expected to miss 3-to-4 weeks after being diagnosed with a Grade 1 left hamstring strain, Charlie Goldsmith of Fox 19 Now Cincinnati reports.

It's the least severe diagnosis Trevino could have hoped for, but he will still require longer than a minimum absence. P.J. Higgins will back up Tyler Stephenson at catcher for the Reds while Trevino is shelved.

Ruiz is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Mets.

After starting behind the dish in the Nationals' final two games of the weekend, Ruiz will get a break while Washington opens a four-game set versus New York. Drew Millas will handle the catching duties Monday.
