Jansen is out of the lineup for Game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader at Cleveland.

Jansen will take a seat for Sunday's matinee and figures to be behind the plate for the nightcap. Reese McGuire will start Game 1 for Toronto.

Grandal is out of the lineup Sunday versus Baltimore.

Grandal started both ends of Saturday's doubleheader and will receive the day off for Sunday's series finale. Zack Collins will work behind the plate for Chicago.

Mejia is out of the lineup Sunday versus the Phillies, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Mejia will head to the bench for the third time in the past four games Sunday. Mike Zunino receives another start behind the plate for the Rays.

Perez went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run during Saturday's 6-5 loss at Minnesota.

The 31-year-old put the Royals on the board during the third inning with his first homer since May 15. Perez has a .277/.307/.487 slash line, 10 home runs, 11 doubles, 31 RBI and 21 runs in 50 games this season.

Stephenson went 1-for-4 with a double and two RBI in Saturday's loss against the Cubs.

Stephenson provided all the offense the Reds were able to muster with a two-run double in the top of the sixth inning, scoring Eugenio Suarez and Jesse Winker. The backstop is hitting a decent .260 with a .713 OPS on the season.

Trevino isn't starting Saturday's game against the Mariners.

Trevino will get a breather after he went 3-for-6 with a strikeout in the last two games. Jonah Heim will start at catcher and bat ninth.

Narvaez will remain on the bench for the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Nationals.

Manny Pina remains the starter behind the plate after starting the afternoon contest as well. It's highly unusual for a catcher to start twice in one day, so it's possible Narvaez is dealing with an unreported injury. The Brewers have been fairly strict about platooning their backstops whenever possible, however, so the fact that it will be lefty Jon Lester on the mound for the evening game after fellow southpaw Patrick Corbin started the first contest is the most likely explanation for the decision.

Murphy isn't starting Saturday's game against the Angels.

Murphy had started each of the last two games and went 2-for-7 with three RBI, a run and two strikeouts. Aramis Garcia will start behind the plate and bat ninth.

Hedges isn't starting Saturday's game against the Blue Jays.

Hedges started each of the last two games and went 0-for-5 with a walk and a strikeout. Rene Rivera will start behind the plate and bat ninth.

Vazquez isn't in the lineup Saturday against the Marlins, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Vazquez had started in each of the last four games and went 1-for-13 with three RBI and six strikeouts during that time. Kevin Plawecki will start behind the dish and bat eighth.
