Juan Uribe starting, batting fifth in Braves lineup Wednesday
The newest Braves acquisition, Juan Uribe, will start at third base and bat fifth Wednesday night against his former team, the Dodgers.
The Dodgers traded Uribe to Atlanta for Alberto Callaspo on Tuesday.
Left fielder Johnny Gomes will hit seventh and Andrelton Simmons will bat eighth.
The only other change from Tuesday is that A.J. Pierzynski will start at catcher for Christian Bethancourt. Pierzynski is hitting sixth.

Padres catcher Austin Hedges in the starting lineup on Wednesday
Padres catcher Austin Hedges is in the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Angels, the team announced. Hedges will start behind the plate with Derek Norris taking of designated hitter duties and Jedd Gyorko heading to the bench.
It will be Hedges' first start in the last three games and is hitting .133 with two RBI in 15 at-bats this season. The Padres are currently the underdogs (+150) agianst Los Angeles.

Reds catcher Tucker Barnhart hits first HR since April 30
Reds catcher Tucker Barnhart had just one hit in four at-bats Wednesday against the Rockies, but he made his one hit count. Barnhart connected for a solo home run off Kyle Kendrick leading off the eighth inning.
It was his third home run and first since April 30. However, Barnhart still doesn't have a multihit game in 13 appearances (11 starts) this season.

Dodgers C Yasmani Grandal scores three runs in rehab game Tuesday
Dodgers catcher Yasmani Grandal went 1 for 3 at the plate during a rehab assignment Tuesday for the team's Triple-A affiliate.
Grandal also walked three times and scored three runs. Grandal is on the 7-day disabled concussion list and he is expected back Saturday.

Mets catcher Travis d'Arnaud plays five innings in extended spring
Mets catcher Travis d'Arnaud was able to catch five innings on Tuesday in an extended spring training game, according to the N.Y. Daily News.
d'Arnaud, who is currently on the 15-day DL with a hand injury, went 1 for 3 at the plate with a run scored in the game. d'Arnaud has not played since April 19 when he suffered the injury and is hitting .317 with 10 RBI in 41 at-bats this season.

Mets' Eric Campbell, Kevin Plawecki in the lineup on Tuesday
Mets third baseman Eric Campbell and catcher Kevin Plawecki are back in the starting lineup on Tuesday, the team announced.
Campbell has been out for the last two games and is hitting .185 with seven RBI in 81 at-bats this season. Plawecki missed the last two games while battling an illness and is hitting .200 with 10 RBI in 80 at-bats this season.
The Mets are currently the heavy favorites (-190) against Philadelphia.

Dodgers C Yasmani Grandal: I will be back Saturday
Dodgers catcher Yasmani Grandal has declared that he will back Saturday against St. Louis, he has told a team reporter. He added that he has passed all the required medical tests.
Grandal, who has been on the 7-day concussion disabled list, is beginning a rehab stint at Triple-A Oklahoma City on Tuesday.
When he returns, he will do so with a .291 average and 17 RBI.

Reds finally place C Devin Mesoraco (hip) on DL
The hip issue that has prevented Reds C Devin Mesoraco from playing since last Wednesday now has him on the 15-day disabled list, the Cincinnati Enquirer has reported.
Mesoraco is dealing with a left hip impingement. The Reds had put off the move in hopes that he could pinch-hit and eventually get back behind the plate.
The loss is another blow to a Cincinnati team that has lost eight in a row. Mesoraco, who emerged as one of the premier hitting catchers in the big leagues last season, was off to a poor start in 2015 with a slash line of .178/.275/.244. He has no home runs, two runs scored and a mere two RBI in 45 at-bats.

Report: Mets C Travis d'Arnaud to begin rehab games Tuesday
Shelved Mets catcher Travis d'Arnaud is set to play five innings in an extended spring training game Tuesday, per NJ.com.
The report further states that d'Arnaud could report to Triple-A Las Vegas in five or six days and that GM Sandy Alderson believes he could be back with the Mets as early as June 1 in San Diego, but more likely the following series against Arizona.
d'Arnaud was off to a productive start before going down with a fractured pinkie. He was batting .317 with 10 RBI in just 41 at-bats.

Dodgers catcher Yasmani Grandal to serve as DH in Triple-A rehab
Dodgers catcher Yasmani Grandal will begin his Triple-A rehab assignment with Oklahoma City on Monday against Salt Lake and serve as the designated hitter, according to the Los Angeles News Group.
Grandal is currently on the 7-day DL after suffering a concussion when he took a bat to the head on Saturday. Grandal is hitting .291 with 17 RBI in 103 at-bats and could be activated as soon as he's eligible.
