Marlins catcher J.T. Realmuto collects six RBI in Wednesday's win
Marlins catcher J.T. Realmuto drove in a career-high six runs to help lead the Marlins to a 14-6 win over the Red Sox on Wednesday.
Realmuto drove in five of the runs in the sixth inning, which set a franchise record for most RBI in one inning. Realmuto finished the game 3 for 5 at the plate with one triple and a home run. He hit a grand slam off Robbie Ross in the sixth inning.
Prior to his six-RBI game Wednesday, Realmuto was hitting .209 with one home run and two RBI in his last 13 games.

Catcher Cameron Rupp had a big day for the Phillies in their win Wednesday over the Diamondbacks, driving in four runs in the 7-6 triumph.
Rupp managed to drive in four despite registering just one hit. He had a sacrifice fly in the second inning and delivered the big blow in the sixth with a three-run home run to break a 4-4 tie.
Rupp now has three homers and eight RBIs over his last six contests.

Mets option C Kevin Plawecki to Triple, recall C Anthony Recker
The Mets optioned catcher Kevin Plawecki to Triple-A Las Vegas following their 4-0 win over the Rockies on Tuesday. Plawecki saw his playing time dwindle with the return of Travis d'Arnaud from the disabled list. The Mets are poised to increase d'Arnaud's work load down the stretch, so they opted to get Plawecki more regular playing time down at Triple-A.
The Mets are recalling Anthony Recker to serve as d'Arnaud's backup, according to ESPN.com.

Grandal followed up his three-hit outing on Friday with a 3 for 4 performance on Saturday that included a home run and two RBI.
During his last three games, Grandal is hitting .583 with seven hits, a home run and four RBI.

Mets C Travis d'Arnaud activated from disabled list
The Mets have activated catcher Travis d'Arnaud from the 15-day disabled list on Thursday, according to ESPN.com. d'Arnaud is expected to be in the lineup on Friday when the Mets open a three-game series against the Nationals.
d'Arnaud had been out since June 20 with a sprained elbow. Before being shut down, d'Arnaud was hitting .267 with two home runs and seven RBI in eight games following an initial stint on the DL.

Collins says Mets will ease d'Arnaud back into action upon activation
Mets manager Terry Collins confirmed catcher Travis d'Arnaud will be activated off the disabled list Friday. Collins added d'Arnaud will be eased back into action and won't catch more than two or three games in a row.
He has been on the disabled list since June 23 due to a sprained left elbow. He has been active for only 19 games this season due to injury.
