Stassi went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in Sunday's 10-3 win over the Diamondbacks.

Stassi launched a two-run homer to give the Angels an early 2-0 lead in the first. It was his fifth home run of the season and his fourth this month. The 30-year-old came into Sunday slashing .448/.484/.897 with seven extra-base hits in June before adding the home run. His overall slash line for the season stands at .339/.397/.645 with five home runs, 11 RBI and 16 runs scored. Stassi's high production at the moment likely isn't sustainable but he should be rostered mostly everywhere given the lack of depth at the catcher position.

Manager Chris Woodward said Sunday that Trevino is dealing with a sore hip but that the issue does not appear to be serious, Levi Weaver of The Athletic reports.

Trevino is not in the starting lineup Sunday, with Jonah Heim set to work behind the plate for the second day in a row. Based on Woodward's comments, the hip issue doesn't appear to be something that will sideline Trevino well beyond Sunday, so he can be considered day-to-day going forward.

Jonah Heim will remain behind the plate after going 3-for-5 with a double and homer during Saturday's win. Trevino could be an option for manager Chris Woodward off the bench.

Maldonado is not in the starting lineup Sunday against the Twins.

Maldonado will get a breather after starting the previous three games behind the plate. Garrett Stubbs will catch and bat ninth Sunday.

McGuire is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Red Sox.

McGuire will head to the bench after catching in both of the Blue Jays' last two games while going 2-for-6 with a solo home run, a double and three runs. Riley Adams will be behind the plate Sunday, but McGuire looks like Toronto's clear No. 1 backstop for the time being.

Vazques is not in the starting lineup Sunday against the Blue Jays, Christopher Smith of The Springfield Republican reports.

Vazquez will get a well-earned rest after starting each of Boston's previous eight games. Kevin Plawecki will work behind the plate and bat eighth Sunday.

Murphy is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against Cleveland, Shannon Drayer of 710 ESPN Seattle reports.

Murphy will get his second day off in three days, with Jose Godoy set to bat ninth and catch Logan Gilbert in the series finale.

Hedges (head/face) is back in the starting lineup Sunday against the Mariners.

Hedges sat Saturday after he was hit in the face by a 93 mph fastball and forced to exit Friday's contest. After just one game off, he'll return to the Cleveland starting nine, catching Shane Bieber and batting eighth.

Rogers is starting at catcher and batting ninth in Sunday's game against the White Sox.

The Tigers are sliding Eric Haase over to left field, which opens up the catcher spot for Rogers. The team recently said Haase would have a larger role moving forward, which should include starts behind the plate and in the outfield. That will leave Rogers to fill in at catcher whenever Haase is somewhere else in the field, at least while Wilson Ramos (back) and Grayson Greiner (hamstring) are on the injured list.

Sanchez went 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBI in Saturday's 8-7 loss to the Phillies.

Sanchez got New York on the board with a solo homer off Vince Velasquez in the second inning and later drove in Aaron Judge with a single in the eighth. While the backstop is hitting just .224/.333/.421 on the campaign, he's been better of late, going 15-for-43 with three doubles and three homers dating back to May 27.
