Anderson went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored in a 7-6 win for Team USA in Sunday's All-Star Futures Game.

Getting the start at designated hitter before shifting to third base to close out the game, the Marlins' No. 10 prospect made a good impression on his possible future hometown fans in Miami. The 24-year-old Anderson has a .254/.343/.454 slash line in 83 games for Double-A Jacksonville but has already set a new career high with 14 home runs.

Urshela was recalled from Triple-A Columbus on Sunday.

Jason Kipnis was placed on the 10-day disabled list with a hamstring strain, so the Indians wanted to add another infielder prior to Sunday night's game against the Tigers. Urshela is hitting .266/.321/.374 at Triple-A but is known more for his glove than his bat.

Moustakas is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Dodgers, Rustin Dodd of The Kansas City Star reports.

Manager Ned Yost will give Moustakas the day off before he heads to Miami to participate in the Home Run Derby and All-Star Game over the next couple of days. Ramon Torres will take over at the hot corner, batting second.

Segura went 2-for-4 with an RBI double, another two-bagger and a run in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Athletics.

Segura's hitting streak is up to five games, and he's hit safely in 15 of his 17 contests since returning from a disabled list stint brought on by an ankle injury. The hot-hitting shortstop has already racked up five multi-hit efforts in July as well and has 22 extra-base hits in just 59 games this season.

LeMahieu was pulled from the late innings of Friday's win against the White Sox merely as a rest measure, Nick Groke of The Denver Post reports.

The All-Star second baseman initially missed three games due to the ailment, but lingering effects of the injury sidelined him twice more during the subsequent week. Manager Bud Black insists that LeMahieu's removal was simply for rest, although the nagging groin injury may have played a hand in the move as well. The issue doesn't seem to be anything serious, especially since he's already played numerous games since his initial absence -- including Saturday -- and it's unlikely that he'll miss any more time with the injury given that the All-Star break will give him a few free days off.

Robinson went 1-for-2 with a two-run home run and a pair of walks in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Angels.

With Joey Gallo (hamstring) unavailable for the second straight game, a spot in the lineup was open in left field for Robinson, a versatile utility man who was recalled from Triple-A Round Rock prior to the series opener Friday. Robinson made his presence felt at the bottom of the order, with his two-run blast -- his second of the season -- giving the Rangers a four-run lead in the sixth inning. If Gallo remains sidelined Sunday, Robinson could stick in the lineup, but he'll likely reprise a bench role after the All-Star break with Gallo expected to be fully healthy by then.

Burger made his debut for Low-A Kannapolis on Friday , going 3-for-3 with a double and two runs scored.

Burger, the 11th overall pick in the 2017 draft, had a quick four-game taste of the Arizona Rookie League before his promotion to the Intimidators.

Asuaje went 1-for-4 with a triple, an RBI and a run scored in Saturday's win over Philadelphia.

The 25-year-old has been seeing everyday action since taking over for the injured Yangervis Solarte (oblique), batting .319 (15-for-47) over 14 games. Despite the high batting average, Asuaje's value is limited to deep formats due a lack of power and speed combined with lackluster counting stats while batting in the bottom third of the order (three runs and four RBI). Solarte is expected to return following the All-Star break, which should effectively end the rookie's run of playing time.

Arenado went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer Saturday against the White Sox.

Arenado has "only" 17 blasts on the year, but continues putting up an otherwise elite line (.302/.351/.557, 70 RBI, 55 runs in 383 plate appearances). He remains a bedrock first-round-type fantasy player.

Machado filled the stat sheet Saturday in Minnesota, going 2-for-4 with his 17th double of the year, an RBI, two runs and a walk.

Mike Petriello of MLB.com reports that Machado has ranked among the top three players in hard-hit balls practically all season. Unfortunately, the third baseman has been a bit unlucky despite consistently hammering baseballs. However, things are starting to brighten up for Machado as he's hit safely in seven of eight July games while pounding out three home runs, eight RBI and five runs in the process.
