Urshela went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in a victory over Boston on Monday.

In his first start since returning from a stint on the 10-day injured list, Urshela showed that the time off did not cool down his hot bat, smashing a pair of extra-base hits including his 19th long ball of the season. The 27-year-old has been one of the most pleasant surprises in baseball in 2019, slashing .332/.370/.563 with 33 doubles and 68 RBI in 419 plate appearances.

Donaldson went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run and a walk during a 7-2 victory against the Phillies on Monday.

The 33-year-old now has 37 homers this season, giving him his most since 2016. He's also just four away from tying his career high from 2015. Donaldson has five homers in his last nine games and four already this month. He is batting .262 with 88 RBI, 90 runs and four steals as well in 496 at-bats.

Moustakas (wrist) will take batting practice Monday, Sophia Minnaert of Fox Sports Wisconsin reports.

Moustakas has been available for defense over the last few days, but he hasn't received a plate appearance since last Monday as he deals with a bruised wrist. It's not clear exactly when he'll be back in the lineup, but he appears to be moving in the right direction.

Moustakas (wrist) entered Sunday's 8-5 win over the Cubs as a defensive replacement at third base before being pulled from the game when his turn in the batting order came up.

After making appearances at the hot corner for the final two games of the series with Chicago, Moustakas' left wrist injury doesn't look to be impacting him when he throws or fields, but the 31-year-old still hasn't been cleared to resume hitting. Until he takes batting practice without discomfort, Moustakas' return to the lineup shouldn't be viewed as imminent. Travis Shaw and Hernan Perez will draw most of the starts at third base while Moustakas' injury limits him to a bench role.

Toro went 2-for-5 with two doubles, a walk and three runs Sunday in the Astros' 21-1 win over the Mariners.

While making his third straight start at third base, Toro turned in the most productive all-around line of his young MLB career. Toro's slash line now sits at .234/.345/.447 (115 wRC+) through 14 games, but he could still be at risk of losing out on work at the hot corner within the next few days if primary first baseman Yuli Gurriel (hamstring) re-enters the lineup. Gurriel's return would result in utility man Aledmys Diaz moving off first base and challenging Toro for work at third.

Moncada batted leadoff and went 1-for-4 with a double in Sunday's 5-1 win over the Angels.

Moncada moved to the top of the order with Tim Anderson getting the day off. Anderson had been batting leadoff while Leury Garcia (personal) was away from the team. Normalcy should return Tuesday when Garcia is due back. For Moncada, normalcy means hitting cleanup, where he'd batted 15 straight games prior to Garcia's three-game hiatus.

Suarez went 3-for-4 with two home runs, two runs and three RBI in Sunday's game against the Diamondbacks.

Remarkably, Suarez is now tied with Christian Yelich and Cody Bellinger for the third-most home runs in the majors with 44, trailing Mike Trout and Pete Alonso, who both sit at 45 long balls. He has established himself as one of the premier power threats in the game.

McMahon is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres.

The two teams are playing a day game after a night game, and the Padres are bringing lefty Eric Lauer to the hill for the series finale, providing enough reasons for Rockies skipper Bud Black to grant the lefty-hitting McMahon the day off. With McMahon on the bench, Pat Valaika will pick up the start at the keystone.

Urshela (groin) was activated off the 10-day injured list Sunday.

Urshela landed on the injured list Aug. 29 with the groin strain and will return to the Yankees after spending the 10-day minimum on the shelf. The 27-year-old may have a lighter workload for the stretch run since the team has the benefit of expanded rosters.

Riley is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Nationals.

After being reinstated from the 10-day injured list Friday, Riley drew one start at both of the corner outfield spots the past two days, going hitless with three strikeouts and a walk across six plate appearances. Riley is expected to handle at least a part-time role for the Braves in September, but Rafael Ortega and Matt Joyce also stand to see steady work at either corner spot.
