Ramirez went 2-for-3 with a walk, a solo home run, two runs scored and a stolen base Saturday against the Twins.

Ramirez took Rich Hill yard in the fourth inning to record his 11th home run of the season. After missing one game with a hand injury Thursday, Ramirez has now homered in consecutive contests. He also chipped in his 10th stolen base of the campaign in the eighth frame with Tyler Clippard on the mound. Overall, Ramirez is hitting .259/.361/.512 with 34 runs scored and 28 RBI across 194 plate appearances.

Reynolds was designated for assignment by the Royals on Saturday.

Reynolds spent just four days on the Royals' roster, going 0-for-11. The move clears space for Kelvin Gutierrez (elbow) to return from the 45-day injured list.

Moustakas (foot) isn't in Saturday's lineup against the Cardinals.

Moustakas will miss his second consecutive game after leaving Thursday's game with a foot injury. He underwent an X-ray on Friday that came back negative, so it's unlikely that he'll face a significant absence.

Kieboom isn't in Saturday's lineup against Atlanta.

Kieboom went 0-for-8 with one walk and three strikeouts over the last two games, and he'll take a breather Saturday. Brock Holt will start at third base in his absence.

Paredes will be on the bench Saturday against the White Sox.

Paredes has struggled at the plate in his debut season, hitting .155/.222/.224 through his first 21 games. Sergio Alcantara starts at third base in his absence.

Chapman (hip) was placed on the 10-day injured list Saturday and will undergo surgery to address a torn right hip labrum, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Chapman has been sidelined for the past seven games while dealing with right hip tendinitis, and he'll miss the remainder of the season as a result. The 27-year-old had started all but one of the Athletics' games prior to his injury, slashing .232/.276/.535 with 10 home runs and 25 RBI. Whether he'll be ready for spring training in 2021 remains to be seen. Seth Brown was recalled in a corresponding move, while Chad Pinder and Vimael Machin should see playing time at third base in Chapman's absence.

Chapman will sit for the seventh straight game with right hip tendinitis Saturday against Texas.

Chapman still hasn't been placed on the injured list, though if he had been when he first suffered the injury, he'd be eligible to return next Thursday. Given that he's still yet to resume baseball activities and doesn't have a timeline to do so, it's quite possible he won't return before that date. Vimael Machin will serve as the third baseman Saturday.

Hayes went 2-for-4 with a stolen base during Friday's 4-3 loss to the Royals.

The long-time prospect has performed admirably in his small MLB sample size, hitting .357 in 28 at-bats to kick off his time in a Pirates uniform. A career .279 hitter in the minors (including just a .261 average in 2019), time will tell if Hayes remains an above-average bat in the show.

Ramirez had been in and out of the Indians' lineup throughout the week while dealing with a left hand bruise and returned Friday with a ninth-inning home run to left. The 28-year-old is hitting .252/.353/.491with 10 long balls and 27 RBI and appears healthy enough to return as an everyday starter moving forward.

McMahon went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 8-4 win over the Angels.

McMahon tied the game at four with his ninth-inning solo shot, and Charlie Blackmon walked it off with a grand slam later in the inning. The long ball was McMahon's seventh of the year, to go with 19 RBI, 17 runs scored and a .216/.308/.424 slash line in 37 games.
