LeMahieu went 1-for-4 with a solo home run during a 6-0 win over the Orioles in the first game of Friday's doubleheader.

He stayed hot in the nightcap, going 2-for-3 with a walk, a double and two runs scored. LeMahieu is slashing a dazzling .359/.410/.550 through 35 games with six homers, two steals, 14 RBI and 27 runs from the top of the Yankees' batting order.

Senzel (undisclosed) is not expected to be activated over the weekend but could return for the Reds' upcoming homestand, which begins Monday, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Senzel last played Aug. 14, so it would be an exactly one-month absence if he returns to the lineup Monday. The Reds never clarified the nature of his absence, but given that it coincided exactly with the team's brief pause due to an unnamed member of the organization testing positive for COVID-19, it's not hard to connect the dots. He's been able to work out since the start of September, so he should be ready to go soon.

Moustakas' X-rays on his foot came back negative Friday, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Moustakas left Thursday's game against the Cubs after getting hit in the foot by a pitch and is not in the lineup Friday against the Cardinals. Given that he's avoided a fracture, however, it's likely that he'll be able to return to the lineup before too long.

Ramirez (hand) is starting at third base and batting third Friday at Minnesota.

The 27-year-old has been battling a left hand bruise throughout the week and will return to the lineup after sitting out Thursday's game. Ramirez is 3-for-19 with one homer, two RBI and three walks over his past six games.

Moustakas (foot) is not in the lineup for Friday's game against St. Louis.

Moustakas left Thursday's game against the Cubs after a pitch hit his foot. The injury is evidently serious enough for him to miss at least one game. Freddy Galvis will be the second baseman in his absence.

Moncada is not in the lineup Friday against the Tigers.

Moncada started the past two games and will head to the bench despite going 4-for-10 with a double, two runs and two RBI. Yolmer Sanchez will take over at the hot corner Friday for the White Sox.

Moustakas left Thursday's game against the Cubs with a foot contusion, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

The injury occurred when the infielder was hit by a pitch on his foot in the fourth inning. It's yet to be determined if Moustakas will miss time beyond Thursday.

Machado went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk during Thursday's win over the Giants.

Machado extended San Diego's lead with a solo shot off Trevor Cahill in the third inning. The long ball was No. 13 of the season for the 28-year-old, who is slashing .307/.376/.597 while leading the Padres with 54 hits.

Devers went 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBI and a run scored Thursday against the Rays.

Devers took Josh Fleming yard in the the third inning to record his 10th homer of the season. He now has four long balls in his past four games, also driving in nine runs and scoring four times. After a slow start to the season, Devers is hitting .275/.328/.533 with 26 runs scored and 31 RBI across 180 plate appearances.

Candelario hit home runs in both ends of Thursday's doubleheader against the Cardinals, going a combined 5-for-6 with a walk, a double, two homers and five RBI.

After supplying the Tigers' only offense in the matinee with a two-run blast, Candelario kicked off a comeback from a 3-0 deficit in the nightcap with a sixth-inning solo shot. After the huge performance, the 26-year-old is now slashing .333/.389/.590 with seven homers and 28 RBI through 40 games.
