Davis continues to wear a splint on his sprained left hand and hasn't been cleared to resume swinging a bat, Deesha Thosar of the New York Daily News reports.

Though he's now spent nearly five weeks on the injured list, Davis doesn't look particularly close to returning to the New York lineup. After having a minor-league rehab assignment put on pause in late May due to neck stiffness, Davis has since overcome that injury, only for the discomfort in his left hand to resurface. Until the discomfort subsides, Davis won't be able to take part in any baseball activities, making it difficult to gauge when he might ultimately return from the IL. At this point, fantasy managers should probably view late June as a best-case scenario for when he might rejoin the Mets.

Urias went 2-for-4 with a home run, two RBI, two runs and one strikeout in Sunday's 18-5 win over Cleveland.

Urias joined the starting lineup for the first time since he was called up Friday, and he blasted a solo homer in the eighth inning. He hasn't had consistent playing time this year but is now hitting .246 with two home runs, 10 RBI and 10 runs in 2021.

Reds manager David Bell said Sunday that he anticipates Senzel (knee) will return from the 10-day injured list in mid-July, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

The Reds will wrap up their first-half schedule July 11, so the team is presumably hopeful that Senzel will be ready to go after the All-Star break. Senzel is just over a week removed from undergoing arthroscopic surgery to clean out cartilage in his left knee.

Maton was optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Sunday, Scott Lauber of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Maton had been out of the lineup in seven of the last eight games, and he should get more consistent at-bats in the minors. During his time with the major-league club, the 24-year-old hit .252 with two home runs, 10 runs and eight RBI across 39 games.

Manager David Bell said Sunday that Moustakas (heel) is about a week away from starting a rehab assignment, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Moustakas landed on the 10-day injured list May 20 with a bruised heel. The club was hoping he would be able to return after the minimum 10 days, but he's taken a bit longer to progress. Given Bell's update, the infielder should be on track to return to the Reds' lineup by mid-to-late June, assuming he doesn't hit a snag in his recovery.

Machado is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.

Machado had started at third base in each of the Padres' last six games following his recent return from a shoulder injury. While he appears to have escaped any setbacks with the shoulder in those contests, he'll be sitting Sunday in what likely amounts to a pre-planned maintenance day. Ha-Seong Kim will pick up a start at the hot corner in Machado's stead.

The Giants placed Longoria on the 10-day injured list Sunday with a sprained left shoulder. Manager Gabe Kapler said X-rays on Longoria's shoulder returned negative, but the veteran third baseman is expected to remain out for 4-to-6 weeks, Mark W. Sanchez of KNBR 680 San Francisco reports.

Based on the estimated recovery timeline, Longoria will likely remain on the shelf through or shortly before the All-Star break in mid-July. The injury is a tough blow for the 35-year-old, who was enjoying a resurgent season with an .892 OPS through 186 plate appearances on the season. Wilmer Flores will start at third base in place of Longoria in Sunday's game against the Cubs, and Flores could end up handling everyday duties at the position while Longoria is on the shelf.

Escobar is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Brewers.

He'll head to the bench for the first time in exactly a month, as he had started in every game for Arizona since May 6. Ildemaro Vargas will fill in at third base for Escobar, who has gone 9-for-25 with two home runs and three RBI over his last six starts.

Donaldson is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Royals.

After a stretch of nine consecutive starts, Donaldson will get a breather in the series finale in Kansas City, allowing Willians Astudillo to get a turn at third base. Donaldson's .806 OPS on the season represents a 36-point downturn from his mark during his first year in Minnesota, but the 35-year-old has at least heated up at the plate after a slow start. Over his last eight games, Donaldson has gone 11-for-31 (.355 average) with two home runs and a 5:6 BB:K.

Segura is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Nationals.

After making six straight starts at second base, Segura will cede the position to Brad Miller on Sunday in what likely amounts to a routine maintenance day for the former. Segura has made his biggest fantasy impact with his legs over the past two weeks, going 5-for-5 on stolen-base attempts.
